There customer service is the worse. I ordered 3 pizzas and some sides online for delivery. One of the pizzas was my favorite chicken and bacon on pan pizza with garlic parmesan sauce. It was terrible! They didn't even add any cheese to my pizza and it was a flat chewy under cooked mess. They couldn't even be bothered to slice the pizza. I called them for support. I explained that my pizza had no cheese and that it was a mess. I spoke to someone who told me that it was not possible and that the manager made my pizza so it had to be correct. Then refused to put a manager on the phone. I called a second time and requested that they redelivery my pizza correctly. I spoke to Dennis who claimed to be the manager and he informed me that they could not replace my pizza. I would need to call the next day, speak to Johnny and he could make that decision then to replace my pizza. Will NEVER order from them again. Just terrible! read more

I live in the Redlands, I ordered through the dominoes app on my smart phone... Pizza showed up, wrong crust; asked for extra toppings; they were not at all included but I was charged for them. Chicken wings were not cooked all the way. I called the store; a bunch of kids were " well can you bring it back to us?" I thought the entire delivery process was supposed be a conscience... I had a bad experience in your store last week - one in over 5 years. Lukewarm food, greasy and poorly cooked Parmesan bites and 1 hour and 40 minute wait. The manager that day offered me a $10 credit on my next order - it took a bit to get an apology but got one. I placed my order today and tried to use the credit and I was told I could only use it on a full price menu item. I placed my order online and went to the store to talk to the manager and pay for my pizza. When the manager came to the front, her first response was "What's the problem?" I smiled and said no problem, I had a question and needed clarification. I told her my situation. She went and talked to another manager who did not come out from the office and later returned and said she could not do it, corporate would get upset and a credit could not be applied to a sale item. I asked why give me a credit for bad service. No explanation was offered. She ended the discussion with "what do you want to do?" I said i would pay for the pizza but I wanted the number to the regional office and manager. As she turned to head to the back, she said 1-800 Dominoes. No apology, no nothing. The new employee working the phone - he was apologetic, very nice, offered to help - he offered more apology than the manager who was at best "indifferent" to the situation. I am seriously thinking about not returning to this store or to Dominoes. Two bad experiences back to back is disappointing. Being a regular customer doesn't seem to count anymore. Pizzas are always hot and delicious. My favorite item to buy are the hot wings. I don't know why or how I got so addicted to dominos hot wings but it happened!!! WORST Dominos in this town. I ordered a Brooklyn pizza online and was charged nearly $30 for one pie. However, I elected triple cheese and sauce, so I didn't mind the fee. The "online tracker" showed us that the pizza had been delivered after 30 minutes (what a lie), but it actually took over an hour. In addition, the pizza arrived cold, and the extra cheese and sauce we'd paid for was nonexistent. I can't tell you how pissed we were. It's one thing to pay for an expensive pizza, but they can at least justify the wait by getting the order correct. I realized then that the "triple" option for pizza condiments is basically a scam. I'm sure that Dominos already assumes that most customers aren't going to make the trip back to the store and return their order. What a waste of time and money.
