I've had to just walk out countless times because no one comes by my table to take our drink order after waiting for 45 minutes plus. And if you're sitting outside, forget about it. We were sat and waited about 10 minutes for someone to come, I flagged down the host and she let someone know and it still took another 5ish minutes before someone came over, mind you people that were sat after us was greeted and ordered.
