I live in Exeter NH, I went into the Stratham location of dominoes pizza. the person taking my order was extre rude. didn't want to answer any question. I was trying to ask questions about the deals that were available. I got a shrug and he said something about 6.99. so I got 2 medium pizzas, boneless chicken wings and a cookie dessert for $34.00. I've never encountered such a rude individual at a public restaurant. won't be back. I'm surprised anything would stay in business when employees treat customers that way. read more

Craptastic! Shortly before 5 pm tonight, I ordered delivery from Domino's in Fruita. Because they have a minimum order for delivery, I had to order two things when I really only wanted a pizza. My total was $13.98. I actually paid $23.91 - Meal, plus delivery fees totalling $6.27, plus tax and tip. Ironically, I used Domino's delivery, not Doordash or Uber. They have a tracker where you can see where your order is in the process. First, my order spent nearly as much time in the "delivery" phase as the "baking" phase. When I finally got my pizza it was luke-warm at best. It was not hot or fresh and definitely NOT delicious. If you look at the pictures included you can see how little they care about quality and attention to detail. It looked like a 3rd grader cut it, one side's edge was charred and there was a miscellaneous piece of black olive cooked onto it. And even though it appears that they then sprinkle some form of Italian seasoning all over it AFTER cooking, the flavor was just bland. What's more, the second item I was forced into ordering was the cinnamon twisty things. They were absolutely doused in cinnamon and inedible without wiping some of it off. What a dissatisfying meal. They do a good job! Good service, always clean when I go in to pick up (1 x mo) and friendly students working on pies and taking money. Order is always right, hot and tasty. I don't know what's changed recently, but something obviously has and I doubt I'll go back. Both of my recent orders were wrong! Pretty sure you're now dealing with a call center and not Domino's. That's a real problem for delivery out here in Fruita, lol! Topping on both orders (5 pizzas) total were ridiculously skimpy. Seriously, this last one had literally FIVE slivers of green pepper and not many more pieces of sausage. Mgmt is not very pleasant either, pretty sure that's changed too. Staying at a local hotel. Decided to get delivery. Super friendly service and fast delivery! First pizza was loaded, but other half had onions and mushrooms on my side. Let us keep the pizza and sent us another one no charge which was nice. Second pizza was delicious! Spot on! I definitely recommend this place to everyone! read more

We ordered pasta bowls tonight. 1 arrived with alfredo rather than marinara. We checked the order to make sure it wasn't our mistake and it wasn't. We called to have it replaced. It arrived flooded with marinara. The whole bread bowl was full with about a 1/2" just sitting on top. It was inedible. We didn't call to complain because what was the point? We couldn't even guess at what the employees would think was funny this time. read more

Worst experience ever! Delivery driver was lost (twice) at finding the easiest address in the world. Called the store to complain. Manager was an argumentive A$$HOLE on the phone! Pizza was already 35 min late and the he still makes up excuses and lies about the delivery. This place was horrible, we tried calling and no one answered but we drove to the store and found that it was open however there was only one employee working. The employee was sitting in the break room and saw us come in but didn't bother to get up to help us. We asked if anyone was there and were just about to leave when he stumbled up to the counter. We asked where he was and he said he was on the computer. This man appeared to be intoxicated and all of his words were slurred. When we asked to see his manager and he told us that he was the manager and that we needed to leave. I will never go back to this store unless they hire new management. read more

Rude employee on phone. Night manager no help. Cold pizza delivered. Extremely warm Ranch dressing for salads delivered. Took 30 minutes from when driver left store with order to finally arrive. The Fruita store is horrible!! The employees are some of the rudest and unprofessional that I have ever dealt with in the 25 years that I have solicited businesses in Mesa County. "Angie" and "Devon" were ridiculously rude, wouldn't give us any manager information and hung up on us TWICE. For some reason, we were put on a do not deliver list and they wouldn't tell us why or tell us who we needed to talk to for help with getting this removed. We have ordered from this same store for 9 years!!! Do NOT do business with this store. I ordered from a different Dominos and picked up my order. read more
