Less than 1 star. Every pizza i have ordered was not cut and had barely any toppings on said $30 pizza... I try to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt and time after time again the pizza is not cared for. Absolutely disgraceful service. If you are going to TRY and cut a pizza and you cant do it somehow then dont do it at all. 3 slices of my 8 slice pizza sometimes 6 slice pizza ripped in half because of the problems here. Will not be ordering again and if i do there will not be a tip. read more

Pizzas have historically been mediocre, but figured we'd try them again with their heavily advertised 50 percent off online promotion. We'll, spent 1.5 hours attempting to order online with 3 computers and 2 phones but the website is clearly down. So, attempted to call the store, after 8 times of receiving the Verizon message that the call cannot be completed, someone finally answered, explained the online issue, of which he was very well aware, and had no problem telling us we cannot order that deal over the phone, and there was nothing he could do. So I told him we'd go to Pizza Hut...and he clearly cared as much about losing business as he does his job... husband stopped in the store on his way out of town to get food somewhere else, and there were several others inside having the same issue. Being told go fly a kite. Called corporate, who had a recording acknowledging the online issue and that you local store will accommodate you and your order.... bahahaha! Well, that message either wasn't relayed or the store doesn't give a rats. .. welp.... good luck with that. One of THE easiest restaurants to run...and somehow you manage to mess it up. read more

How the heck do you add provolone cheese to a pizza when the pizza did not have provolone cheese added to the order. When called to tell store of their mistake store refuses to do anything about it. I used to be a fan of this place, maybe the poor reviews are justified. read more

I order from this place every Friday, and they are always on top of it, they deliver to independence and always take great care of us. I am Very happy to have a very good delivery place in Elizabeth that is always top notch when we order. The young men on the phone every time I call are courteous and quick. Highly recommend the hand made pan pizza, very very good. read more

Okay so I'm giving Dominos a 3.5 for a few reasons that have very little to do with awesome pizza but more so because they deliver to our home in Elizabeth; to be transparent!! The pizza and wings on average are a 2.5-3 but I know this and expect no greater. If I want gourmet & fresh I wouldn't expect it from good ole Dominos! After seeing a delivery vehicle in our neighborhood, we thought they delivered out here. We called, gave our card over the phone, and ten minutes later they call us to say they are canceling the order because they don't deliver out here. No offer for us to pick it up. Just canceling the order. Then they hang up on me. When I called back to say I would have picked it up, she apologized. Said it was her fault. Then hung up on me again. Listen, it's a Dominoes. Any GED with a hand out can open one and it will produce. This location isn't going to fail simply because of the franchise. But, the owner has no business serving a community they hate. I have to give these guys credit, it was prime delivery time and while my delivery was late, they did everything they could to correct it. Keep in mind, delivery in my area is going to always be greater than 15 minutes at absolute best. During these times I can't imagine what they are up against! Delivery is unreliable!!! Tried them for a second time and wasted my money with having cold pizzas delivered. They make your food fast but then it sits in the store for 45 minutes waiting for delivery. When you mention it to the driver they do not really care. Stay clear of this restaurant in Elizabeth. Poor quality and unreliable delivery. You can do better with a frozen pizza. read more

We have ordered here several times now. Have never had any issues and our pizza comes pretty fast and is always dominos quality.

I've ordered from here several times. My order has always been correct and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I know that they are supposed to deliver in 30 minutes or less, and occasionally it has taken slightly longer. This is completely acceptable to me considering this is Elizabeth. I am grateful to have a place that will deliver. I always tip the drivers well and thank them for delivering to me. read more

If I could give this Dominos a minus star I would. The online tracker stated quality control was completed a hour before delivery. I called and spoke to a manager named Laura. I told her about the issue and she said she could offer a coupon in next order. The pizza was cold and hard by the time I received it. The Manager blamed the old cold pizza on being busy. This this the reason that America is failing poor customer service and lack of accountability. I asked for a refund she said "no," I told her to come pick up pizza. She said there nothing that she could do. I asked for General manager's phone number and name. She wouldn't give it. Then after telling her this would not go well she gave me the store phone number. The food used to be really great but I'm discovering that depends on when it is ordered. There is not consistently good quality and it would seem the more I order, the more problems I face with getting the correct order or my whole order. I have ordered from this store as delivery and carry out probably 40-50 times in the last four months... I'd say overall like 60% of the experiences were decent (hence star rating). But I've also had them take over two hours to bring the soda they forgot with my order. I have had pizzas arrive with so many bubbles that the pizza just tastes like dehydrated nonsense. They have good days and good deliveries and good food but not consistently and when they get it wrong, it goes really wrong. read more

There seems to be lack of training as I waited several minutes for person answering the call to ask about chicken wings, finally changed the order to pizza. I have ordered pizza for pick-up many, many times since they opened the store opened. I usually call in, they pull up on cell phone previous order history, and I say, "same as last time" and it's done. That ended miserably today. Beginning with the order taking, they couldn't find my number, so I had to order it all from scratch. When I arrived, it seemed like a training ground of clueless people near or behind the register. When I received the pizza, the cost was almost 3 TIMES what I normally pay. When I tried to explain my previous experiences and order processing, it was simply "the attitude: you ordered it, this is the cost". When they first started the quality was good but that has definitely has gone down. I'm still paying the same delivery fee and it takes them 35 minutes to deliver less than a mile away. I hope it changes, otherwise they be just like every other failed restaurant in Elizabeth. read more
