I was told to come inside, move my car, or the cops would be called. The pharmacist then came to the drive tru and took my payment and ID and stated she will get my meds ready and bring them out to my car in the front of the store. - within 15mins my meds were deliver to my car. 1. Medications were not ready 30 hours after told they would be ready. 2. Why was it not stated in the beginning they will bring my medications to the front as soon as they are ready? Situation was escalated that could have been avoided. I moved from CVS years ago because of issues with meds not being ready. I have a few issues but to be expected but never like today.
