Waited over an hour, went out on our porch when we got the drivers 2 minute warning and a few minutes later I got an alert that my delivery was complete!!! When I reached a person (chad) on the phone they told me sorry but they were super busy and it would be 1.5 to 2 hours to remake and get it out. Didn't offer to call the driver or put a remake ahead of their new orders! He did offer a refund but we now have nothing to eat! I guess if you're that busy you don't care if you loose customers. Ordered two pizzas in two days and both orders were wrong. Yesterday I asked for the pizza to be cut in squares, and it wasn't. Today the pizza was undercooked. Nothing like a nice warm bite of undercooked dough to put you off pizza for a while. Otherwise, things were fine. They are replacing one of the two (rightly not both, the first one is an annoyance at worst). At the end of the day I have no confidence they will do it right a third time. So we shall see. I used their $9.99 special online coupon for pickup, any pizza any toppings (up to 7). I basically ordered a reconstructed Philly Cheesesteak Pizza on a New York style crust. American cheese wasn't an option so I had to call the store to get it in there. They made it perfectly and the customer service was spot on. I'm still waiting for a driver to come get this food that is not mine since 9:45pm last night. The supposed manager was rude and inconsiderate, I had to ask for a refund. She damm near hung up in my face as I actually wanted my food but her attitude took my hunger away. I was treated and spoke to like it was my fault I got the wrong food. I have been going to Dominos since they built this store on 52 near Little Rd. They were my favorite pizza around. When company was visiting I would always order from them. The last three times I have ordered pizza there. I have been disappointed. I order my pizza with only mushroom. Learning they were not sufficiently adding enough. The next two times I ordered with extra. Noticing the extra weren't much different. I let it go because of picking up at drive through. This last time I went to pick it up. I went in the store to check on what was going on. I ordered extra mushrooms again the pizza was disappointing.I had ordered two medium pan pizzas like always. I talked to manager. Chase was very nice. Explained to me how toppings are weighed and to call him directly when I order again. I was okay. Then on my way home I grabbed a piece out of the box. It tasted like goo. It was not cooked enough. I turned around and went back. Chase offered to make me two more. By this time I just wanted to get back to my company. I asked if he could just put them back in the oven. It's very hard to get a five star out of me for a national business. But this location is the best in the area. Always polite whether you order online or on the phone. Always prompt, drivers are always nice and bring the extras (red pepper, parm cheese, paper plates, napkins) even on small orders. Ordered tonight and they were here within 20 minutes! Over time this location has been worse and worse. I honestly don't understand how it can over a hour to get a pizza when you are less than 2 miles away. The app has done nothing but show the complete inefficacy of this location. My food will say finished for nearly 15-20 mins before the delivery has started. Constantly forgetting dips or sodas. Living so close to this location you almost have to try to mess up to be this bad. Last time trying to order from here. read more

So bad I took the whole thing back minus three small pieces the next day to get my money back! If it was 1/2 way good I would of ate it or most of it and give the rest to my dogs! This past weekend we ordered a "Tuscan" pizza. We were told they don't make that variety at this time. However, the Manager offered to make a version of the "Tuscan Pepper Trio" on thin crust. We got our order within 30 minutes, hot, fresh, and the mock "Tuscan" pizza was perfect. Their food looks great and has been better to my family and I more than other dominos with treatment of their customers. Never before the other day have I experienced such excellent customer service from a pizza joint. This Domino's team is extremely friendly, headed up by their exemplary leadership. The pizzas are always delicious, but even if they do make any sort of mistake on your order or the pizza is not up to their usual par, they're more than happy to accommodate your customer needs. I get pizzas from here every so often including just the other day. They made a slight error on the order, and then they went above and beyond to fix it. It was quite impressive to watch the manager rally his team to take extra great care of me and doing it all with a smile and positive attitude.
