I left a few toppings off my loaded potato - l had butter, bacon and grilled onions. It was fluffy and delish. They have a nice menu. You can ride your ATV or snow mobile right up to the building or your John Deere tractor (like a customer had when we were visiting ). Tons of Forest service roads/trails all around the area. I was also impressed by how well the mac and cheese stayed on top of the pizza. The kids loved it too! * The brisket! My husband's aunt and uncle recommended this, and they weren't wrong. It was so tender. Just perfection! * The cornbread! If you ever had Famous Dave's cornbread, this is very similar, and for good reason. "Famous Dave" Dave Anderson owns Tamarack Farms. * The wine slushies! On a warm day, these hit the spot. It also feels like this restaurant has refined its approach.
