Sunday dinner and with a coupon we decided to give Godfather's a go, after not having it for years. Before ordering over the phone for carry out, we looked online to see if prices were available and the website on mobile was spotty- a little confusing but managed to figure it out. The pizza itself, a large 2 topping (pepperoni and italian sausage) with golden crust for 15.99 was good for me. I liked the nice thick layer of cheese that wasn't a rubbery while eating and the toppings were not skimped on. It wasn't as salty as I remember too which was nice. Calling in the order and picking up the order was a breeze. Both employees I interacted with were great- communication was clear and service on point. The only downside is the price for size, it looked smaller than I remember. With a coupon it was 15.99 but wonder how much it is regularly. Online specialty pizzas seemed to be over $21, maybe I am just out of the pizza loop but it does seem high. I have been coming here for years, and have never been so disappointed. My assistant called on Friday or Saturday for a group of 10 people at 12 for a special needs birthday party. She spoke with Benta, and really enjoyed how kind she was. However, when we arrived Sunday, nothing was set up. We were there early, but my elderly mother and I had to move tables around to get this set up. I spoke with Jess the assistant manager about the buffet and hoping to get food out before our guests arrived. What an amazing pizza I just got. Got original crust half pepperoni half hot stuff. First their original crust is like others best thick crust. We came here in a Monday while are older son was across the street at scouts. We were the only people here. The lady at the counter was super nice. It is over average pizza when it comes to the taste. It has its own unique flavor and style, but it just doesn't seem to be great enough to merit the price. It's expensive, as of it has a name that is as pronounced as a popular neighborhood New York City pizzeria. Its not. In fact, to be honest Bellagios pizza as well as even Round Table are a better value for you and more importantly better taste. I've worked pizza for 6 years throughout my life and 4 of them at RoundTablePizza. The restaurant is set up very similar with booths, arcades, TVs and alcohol. I ordered 2 large 1 topping pies from their "deals menu." the larges were big mediums at best, the crust (I asked for well done) had a little crunch to it but resembled a bad pizza hut crust. That's right, I said Pizza Hut. that weird off brand dough that ur not sure is even dough. Having to explain that I wanted well done crust so it's got crunch was hard enough but apparently I need to explain further that I didnt want all the topping to be burnt with it. I can get past it I guess cuz they're just employees trying to pay rent. my mom goes here all the time, this has always been a family favorite of ours growing up, I've had most of my kids birthdays here for 8 years but I am so disappointed in how you have handled her most recent order I will never be a customer here again. she got home (30min away) and opened her pizza only to see that it was burnt to a crisp and inedible. she had been up for days with brand new baby puppies and piglets and didn't have the energy to go back to town so she figured she would deal with it later. when she finally got the opportunity to call they lied to her telling her she was talking to the manager when in fact she was not and then told her the only way she would be refunded was to provide the burnt pizzas that she already threw away. she has pictures but that apparently isn't enough. This location gets 1 star due to the dishonest delivery driver and poor management. While I was out of town, I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my teenage daughters. I paid for the pizza with my credit card. I instructed my 15 year old daughter to give the driver a cash tip, which she did. The next day, I noticed on that in addition to the charge for the pizza order, another charge for $2 went through on my card. My daughter naively had left the tip line of the receipt blank. Apparently, the driver (female with dark hair) felt that the tip given to her was insufficient and took it upon herself to take a larger one. When I discovered the extra charge, I called the location and spoke with the manager, John, who checked the receipt and confirmed that a $2 tip had been written in. He then told me that he "doubts the driver would have deliberately done something like that." So, I suppose the driver "accidentally" stole from me... The manager was unprofessional is the manner that he handled my complaint. Essentially, he blew me off. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this location, and if you do, be sure to check your bank statement. read more
