Boneless wings we a big disappointment, I would not order them again, more than half were about the size of little tootsie roll, see picture. I called and complained and they sent out replacement wings but the driver dropped them in the driveway so they sent out some more. It's difficult to run a business when you are short-staffed. With that being said, I ordered lunch for our office from this location on a Thursday, online through the Papa John's website. I was called by the delivery driver 30 mins after placing the order. She informed me that her location was short-handed and had only 2 workers. She asked where my building was and told me that she would NOT come inside my building. That I needed to meet her outside to get my food. I work in a very fast-paced office setting and during this time of year, we are also very business with students enrolling in to the college. Everyone in the office was currently helping someone and were unable to meet the driver outside. The delivery driver came inside, put the food on my desk, and commented that she HAD to come all the way inside to deliver food. Saying all this in a very negative and unprofessional manner. I fully understand that working with little to no staff can be difficult. But it is also not the customer's fault for the lack of employees. I apologize for not meeting the driver outside my building. Hopefully the delivery driver will have a better day or find a better job where her talents can be used for sufficiently. read more

Normally we do not order from Papa Johns. Inferior product from PaPa Murphys but we had worked all day and received a coupon for buy one get one and decided to give it another try. It was a mistake. Made order and noticed the discount was not taken. Dealt with a chat service from what appear to be a English as a Second Language country. Took them 3 to 4 minutes to respond but wanted to disconnect from chat after 60 seconds because we took too long to respond. They told us we needed to fix it with the store, store told us we needed to fix it on line. Food was acceptable, not good and not anywhere with in the neighborhood of great. it was acceptable. It is a Papa John's. That being said, it has always been my favorite pizza chain. Worlds better then most others. I ordered five pizzas from here for a work dinner close to their closing time, and the pizzas were all accurate and fresh. Delicious. And those garlic dipping cups included with each pizza? This is my go to pizza place usually. I like the food and they seem to be fairly timely. I've never had a bad experience until today and when i did how they handled it appalled me. They did nothing. I can't believe how bad my family and i got treated by the Management there. Telling us the mistake they made was our problem wouldn't take care of us. Went in there and she was nasty mean and laughed at us. She treated my elderly mom horrible with such rudeness and disrespect. Seriously who treats people that way that spends alot of money in there. If it wasn't for us she wouldn't have a pay check and they wouldn't have a business. I cant believe it. They charged 60 dollars to my mom account without my mom knowing it for 2 medium pizza and a soda. And wouldn't even refund us for it. How they are still in business I'll never understand. read more

I know this is a chain but our location has the best pizza and best service in town. I have been going there and having pizza delivered for over 17 years and I am still dealing with the same manager after all these years. She goes the extra mile to make sure our order is perfect.
