We have ordered delivery several times after a recommendation and have always had exceptional service, amazing food ,enough leftovers for days !! Today we ordered and took advantage of a 10% discount we had received in a text message. The discount was not applied online ,but we received a phone call immediately after delivery with an apology and an automatic discount on our next order. The woman that runs this place physically attacked my elderly grandmother when she came in to complain that skin was left on eggplant she ordered. We've been eating from Tito's for a long time but recently, like within the last few months, they've been seriously declining in their service and food quality. Last time we ordered they messed up the order then gave me an attitude about it when I had to go and get the order replaced (we'd had it delivered so that was a waste of delivery fee). Tonight we ordered again and I got chicken parmigiana. The sauce was especially watery and bland but worse than that, the chicken was a pre-breaded, frozen, school cafeteria style patty. The kind you get in the frozen section of a grocery store and not even the good kind. A dead giveaway (besides the "taste" was the almost perfectly round shape. They used to use real chicken and gave nice portions, but no more. This used to be our spot but I've been consistently disappointed by them. I ordered a greek salad, Lg cheese pie, and also for a dessert zeppoles. The salad was bright and full of flavor with every inch of greek put into it. The pizza was just right w the cheese, the sauce my husband said was FANTASTIC! The only downfall I had was the dough was just a little under cooked for me, I like crisp all the way through the crust! Rather than that, the zeppoles were perfect!!! Ordered a pizza while visiting family. Tito's is definitely the best pizzeria in the Spring Hill area. I've ordered pizza from a few others places over the years and they don't compare. Tito's sauce, dough and cheese all work well together. Expect a foldable slice with a lot of flavor. I also ordered a Caesar salad and that was actually pretty good too! Just a heads up to call in advance as delivery took over an hour but it was worth the wait. The delivery woman was friendly and nice. Went to Titos during the Corona Virus tonight and only ordered two small "personal" pizzas. One with pepperoni and one with sausage, green peppers, and mushrooms. You get a 20 ounce soda just because they care. I got 2 20 ounce bottles of Diet Coke and the 2 10 inch pizzas for $14.58 !!! Both pizzas were very good and the customer service is amazing!! So, I have been ordering from Tito's for 7 years. Spending thousands of dollars a year for them and they know that. So, I ordered an XL ham pizza and when it was delivered, there were at most 7 pieces of ham on an XL pizza. I call and ask if they can replace my pizza and they can take the one that hardly had any ham in it. The owner / guy making pizza was extremely rude and said I'll just reimburse you. I'm not like no, I don't want that, please just replace my pizza and he got mad and hung up. Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible service. I will take my business elsewhere. Also, so they sent back the delivery driver to give me my 8 dollar tip ( which I give Everytime I order, whether it's. 20 tap or 40 tap. I told him to keep it. No worries. And when the owner hung up on me, I them ordered from Slice of Life and they delivered super fast and when Tito's delivery guy showed up to give my tip back, I showed him the comparison of the two pizzas. I love how they actually ready what you've ordered in the past and ask if you would like the same thing you always get (which we do) it just makes it that much easier.
