I tried to let this go and forget about it, but after what happened to me the night before last when I tried to pick up a carry out order from Dominoes Pizza, I am still haunted. I tried to contact the website, but after about 15 minutes of filling out information in their detailed screening process, I had to give up because I didn't know what kind of technology was used to place the order. So I am sharing a copy of the note I tried to give them. Please see below: Last night I was humiliated by the entire staff and even some customers when I went to pick up my carry out order. I was led by an employee behind the counter to a row of phones and told to call another store, then left there to be told by another employee that I wasn't supposed to be back there. Then I was laughed at by the entire staff as I was told to leave while I was on the phone with the other store. These employees created a very chaotic and unnecessary situation; making me look like "Karen" as they made me believe they were calling the police on me. They intimidated me as I left with my hands up. They followed me outside to watch me leave the parking lot. They scared me so much I called 911 after hanging up from the call with the other store. (2) Additionally, the last time I tried to pick up my carry out order at this same location, I went through the drive thru; where they told me my order wasn't ready and that I had to drive around the block. When I did that, I ended up sitting waiting behind the car that was behind me when I first came through the drive thru. In both of these encounters, I was being glared at by a young man staring at me with eyes full of hatred- like he would strangle me if he thought he could get away with it. I am not lying about any of this. Check your cameras at around 8pm MST to see if there isn't an employee leading me over to some phones & then another one coming around the corner. Watch me walking over to the other side of the store to get away from them while I tried to talk to the guy on the phone. Listen to the calls around that time. These employees put me into a COMPLETE FRENZY. All I was there to do was pick up my carry out order. There are no words that can be said. No coupons or vouchers or lifetime supply of pizza that can take away the horror of being publicly humiliated last night while all of the employees laughed at me like I was a ridiculous joke. None of this is okay. They made me believe the police were going to look for me. I called the emergency line! They wasted the police time by creating a false alarm to scare me out of there store. Well, I certainly won't be coming back, but I can't say this is the last you will hear from me, because this should absolutely be illegal. read more

Big fan of dominos for several decades now and appreciate the consistency the brand has shown over the years. Unfortunately as I wait for my dine in order to be prepared, a young man with beard said loudly to a trainee"he looks like apiece of shit so who cares". Mind you I'm dressed nicely and polite to the shift leader person so I'm bewildered why such a comment would be made. Just because this location is in a less than savory part of town doesn't mean a person should actually suffer this type of abuse Haven't even opened my pizza box yet and continue to listen to his assault on everything his mouth won't filter. He must be a very valued employee because I can count on two hands how offensive his LOUD, belligerent opinions are stated so freely. I'm a seasoned 30+ year veteran of the industry and am astounded by this behavior. And I haven't even opened my pizza box yet smh If the franchisee wonders why the dining room is always so deserted, the might want to reevaluate the front of line employees that represent his name and the franchise as a whole. In closing the conversations continue and I really don't care if they went to jail or if the charges were dropped or if they got popped for reckless driving As much as sales are coveted and some food and beverage career minded folks have decided to explore other options, mystified about the lack of standards and the attention to detail that this store is projecting to the brand name. Ordered Domino's and got an email that our delivery was completed, although we had not received our order and we were paying with cash, so I called to check on our order and the man I spoke to was very rude and said that his delivery driver had came to our apartment and knocked several times and nobody answered, and I proceeded to explain to him that we were in our living room, right by our front door and that nobody knocked and also explained to him that we were also looking out for the delivery man and nobody showed up, and then he also said that they tried calling, which we never received a call about it either, and as I was trying to explain this to him, he became very rude and basically was calling me a liar, and as I was trying to explain to him that our apartment complex can get confusing, he just kept interrupting me and speaking over me that his delivery man delivered the order to apartment building D, and I told him that it wasn't D that we were in building B and he said apartment building D abd I said no I told you we are in building B as in boy and then he said I said building B and I told him I didn't want to argue and then asked for his name and if I could speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager and then when I asked for his name again he very rudely hung up on me! Great for a Domino's. Plenty of seating, TVs, open concept, clean, natural light from huge front windows facing street, lots of outlets for charging your devices. Food?...well it's a Domino's... I'm pretty disappointed that I placed an order for 18 bucks, I was planning on tipping about $5. I only have a $50 bill, the manager called me and told me they can't carry change bigger than $20. I understand safety, and policy. It was 7:20pm at night and broad daylight, I'm not going to try and rob the pizza guy for $20 bucks. It would have been about $27 dollars in change. Thanks for making me feel like some kind of criminal when I'm sick in bed and can't go out to make change. Unfortunately I will not be giving my business to this location in the future because of their unwillingness to work with me. The manager told me he was going to cancel my order. Red grease pizza, just look at the box under the pizza. Every pizza I got from them I have had to pat the grease off of the slices with a napkin. I thought I would give them another try after quitting them 15 years ago for the same reason, grease! It must be the main ingredient of their recipe because they still have not removed the grease from their product. No more for me low price doesn't justify a grease pie. I have had this pizza at various locations and other states, so I am not just picking on Farmington. Oh and did I mention grease? I hope you get my point. Go elsewhere for pizza. read more
