Dominos pizza in Gaston SC has been so disappointing lately. I placed an online order at 9:37 last Thursday night. The tracker tells me my order is being prepared. The arrival time is 50-60 minutes. I ordered thin and crispy pizza with beef and onions. I also ordered a 5 cheese dip with bread twists. 1 1/2 hours later I am still waiting on my order, so I call Dominos and am put on hold. 8 minutes later I hang up and call again. Finally speaking to the manager, I ask about my order. I am told that there is only one driver and that my order is the next to go out. It has just come out of the oven and will be here shortly. 2 hours hve passed and no order, then I receive a text telling me that my order is on the way. For an order that has just been prepared, fresh from the oven, this is what arrived. SEE BELOW. Little or no beef and maybe 6-7 prices of onion!! Stone cold and look at the cheese dip!!! I couldn't even scrape it out of the pan. So nasty!!! Sent in numerous complaints, but still have not received an answer. Dominos needs to step it up!! They have competition called Pizza Hut and I'm switching since Dominos doesn't seem to care about the quality of their food and no care of customer service. read more

I'll NEVER again in life order from Domino's especially the Garners Ferry location! My niece ordered for delivery. And when she opened the box the pizza looked like it was dropped and placed back in the box. So I immediately called the location to let the manager know. The manager apologized and said they'd send someone right out . They came 15mins later to view the pizza and left and said they'd deliver a new one. An hour pass No pizza! So I called again. Then the manager said they WON'T be sending another pizza because the delivery guy denied dropping it and said my niece dropped it. Her mother got in her car and went to the location As I got corporate on the phone to let them know exactly what happened. Corporate apologized and said #1 the manager had no right to even want to SEE the pizza because that's not Domino's protocol. By now my sister is at the location and told me how rude the manager was! He refunded her money but STILL refused to give her a replacement pizza! But that time my niece stated she no longer wanted anything from Domino's ever again and left and went to Mod's pizza. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINO'S AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And Corporate claimed they'd call her to give her a pizza credit and they never did. My best solution is to simply never support any Domino's. It's plenty other pizza establishments around to give our money to. read more

Good pizza place workers are nice the pizza is always good and they have a good selection of custom pizza's.

I ordered a sandwich and pizza a little before noon. I received a phone call at 12:24 saying that my order was on it's way. I am 4 miles away from Domino's. After half an hour and still no order I phoned the store. A gentleman answered the phone, apologized and said that if the order was not there in the next 5 minutes they would remake the order and send it out again at no charge. I did not ask for it to be sent at no charge, but did appreciate their customer service. However, minutes later I received a phone call from Krystal telling me that they are going to remake my order but there will still be the full charge. According to her, they don't give out free food and they don't have a delivery time guarantee. Not only was her tone not very nice but there was not even an apology offered. She hung up after I informed her that I no longer wanted the order and I had to call back just to get her name. I just have a hard time giving my money to someone that doesn't appreciate, nor seems to want, my business. I'm leaving shortly and will stop at Marco's Pizza - where they have always shown an appreciation for their customers. I will say that in the past when a driver has been late they have called and apologized, while also telling me how soon they would be here. Honestly the best dominos around. Pizza is always hot and on time. Perfect crust and perfect amount of sauce. I love it I've only had one complaint out of the many times I've ordered and it was only because they were short staffed which I can understand. Whenever I come in the employees are always on top of things which is good to see. Did delivery with another dominos and it couldn't compare to this one at all. read more

I am going to paparonis from now on. Pizza was totally wrong order. Threw it out as I couldn't eat it. Gave them a new chance 6 months later. My Pizza sat in quality review for over an hour. Ordered two handmade pizzas last week that were the absolute best we've had! Picking up two more in a few minutes. We had never tried the handmade ones before. If you order them off of the "$5.99 each" menu (for 2 toppings) they are actually $6.99 each and are well worth it! read more
