I'll start off by saying that I walked in happy as could be. I was welcomed by two employees, and they both provided exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, the experience quickly changed after another employee came out from the back. He was taller with curly hair, and from the moment he came out, I kept getting stared at, which already made me uncomfortable. I was standing near the counter because I had been told my pizza was already in the oven and would only be a few more minutes since my other pizza was already done and waiting for pickup. While waiting, I noticed the same employee repeatedly looking over at me while also being on his phone. Normally, I wouldn't care if employees checked their phones here and there, but what concerned me was that nobody appeared to be wearing gloves. I then watched him go from touching his phone directly to handling a pizza. To make matters worse, he swiped his finger against his nose and still did not wash his hands before continuing to touch food. That was honestly disgusting to witness, especially in a food environment. A few more minutes passed, and then I overheard him quietly say, "she's just standing there." Normally, I wouldn't let a comment like that bother me, but considering I had already been waiting close to 30 minutes after being told my pizza was almost done, it felt rude and unnecessary. The restaurant was not busy enough for a regular pepperoni pizza to take that long, especially when the order had already been placed well before pickup. I hate complaining because the pizza itself smelled amazing, but when pizzas cost almost $13 these days, I expect basic food safety and professionalism. If gloves aren't being used, employees should at least wash their hands after touching their phones or their face before handling food. Unfortunately, instead of feeling excited to eat my pizza, I left wondering if I was taking home "potty hands" pizza. Definitely not a pleasant experience. read more

We popped into this Domino's and I asked the guy for the best deal and he said two medium for the price of one. That way I got my type and my daughter got hers. Training of management and staff. Jake does not know how to help customers out and he is the manager. They delivered one pizza to my house when it needed to be two. I called and they didn't pick up and showed up an hour later to deliver the other and it was cold. By the next day Jake took my call you can tell he does not know how to de escalate and would rather hang up on the customer because other customers are in the lobby. The service was very fast helpful store was pretty clean amazing staff and was exactly on time. Didn't have to really wait. Thank you guys I chose to try the Habanero chicken sandwich some of the ingredients, chicken, habaneros, pineapple cheese and really tasty bread. Might be a few other things in there not too sure. Definitely worth a try was sweet and hot. It's delicious. Also really love the chocolate lava cakes. I like them when they're little in the colder side, but they're good. read more

This Dominos has done pretty well by me. They made errors only twice so far and I place orders with them quite often. I usually order 3 or more pizzas at a time as well as other items. Once they made my all meat extra cheese pizza with extra cheese but forgot the meat. I called them and they said they would put me in for a free pizza. I didn't collect on it but it was there if I asked. The other time was in my favor, they accidentally gave me my order and a pizza from another order. Knowing that once that pizza left the store they aren't allowed to take it back I just kept it. Other than that they have been rock solid except for when a rookie slices the pizzas and they end up tearing chunks off the slice next to it. When you consider all factors along with the always available coupons. They're hard to beat... I make sure I tip them every time and I almost always pick up the order. read more

I ordered pizza from Domino's in Forest Grove on November 7th 2025. They kept delaying my delivery time, so after 2 hours of waiting I called them and canceled my order. Then in about 30 minutes a delivery guy showed up with my pizza. I told him that I canceled my order and didn't take the pizza. I expected them to refund me and called them a few times but still no refund a week later. The manager said it's my bank's problem not theirs. So, don't order from Domino's in Forest Grove unless you're ready to wait for your order for hours and pay for pizza you didn't eat. Thumbs down for Domino's from now on. :( read more

I order 3-4 times/week because I have an autistic child with food aversion, and at this point Domino's is one of the 2 foods he will eat. I ordered pizza and plain wings Monday night. (Labor Day). When my husband brought the order home the wings were wrong. I tried to call so they could start cooking the right ones before I made a trip back. They answered the phone "Domino's,hold please". Immediately put me on hold before I could say anything. I held 9 minutes and nobody ever came back to the phone. I hung up and called back. Same answer, immediately on hold with no opportunity to say anything. I held 6 minutes and then decided to continue to hold while I drove there. By the time I got there I had been holding for a total of 20 minutes with nobody ever coming back to the phone. When I expressed my frustration with the hold situation the response was "it's labor Day, we're busy". There was 1 customer in the lobby. The answer to that was "well we have online orders. I realize that, because I too placed my order online. As I do 4 times a week. I understand it was an honest mistake mixing up my chicken order. What I don't understand is the terrible customer service, the lack of any value I might have as a repeat customer. The counter person was rude, unapologetic, and gave me an "I don't give a F attitude ". I'm a paying customer and your mistake inconvenienced me already by having to drive back to your store, but now I have to stand around and wait for you to remake my food because you can't stop for 20 seconds to check back on the phone call you answered. I am waiting for you to fix your mistake while you give me attitude and blame the holiday for your crappy service. Well .....the fact that you aren't staffed properly for a Holiday weekend isn't my problem. I still expect to get the food that I ordered, and good customer service. Apparently the manager Jace VanDyke doesn't care enough to return my call, which explains why David (the employee) made it clear they don't need my business. Guess What Domino's.....you are not the only pizza place in Forest Grove. I would rather pay a few more dollars and go someplace my business is valued. read more

DRIVERS DONT CHECK DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. This has happened for the last few orders of mine, this last time I had people sleeping in the house and asked to call and to NOT knock, I even called the restaurant minutes after placing my order to give them the correct number to call, and and my driver showed up in my driveway, lights facing the window with hazards on and knocked on my door 3 times? I've asked lots of drivers to to go to my side door often as well and they always go to the front. The instructions are not a suggestion. Sometimes we use the "later" delivery option at check out and even then our food arrives before the time we choose (e.g. 2 hours later) ... so that's really cool. What I am concerned about it that while they must contactless delivery they asked to have us return the incorrect pizza. WAIT....WHAT?!?!? Ordered 4 pizzas last night was told it would be $91 when I questioned why so much there was silence and I was disconnected. I called back to ask what each pizza cost he told me that there were no coupons...my friends in the background said never I d we can order elsewhere the person said "oh I got it down to $44" hmmm so if I didn't question I would be paying $91??? So we appreciate the adjusted price. However at 9:15pm when we showed up to pick the 4 pizzas up we walked to the front door it was locked, the employees saw us and continued to work...we walked to another unlocked door as soon as I went to open the door a female employee ran to the door and said the lobby was closed in a rude condescending way...we told her we called in pizzas how do we get them ?? I usually like Domino's because they deliver to my house and they have a lot of stuff besides pizza on the menu. They also have the worst online ordering system but at least I don't have to talk to people on the phone, but I usually do because you can't tell it that you only want jalapeños on half your pizza so you have to call and tell them that after you have placed your order. Otherwise it's great. Usually they have pretty great employees too, except tonight. Tonight I just wanted some pizza with this promotion I got in a text message from Domino's via Quikly. Of course said promotion wasn't working online so I had to call and talk to the lovely lady who answered the phone who also happened to be the manager. After explaining myself to her she quizzed me about the promotion (20% my order), where I got it, how I got it, how many orders I had placed in the last year, what other phone numbers I had ever had all with varying degrees of doubt in her voice. I guess if you don't order pizza from them every other week you aren't allowed to use certain promotions because she then proceeded to tell me that they didn't accept that one at that particular store. This was of course after I told her that I had already used the exact same type of promotion at that store before and even had to look up the date in my text messages, at her request.
