Arrived about 15 minutes later and was told there were 15-20 pizzas ahead of mine and it would be 40+ minutes. The woman at the counter was great and asked if I wanted to cancel my order, so I did. First of all, I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and got garlic bites. I called to get the order changed and was told I had to wait until the driver got back and the wings were made before I would get them. That was fine. Then I asked for Parmesan cheese, red peppers, napkins and plates. (Things that Little Caesar's gives for free) I was told that those were now charged $1 each for the cheese and peppers and yet somehow my charge was going to be $3.24? I said that the mistake was on their end and surely they could waive this cost. The woman I talked to said that was impossible and raised her voice to me. Once I persisted she simply hung up on me. I called right back and was placed on hold for several minutes. I was thinking that she must recognize my number so I called from my husband's phone. Once she recognized my voice she hung up on me a SECOND Time. The THIRD time Sure enough, she answered right away and ready to take my order. This employee was rude, spiteful and condescending TO A CUSTOMER. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, and I know that in any job that I have ever had I would have been FIRED for either raising my voice or hanging up on a customer. Ordered our pizza and it took longer than expected, which is normal / expected since it's a Sunday night during dinner time / when people order pizza for dinner. The TV screen in the building and online both said the food was ready however when we came up there the lady said that the online one was incorrect. So I asked but the TV says it's ready. And she said that was incorrect to. I think that the tracker should be more accurate or at least say that the pizza is running late. The blond with the pigtail was rude when she said it. So I would have given this rating a 2 star. However I was told that I could get a brownie or a drink due to it taking so long, and that is why I'm giving it a 4 star. read more

Call 911...because this Dominos just stole a pizza my heart (Wait..puns? what has this pizza done to me!?). Let me talk about this pizza. This glorious, buttery, cheesy pizza. This glorious, descending from the sky in ethereal light and beauty pizza. This is, hands down, the BEST dominos... nay.... pizza place I have ever been to!!! I can't even begin to express how I now eat other pizzas, yet my thoughts always trail back to taking a bite into the North Ave Dominos' steamy hot pizza (is this what cheating feels like?) I compare every pizza to this pizza. I literally crave this pizza and the dominos hot chicken wings (the wings are so tender and moist, yet the actual wing sizes are small. They give 8 pieces per order). Plus they have this awesome coupon deal where you can get a medium sized two topping pizza for $6 and your choice of a pasta, wings, or a dessert for $6 (both are normally more expensive if you buy them individually). The coupon is on the website! Their cookie/brownie dessert is SO good too (so soft and good, but they have burned the bottom of mines once so double check in the store!). And from what my friends say their pasta is delicious! Overall, an AMAZING experience and I am always left super impressed and happy by dominos!! read more

The food was everything that you'd expect from Dominos. I'm a fan. This location though doesn't have handicapped parking. As a disabled person, you'd expect 30 years after businesses were required to have handicapped parking that this wouldn't be an issue anymore, especially at large chains. They need to correct this otherwise they're inviting a lawsuit. read more

I never really go on yelp too often, but this place defiantly caught my attention. The establishment in Grand Junction couldn't be any better. There is always good customer service, a clean environment, the pizza and appetizers are all fresh, there's never a long wait, and my girlfriend and I have never been disappointed. I would recommend this pizza place over anything else in Grand Junction. We tried Pizza Hut and other companies and weren't impressed at all. Had a horrible experience here! Had a very simple order. First tried to pay with card and it didn't work which isn't anyone's fault so I was understanding and paid with cash. Then when my order came out it came out completely wrong. I went and told them it was wrong and the cashier refused to cooperate with us. As well as kept saying it was our fault and we said the order wrong. Then after our was finally put in right they wanted us to repay for a new order. We were running late so I just payed for the difference to leave. After all of this we are sitting down with our incorrect order that I had already asked if they wanted the incorrect pizzas back and said "it's ok" but then they changed there mind and decide to holler at us to return the pizzas Horrible experience that could have all been figured out way easier read more

I ordered a pizza for future pick up and when I got there to pick it up an hour later it wasn't ready. When I got there to pick it up 5 different people asked me the name on the order and then would go to the back for a few moments and then a new person would come back out. It seemed like they forgot about my pizza and were stalling before coming back to tell me there was no pizza. It was then 30 minutes before my pizza would be ready. I didn't have time to wait 30 minutes and so I left with no pizza. It was very disappointing. May not order from there again. Also as a side note the store is run by mostly college students who don't know what they are doing. My girlfriend was also picking up a pizza and it took them a few moments to find her pizza and then they kept "messing up" the payment of the pizza and had her swipe her card 3 times, waiting to see if we got charged 3 times for the pizza. We placed an order for delivery on a Tuesday evening. After not receiving our food over 70 minutes later, we called to check on the order. The manager, Liz, had placed the order for take-out. She didn't offer to remake our order but said it would be sent out for delivery. When asking her how long that would take, she told us to not speak to her that way and she's cancel the order if we were going to be rude. Wow, asking how long delivery would take is not rude. We canceled our order and will not order again from this location. I will be asking to speak with Liz's supervisor. read more

This particular dominos is out of control on its pricing. Over $8 for a pizza (that should be $5.99) because of chicken (most dominos only charge $7). I order dominos all over the country, and this one by far is the most expensive for some reason. read more

I live on campus right next to this place, so I get it pretty often. I always order the food on the dominos app so it will be ready right when I get there. I dont have any complaints about the quality of the food, but I do have some about the customer service. More times than I can count on one hand I have arrived at dominos right after I get the notification saying my pizza is done, and when I go in they say that someone else came in and took my pizza already and now they have to remake it. This has happened so many times, I dont understand how they let people take my food. They always ask me what my order is but seem to never ask the people who keep stealing my pizza. They usually compensate me with a drink or the other persons order who took mine instead if that happened. But I've definitely got nothing from them before but a 15 minute wait that I already planned to avoid. read more

Why they bother to give the option of cuts when they do not read it and then provide an option for feedback, which they also apparently do not read, is beyond me. The number of times that they can't get the cut right is staggering. I have given kind feedback in the past but there clearly is no desire to get this taken care of evidenced by the drive arriving at my door and asking if it was ok that they were cut wrong. NO! It is not ok that you made my order wrong.....again. Offering a dessert or drink is not acceptable. Had I wanted these I would have ordered them. What an amazing dominos pizza, great customer service and the food is always top notch.

This is the best domino's in GJ. I have never had a bad experience with them. I actually drive farther to go to this location. This location actually adds extra/double ingredients if ordered. They start the order within seconds and are ready within 10 minutes or so, then are super friendly on pickup. I don't know if the managers make rules or something on extras but this is the only location in GJ where we have actually gotten extra/double toppings (that we paid extra for). Please, if you're visiting Grand Junction, take my word and reward this location for their effort. They are very good. read more
