It was a confusing identity crisis of casual mix mixed with fine dining-ish but with wine on tap not in a bottle. The chef talked a lot about himself in a bragging type of way dropping names like how he got his gumbo recipe from Emeril.

I did notice an employee eating a big beautiful steak while she closed out her shift, I asked what cut and she said a ribeye. So I guess they cut the 1-1.5 inch thick cuts for employee steaks and customers get ribeyes a 1/4 inch thin cooked into shoe leather. Pro tip: go to Strayhorn. Rumor is cattleman's doesn't even use local beef anymore, they just cosplay ranch life so you get to eat a low quality steak with the comforting smell of cow poo.

3/8/14 Stopped with family as i had been to other Arivins before and was craving a Green Supreme. While the restaurant wasn't busy, counted 6 tables including us, there were 6 waitresses working, it took a while to get orders taken, no refill on coffee while waiting for food. The food tasted good, not great but good. Was highly disappointed with serving and cost. My wife had a Green Biscuit that was almost half the cost and received twice as much as the Green Supreme. It was definitely smaller than what I remember. Waitress was talking with friends for 5 minuets while we waited for her to take check, we finally went to register.
