We travelled all day and stopped in Hays Kansas for the night. I tried to place an order thru the Dominos ap which appeared to time out. So I called the store to confirm and was told the order did not go thru but Josh was very polite and said he would process my order over the phone for delivery. He said it would be to me in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I called and was told oops it was accidentally marked for pickup but he wanted to compensate us for the inconvenience with free drinks. I told him I had purchased 2 drinks so no need. He then offered free brownies and I said ok, thank you... it was nice of him to offer. He said the pizza would be right here(we were only staying 4 minutes away) the pizza arrived cold and burnt 20 minutes later.... we only received 1 of the 2 drinks we had paid for.. the garlic Parisian bread bits were missing the parm and we did not receive our comp brownies. this was the absolute worst experience ever from Dominos and I am a huge fan, it's my favorite place to eat pizza when at home or traveling....just not here ever again! read more

they state that they can refuse payment of federal Legal Tender of a 50$ bill. My order was $27.40 and they refused to take a payment with a 50$. The 50 is legal tender for ALL debts both private and public. i had placed an online order and drove to the store and was refused to pay my bill. they have just lost another customer. The egos and lack of customer service is surprising, but what do you expect from people who are barely paid a living wage, but i still blame them for thinking they are so special that they think they can break federal laws. read more

I have ordered several times now and have not experienced a single issue. This includes an evening where half of town lost electricity, and the manager lived up to her word to get the order facilitated ASAP. The app is simple enough and integrated well. The food has been hot and fresh. If you're expecting Domino's, it meets expectations. read more

This is what you get for a thin and crispy pizza with extra cheese AND a 20% tip?!? It was burnt to a crisp and no flavor whatsoever. One employee kept yelling "I'm done, I'm done, I'm leaving!" the whole entire time I was there. Maybe you shouldn't run promotions if you can give out quality products ‍. Of course you are going to be busy because EVERYTHING IS ridiculously expensive when it's not on sale. This is the worst pizza restaurant I have ever been too. We ordered a pizza online. We went to pick it up and when we got there we gave the cashier our gift card and she threw it away. She then proceeded to blame us for her throwing it away. Then we said we were going to get that gift card back. BUT... THEY HAVE A 9 MINUTE TIMER ON THE TRASH CAN!!!! WHAT!?!!!? We order delivery from here all the time and the food is perfect. Lee delivers to us frequently and does a great job.

I did not get the full experience because I ordered for the pizza to be delivered. We ordered $29 in food and gave the driver $40. He only had $5 in change, most of which was in quarters. I understand the drivers don't carry large sums of money but this is something Domino's really has to straighten out. The pizza and wings were phenomenal. I only wish they wouldn't be so stingy with their toppings which is why I would still prefer Pizza Hut. read more

I love domino's Pizza, Breadsticks, Pasta & Sandwiches. I always choose domino's over any other pizza place in Hays because they have Great food. However, the last couple of times I have ordered from them they have become cheapskates. I have ALWAYS received one dipping sauce with my breadstick orders. If I want more dipping sauce I have to pay extra for it. Paying for extra sauce is understandable. But now they don't even give you one dipping sauce with your bread. I recently ordered two different kinds of their breadsticks and I got absolutely no dipping sauce with either order. I used to get marinara with the plain cheese bread and garlic butter sauce with the spinach cheesy bread. When I asked about the sauce I was informed it would cost me $.60 per sauce. When I asked if I was going to get ANY sauce with my bread sticks I was informed not without paying the $.60 fee. I just feel they are getting a little carried away with the cheap side of things. So I will probably find a new pizza place to spend my money. I think Gambino's will give Domino's a run for their money. read more
