This has to be the worst experience I've ever had with a chain pizza restaurant !!! The people who…read morework here were rude, rude, rude when they put Pepperoni on the cheese pizza I ordered. I am deathly allergic to meat. I work outside a lot. I've been bitten by those terrible ticks that have given me Alpha Gal and so especially the juices from the red meat will send me straight to the ER. A lot of people don't understand how serious Alpha Gal disease can be. Anyways, this Little Caesars Franchise refused to give me a refund or remake my pizza like I ordered- cheese only. They told me that because I ordered it online that it was not their fault in any way and they were not responsible for how the ticket printed up. I clicked on the picture of a cheese pizza so me the customer assumes I'm going to get a pizza with only cheese. These people are hateful and rude. I spent almost $20 and still have nothing I can eat. Now, I have to go home and make a salad. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL. IF A PROBLEM ARISES YOU WILL BE BLAMED FOR IT AND THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU THAT YOU PUT YOUR ORDER IN WRONG. And so I told her that well do you realize on the ordering menu there is a picture of a pretzel crust showing just cheese? She says, well we have no control over that. This conversation is over and wishes me a good rest of my day. So, no resolution to my problem. I had to take with me this pepperoni pizza that I cannot eat. No lunch for me. I should have gone to the Mexican Restaurant down the street! Probably would have been cheaper and way more FUN !!!! I will never ever go back to this Little Caesars even if it was the last Pizza place on earth !! Save yourself the hassle and insults too¡!!
