He then brought us our checks and dropped pens down for us to pay, with no discount, and then walked away without saying anything. This visit, and accommodations were less than pleasant.

My rating of 3 stars was because of the cook. I have ordered the same steak many times and it was always cooked perfectly, thicker, and hardly any fat. I cut 2" of fat off one end, 1" off the other end, and there was fat all around the edges. The cook should have been ashamed to put that steak on a customer's plate. The house rub and cooking of the steak hid the fat from the server. I only found it when I started cutting into it. Will only go there for birthdays when there is a large discount. The acoustics are also terrible.

As a customer and Dasher, I am there pretty much everyday. I'm speaking of the central ave west location. 3 people working mothers day evening, 2 making pizza and 1 baking and boxing, and the orders just kept rolling in, they were slammed. Here's the problem, all customers and dashers were being completely ignored. Completed orders just stacking up. Orders getting cold, customers mad, dashers mad and losing tons of money. So of course tensions rise. Also isn't a pleasant place to be with the new management they now have, she's rude, mean to dashers and customers and doesn't seem to care about anything other than letting everyone know she's a manager, nowhere in sight on a not surprisingly very busy day of the year and pretty much left her people in a very difficult position. Previous management was always there running around making sure everything was getting done and people were being taken care of. After a very busy night of dashing my husband and I grabbed Little Ceasars and headed home to relax. We used to order from this location at least once a week.
