I ordered my food online and it says that my food will be ready at 10:30-10:45 EST. Their hours and operations do not reflect on Little Ceasers' website. I won't be able to pick up my pizza because they do not open until 12:00 P:M Est. This location needs to update their portal. read more

Laziest workers I've ever seen, it's honestly laughable. My husband tried to order and they said "no we close in less than an hour, you can get something out of the warmer", yet they took someone who came in after him and made them fresh food. Nice to see that; that is how this dingy location does business. I'll make sure to let my family who comes to this location know to make the extra drive to a location that actually cares. read more

I enjoy this pizza for what it is-fast and cheap. But, there is always usually something wrong. My last experience was the pizza not being fully done which I thought was odd since they have the pizza on timers moving through the conveyor. This experience was my pizza not being sliced. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Best customer service ever! I have never been to a pizza place that has consistently delivered service with a smile like the Little Caesars in Grovetown. They have made some changes in the last few years and I have noticed a real push to provide a happy experience. They may not have the best pizza, but at their low price point they figured out that if they provide really good consistent customer service, they will have many happy return purchases. The first few visits I didn't think much of it but after a while I realized I was getting a more friendly and personal experience than at most restaurants. This location has helped me gain more respect for the pizza brand I considered the low cost, low quality pizza option. read more

This place is the absolute WORST! Three times in three weeks, I called in an order. After waiting 15 minutes, I showed up and they did not have my order ready. They couldn't find it in the system. In fact, no one bothered to even write it down. So, I had to wait for my order to me made from scratch. The third time, I spoke to the manager and all he said was "what do you wnat me to do about it?" Are you kidding me? The last time I went in, I just wanted a hot and ready. The girl at the counter said "I cant give one to you." No explanation, no futher conversation, just "I cant give one to you." I asked her a couple leading questions, but she was borderline cryptic with her answers and I still dont know why they couldnt give me a pizza. Aside from garbage customer service, I watched the manager in the back making pizza, then come up front and handle money, then go right back to making pizza. Terribly unsanity and disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There's a Dominos LITERALLY right across the street, a Papa Johns diagonal through the intersection, a Pizza Hut 2 minutes away, and three other local pizza joints (try Armondos, seriously). read more

If I could give (0) stars, that is what I would give. Customer service was TERRIBLE, waited 45 minutes for 3 pizzas, which were under cooked. Shift Leader Breanna finally came up after having to ask for her to come up three times. 15 people standing in line waiting for food. People making the pizzas did not have gloves on, poor sanitation, health department rating was a "B" 80%. This is a good place to get sick from. My wife and I pulled into the parking lot at about 5:50pm and ordered our food online. We were informed by the online system that the store was very busy and it would take approximately 30-40min to have our order ready. No problem. I waited outside for about 20min and went inside just to make sure it wasn't already done and waiting for us. It wasn't done, no big deal, but it seemed like complete chaos behind the counter. The workers were yelling and cursing at each other because they were so busy and feeling overwhelmed. Out of the 5 workers only one of them remained calm and seemed like he actually cared about the customers in the store. The other 4 employees were blaming each other for missing orders and didn't really seem to care about fixing the situation. I'm pretty sure the female employee was so mad that she just left not really caring how backed up they were. I don't understand how this location is still in business. I've lived here for about 3 years and have only been to this location about 3-4 times. The moral has gotten worse with every visit. There is more to the story of my encounter there tonight but honestly I'm tired of typing and I really don't think it matters what I say. Things haven't changed in the last three years and probably never will. I can promise you that I will not be back to the Grovetown Little Caesars again. read more

Worst experience ever. I placed an order at 5:20 PM on the website to pick up at 6:15 PM. When I got to the store at 6:10 it wasn't ready. Come to find out they had messed up my order. I did not leave the store until 6:35 and my order still wasn't ready. I ended up just telling him to give me a hot-and-ready pizza that wan't one I had ordered. The pizza was good but the service was pathetic. I asked for the manager and just apologized and said some of the pizzas had been done wrong. Which one? Pepperoni or cheese? After he apologized they still couldn't get it right after 20 extra minutes. That is the last time I will go to this Little Caesars. read more
