OK, so went two weeks ago service was great, but Pizza didn't taste that good at all. Went back the other day tried again great service, got the pizza home and was warm at best but it really just did not look appealing at all cheese was half melted melted, and after the first bite it was confirmed for me. Just reopened and so far it's the best pizza we've tried in Hudson, FL. Can't wait for it to fully open for dine in and full menu. We did take out with a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Gianni's Pizza has been a mainstay with my husband and me for decades. We compare all pizza (even pizza in Italy!) to Gianni's standards. We were so sad when we learned they had closed for over a year due to 2024 storm damage but happy to say they have reopened! They are take-out only for now but they intend to open their dining room soon. My friend and I ordered a regular crust medium with feta, mushroom, spinach and onions. Very delicious as I remembered. Will order the Sicilian crust next time due to the spinach being a bit watery. So glad they reopened! read more

I ordered a medium thin sausage pizza at Gianni's and said I would be outside in my car. They said 25 minutes so at 15 minutes I went inside. The woman flagged me over and said my pizza was ready. Why didn't they tell me, employees were going in and out both doors. When I got home and we tried the pizza it was very good however the crust was very leathery. read more

Hubby and I decided to dine here on a weeknight, and was surprised that the restaurant was crowded with lots of customers - we received the last table at 5:15 pm. I decided to order the meatball dinner, and hubby ordered his favorite pepperoni pizza. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, so we had a good dinner. I have been going to Gianni's since I was little. Meg recognized my family as soon as we came in, even though I haven't been in years. (I live out of town now) She even brought me extra Peppermint Patties because I remembered them being on top of the salad when I was a kid. She gave great recommendations. Everyone loved their meals. Best Pizza in Pasco County! It's been hard to find all around good pizza, that we would consider getting again with no hesitation- and we finally found a place with great pizza! Fairly priced as well which is important. From ordering on the phone, to in person service- I was very happy with my experience with Gianni's. Also, it's worth mentioning that Gianni's has amazing blue cheese as well- which you would be surprised how hard it is to come by some tasty blue cheese around here. Ordered dinner tonight at 5:18 and was told it would be a 45 minute wait, continued with my order and at the end of the call was told by the person taking my order it would be ready at 6, my son showed up at 5:50 nothing in the works and said I was told the order wouldn't be ready until 8, took no accountability for their error and if my son waited it would be another 45 minutes to get our order. First time here. Walking in, the place smells just like you want an Italian restaurant to smell, Amazing! We ordered the meatball parm dinner, large, to share. A side of speghetti and garlic bread. As exected, the portion was large enough to share. 5 meatballs. Everything was good. However, I would like the meatballs to have more flavor. Seemed the didn't have enough spice in them and they had to have some help with salt & pepper. Just my opinion. Next time we are going to share a Sausage parm dinner.
