So yeah, you would think they would put online orders as a priority, but not the case at this place. Seen someone who looks like the manager (dyed red hair) maybe, she was just kind of farting around rather than lending help to the rest of the employees. You could tell they were slammed just based on the people that were in the dining area. Yeah I put my order in on the app at 12:37 didn't get my order after sitting in the dining area until right around 1300. I don't know, man I thought Jimmy John's was freaky fast that doesn't seem freaky fast to me. Maybe they should hire more employees or train the ones they have better. read more

Ordered at 12:00. Received at 1:03. Person delivering was in their pajamas. Order was wrong. Ordered one sandwich without cheese and mayo but added bacon and onion. No bacon , no onion - but I was charged for it. Wrap was ordered with no tomatoes - yep full of tomatoes. read more

I don't make it a point to post reviews too often, but upon entering Jimmy Johns this evening, we were greeted by two polite young associates, both busy with their various chores, and both quickly offering assistance in taking our order. I wish to commend Violet and Ryan who each demonstrated a great work attitude and professional demeanor. The retail quick-serve food business is difficult in the best of times. It can test the patience and resolve of any employee. So when I see two associates near the end of the shift behaving as though they are glad to be there, it warrants recognition. Our sandwiches were made as ordered, quickly, and served with a smile. Violet and Ryan deserve high ratings for displaying great care and attention to their business. They are doing their company proud. A+ kids! read more

I have been going to Jimmy John's since they opened here in Farmington. Never had an issue before but this time I decided to order a sandwich for delivery. Delivery speed was fine considering it was lunch time. Taste was fine. The only problem was the sandwich itself. This time it was pencil thin with barely any fillings. It was much less than my normal sandwich is usually despite the fact that I chose a munch of freebies at the Extra level. If you're gonna put a new person on the cash register, make sure someone's watching the dumbass as she fails to ask if all the regular toppings are okay on a sandwich. I ordered for home delivery. The sandwiches, drinks and cookies arrived quickly. When we went to eat our sandwiches, they were both the same, and neither one was correct. We called and spoke to the manager, they asked for the order number and said they would be right back with the correct sandwiches. Not only did the young man come back with the correct sandwiches, he also had a duplicate of the drinks we ordered and added 3 cookies! Told us to keep the sandwiches which were a mistake. Everyone was very polite, kind and apologetic for the mix up on the sandwiches. We did not expect to get more drinks or cookies with the corrected order, but the delivery driver said "enjoy them later this evening with the cookies". I have never had any issues with Jimmy John's, this is the first time. I realize mistakes can be made, but they went out of their way, and then some, to correct it! A little different from every other Jimmy John's I've ever been in, but the sandwiches aren't any worse. Staff is clueless as to the "slang" when it comes to ordering extra's for the subs, and I swear the play list is some easy listing B.S. instead of the typical Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam, G'N'R' heavy rotation you get in most JJ's. Perhaps they offer different music for non-college town franchises. read more

Always good! you need to ask for light mayo though because they pile it on! Or just ask for it on the side I think every single sandwich on the menu comes with a lot of mayonnaise. I would definitely give this place four stars if it wasn't for the fact they will not deliver to my house. I work in the mall they deliver all the time. we ordered a #9 italian club and #12 beach club. we ordered the combos and a cookie. the sandwiches were good. not the best but good. considering our location to any large cities it's good to have jimmy john's as an option to subway. just another large chain sandwich shop. our total for the meals were approximately $21. the service was okay. it seemed like high school kids were operating the joint. we asked for recommendations in regards to the menu and the kid at the register replied "they're all good." the eatery do not place napkins in the open or by the fountain drink machine. you have to ask for napkins. not the best of service. if you want to try a different sub then give jimmy john's a shot. read more

Have visited Jimmy John's a couple of times. First time wife ordered a BLT. The bacon was microwave bacon that they didn't bother to even heat up. YUM YUM--NOT. Needless to say she has no desire to go back. Have tried to have delivery from them (my location is less than a mile from their store) and when you type in the address it shows it's outside their delivery area. REALLY???? less than a mile. Service was very sterile with no acknowlegement that I had entered the business. No hello, no friendly smile. The female order taker kept her head down looking at the computer. I do not know the menu and was never asked if I had any questions or informed me of any addons they carry. When I asked if they had chips, she flipped her hand, pointed and said they were down there. She never looked me in the eye, never smiled. The young workers were speedy and prepared my sandwich as ordered. When I left, I asked one of them if the woman was a manager and was told that she was. He told me to have a nice day....finally, some friendliness. read more
