As we approached we saw the help wanted sign in the window and my wife said be prepared for slow service. Several tables were empty and we were told to sit anywhere. Shortly afterwards I noticed that there was a line out the door for pickup. They do a good take out business. We ordered stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and they were just ok. Somehow I expected more than just mozzarella stuffed mushrooms. No real thought went into the dish. We also ordered a chef's salad and that exceeded our expectations for both presentation and quality. One small thing. I have a pet peeve about the entrees coming to the table while we are still working on the appetizer and that's what happened here. Our server, Taylor, did apologize and said that the mushroom appetizer takes longer to cook than most other appetizers and so our food was ready at the same time. Minus one star. I ordered the Greek pizza and holy cow was it good. I'm going to try to attach a picture. Truth is that I'm still eating it two days later. The only reason this didn't end there was because the female delivery driver actually did her job. She called me from the store, came back with the missing pizza and receipt, apologized, and flat out said the situation should not have been handled that way. After returning to the store, she called me again and issued a $40 credit. On January 5, I went to the store to address the issue and realized the same rude person was the general manager. She refused to provide corporate contact information, which already says a lot. The area manager was present, and I complained directly to him. Later that night, when my wife tried to use the credit, we were overcharged. When we went back, the general manager questioned why we were using the credit, denied working on January 2, and then claimed she "didn't feel comfortable serving us." We left calmly without any scene, yet she followed us outside with her phone as if she was recording us. Then, two hours later, police showed up at my home and issued a no-trespass order against me even though there was no confrontation, no threats, and no wrongdoing on my part. Calling the police on a customer after your own staff admitted mishandling the situation is beyond ridiculous. This was a complete abuse of authority, wildly unprofessional, and honestly alarming. I will never return to this location, and I strongly warn others to do the same until corporate seriously addresses how this store is being run.

Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Pizza Central in Evans, GA…read more I recently placed an online order for my son and me from Pizza Central. My order was scheduled to be ready at 6:56 PM, and I arrived at approximately 6:55 PM to pick it up. When I walked in, there was one customer ahead of me checking out. After she left, the employee turned away from the register and began doing other things. I waited patiently, expecting someone to acknowledge me and ask if I was there for a pickup. Two other employees approached the register, but neither one acknowledged me. About five minutes later, another customer walked in, went to the bar, and sat down. The same employee who had helped the customer before me immediately acknowledged him and gave him a menu. At that point, I finally said, "Excuse me, ma'am, I'm here to pick up an order." Another employee came from the back and acknowledged a different customer who had walked in after me. She then went to the back and brought that customer his pizza order. Meanwhile, I was still standing there waiting for my order and wondering why I had been completely overlooked. Finally, a third young lady came out with my order. At that point, the employee who had been at the register asked me, "Have you been helped?" I replied, "FINALLY." She smiled and walked away. I took my order and left. Unfortunately, this experience left me extremely disappointed. It wasn't the wait for my food that bothered me--it was the lack of acknowledgment and basic customer service. A simple "Hello, we'll be right with you" would have made a huge difference. I have no problem being patient when I'm acknowledged and know what's going on. But standing there while employees help customers who arrived after me, without anyone acknowledging me, is frustrating and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I have no intention of returning to Pizza Central in Evans. I hope management takes this review seriously and uses it as an opportunity to address customer-service expectations with the staff

The sandwiches are quite good, as are the pasta bowls. The chicken wings are not tip top, but are just fine. The delivery service is unreal. Hands down the fastest I have experienced, and if you are in one or another of the IHGs they come right to your door.
