Me and my mom came to this location for the first time and it was an interesting experience we ordered half and half pizza and it only had Hawaiian on it not half and half and it took 15 minutes for just one pizza then we told them and he said it would only take 7 minutes. It took a little over 10 and I started to lose my patience. Plus the prices are ridiculously expensive 18$ for a medium pizza? Could never. Let's start off by saying I know this is dominoes and not a specialty pizza shop. That being said the pizza was ok. However the chicken wings were dehydrated pieces of poop. We called and spoke to the manager who mocked us when we complained. Just another great example of where this country is heading. They quickly prepared 10 pizzas for 30 hungry teenagers at my daughter's birthday party, and had them ready in just 25 minutes. I truly appreciate the priority and care they gave to my order. They used to be so good. Now they don't cook the pizza all the way through. Comes soggy They do not guarantee it. I followed the delivery tracker and it took the driver over 40 minutes after she left the store to get here. So way over an hour from the time I ordered it. She called me lost and then was still lost for awhile. It was cold and soggy obviously. I literally live one mile away from the store!! Got 2 huge pizzas delivered here a week ago that were for my neighbors. Who knows how long they sat out there before I saw them. This store just isn't good at anything anymore. Being 6 months pregnant, I get an occasional craving at weird times and tonight it happened to be pizza... my husband placed an order and it took forever to get to us but that's not my issue here. We were loving it because it actually tasted GREAT. Until I went to break a piece off to feed my daughter and there was a nasty, stringy, thick pubic looking hair embedded in the freaking dough and in the cheese. Wanting to puke was a gross understatement. It's obvious that the employees aren't wearing hairnets or covering their beards which hopefully it was a stringy beard hair and not from someone's . Beyond frustrating experience. I ordered one medium pizza and wings an hour and a half ago and just got notice the pizza will be delivered in 41-51 minutes. Almost 2.5 hours for the pizza to get here. I called the store and they said that they're just way understaffed and overwhelmed but give me a break. This is insane. I can't cancel the order either. I was there trying to get someone to help me for 15 min and there were at least 7 employees that I could see at the front just talking to each other. When I got my food the pizza was very soggy and there were only 4 pieces of pineapple on the WHOLE pizza, the chicken fettuccine pasta I ordered didn't come with ANY chicken on it AND there were several cinnamon twists without any cinnamon on them. Wow, what a bummer... every time I have ordered from this Dominos, there has been issues. The last 2 times both orders took over 2 hours to be delivered and we had to microwave it all. Not to mention all condiments added to the orders are either completely missing or mixed up or only half arrived. They charged us $1.50 for two ranches and they never came. The time before I got a call 2 HOURS after our order was placed and was told that the delivery driver never showed up so they would simply be cancelling the order. I would not suggest using this store at all. First off, their staff takes forever to prepare and finish orders. On top of that, their online system for placing orders is faulty. We ordered pizza for deliver and we were told it will be 30-40 mins and after 1 hour and 10 mins we called again and asked about it and the clueless guy said it will take 30-45mins and this was after waiting over an hour. The really awful part about this experience is Tristan Eldred who answered the call twice, didn't say anything its like he expects us to wait for a pizza delivered for almost 2 hours. He said their labeling machine is broken and it takes them an hour to sort out orders. He didn't apologize which is okay if that's his nature but the way he talks is like pulling teeth to get answers. The delivery guy, Mason, was super nice and but Tristan Eldred needs customer service training. Ok I understand this is basically fast food. I have really tired to be patient with them. But yesterday was our last order from Dominos. Since moving to the area we have tired to visit as many local places as possible to help them stay in business. Dominos at this location gets our order wrong 60% of the time. Usually we just ignore it and go on with our lives. But this last time it was wrong toppings, wrong sauce, and burnt to hell. Literally I've seen volcanic stone appear more edible. So I asked them to remake it. Again it came out with wrong sauce(hey they got the toppings fixed) and so under cooked it was dough. It just isn't worth the fat, carbs nor hassle to give them money any longer. I'd kill for a decent pizza place in Saratoga Springs. I guess I'll have to wait or go out of the city. read more

Pizza was two hours late, and it only arrived because my husband called when it was an hour late. He asked about it politely, and there was not even an apology. We were offered a coupon that is already on the website. The employee couldn't have cared less, and the manager only agreed to more when it was pointed out that you can get the same coupon online and their handling of the situation does seem congruent with the current corporate customer service campaign. To be fair, the manager did say they were down to one driver (I feel sorry that one person had to deal with all the pizza orders on the night of a bowl game during the week of Christmas). You will ALWAYS wait an additional 10-15 min AFTER your order is "ready" per the online tracker and their TV screen in the store. After arriving at this location 20 min later (online stated the pizza was finished) the cashier mentioned that the online statement was incorrect, that it was an estimated time. I sat in their waiting area for over 40 min waiting for my pizza. This experience was a great inconvenience. My Mother and Father in law came into town for Christmas and were nice enough to drop $85 here. We spent the days after Christmas puking our guts out. Chicken wings were bad. It was the only thing the kids didn't eat and all the adults did. I came home late to everyone puking and had leftovers, pizza and wings. I got very sick 3 hours later. My Mother in law called to let them know what happened, and was met with hostility and very rude and unprofessional responses from the manager. They have refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. I warned them if they did not refund or at least apologize I would bring the remaining chicken wings to the county health department. Thats happening tomorrow. You don't treat people like that and get away with it. I live 3 miles away and I will make sure you are held accountable and that EVERYONE knows what you did. At this point I wish I could leave a -10 star review. We placed an online order at 8:33pm. The confirmation email said it should take 33-43 minutes for it to be delivered. The order finally reached Quality Check at 9:36. It left the store at 10:01. How is this even possible? We called at 9:45 to cancel the order because of how long it was taking. Everybody was so hungry we all ate snacks and weren't hungry for pizza anymore. It was expected to take about 17 minutes to get to us. The app showed the delivery person sitting in the same place, 5 minutes away, for over 10 minutes. It finally arrived at 10:21. The poor delivery guy said he was the only delivery person and that he had 10 deliveries in his car. This was extremely poorly handled by Dominos. They should definitely have communicated the delays and should not have given unrealistic timelines. If we had been informed it was going to take nearly 2 hours we would have gone to the store and picked it up ourselves. I understand that there are not enough employees to run at optimal conditions, but there is no reason to tell people that they will have their order in 33-43 minutes when it is going to take 2 hours. We would have gladly picked up our order but instead had no communication and ended up with barely warm, dry, stale pizza. Oh, that phone call we tried to make? We were on hold for 1 hour and 1 minute and then were hung up on. I hope this was just a bad night and that they are able to do better for everyone else on other days.
