I am staying in a motel. Instead of the delivery guy bringing my order 2 my door, he handed it over 2 a stranger off the streets!!! I called the store, as it had been at least 25 min since the driver left. The manager said the driver verified it was me when he handed it out. The driver said this happens in motel lobbies all the time. If someone claims it's their food, then they give em YOUR food! wtf?! He never went into the lobby, according 2 mgmt. He handed this crackhead my food at the top of the stairs. I not only have witnesses that r staying here as well, bit the coveted plastic fork is also sitting on the top stair, where he handed her the pasta & she grabbed it so quick, she dropped the fork! Order 2 Canadian bacon with pineapple. They were ready when we arrived. Good pizzas but could have used more of the toppings.

Ordered a 14" large carry out pizza with sausage and onions. Received an overcooked pizza, like cardboard, with very little marinara sauce and a light scattering of tasteless cheese and 11 pieces of sausage. Quite a disappointing surprise when we got home with it and opened the box. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture to prove what a horrible pizza we received. We couldn't eat it and dumped it outside where we feed the magpies, crows and ravens. We've ordered many pizzas here in the past, but this was the poorest excuse of a pizza we have ever received. These guys can't seem to get it right in Helena sadly. According to the pizza tracker. It took 14 minutes for them to inspect my pizza after it came out of the oven, before it left the store. Then it took 33-34 minutes to arrive at my driveway. Cold of course. Problem with that is. It takes 7 minutes to drive from my house to dominos. I have to drive one block away from it 3 times a week in peak traffic hours. Takes me 7 minutes. Takes their delivery driver 34 minutes in the evening on a sunday. Spoke to the manager, what a delightful person. The kind of guy that can make you want to kill people with a brick. He must have a lot of experience with this sort of thing. He just repeatedly said "ok", and then hung up the phone. When I tried to call back, I couldn't get an answer. I would just like to get my money back. I learned tonight that cold pizza isn't as good as I remember from my college years..... I ordered pizza for a family bday party and sent my high schooler to pick it up. Of the 7 pizzas ordered, they gave him 3. When my son got home, I called the store and asked and they said, "oh yeah, they are sitting right here". I asked politely if they could deliver them since it was clearly their mistake, and the response was "no, we are too slammed". Bad service, period. I was watching my order on the online order tracker, and it sat in the restaurant for nearly half and hour before getting out for delivery. Predictably, it was cold. I think it probably would have been really good if it was hot. So much more the pity. I'm not going to nuke a place based on one bad delivery experience. I understand that things sometimes happen that leave you shorthanded. When this happens a couple of times in a row, though, it's indicative of poor staffing and management. While it is fun to watch their timer tell you how your pizza is coming along, I miss the days where a pizza was delivered in 30 minutes or so. Am a regular consumer of Domino's Pizza, Helena and typically book online. Today, as usual I booked online and noticed that the tracker provided the status as 'Delivered' after 30 minutes even though it was not delivered to me yet. I called up the store just to double check that I did not miss the delivery. Before I could even explain, the person Jason started accusing ( in a extremely irritable voice) me of talking over him--- then he yelled at me and cut the phone. Finally he showed up for delivery with the pizza and yelled at me again and suggested that he does not need to explain anything as to why this happened and he will cancel the pizza. If this is the service being meted out to patrons who order every week (like I do) - I shudder to think what happens to casual customers. Also, it has taken me this extremely unsavory incident to talk about other issues of this particular dominoes outlet. I ordered pizza to be delivered to feed students. I made arrangements to pay by credit card and requested an itemized receipt. I was told my order would arrive in 45 minutes, which was about right on. However, there was no itemized receipt and we received the wrong pizza. I called the driver who told me to call the store to report the problem. Before I could do that, he called me back to say he had my pizza and would deliver it soon. Soon was another 45 minutes when he delivered our now cold pizza. So an hour and a half after ordering we were finally able to eat. The obvious solution would have been to just eat the mistake pizza, but it contained toppings that some of my students couldn't eat due to dietary restrictions. About the only redeeming factor was that they finally delivered the itemized receipt, but never an apology. The employee I reported the problem to just said, "I don't like to work with him.
