I walked in, I was greeted by four team members working seamlessly together. it was a beautiful thing to witness specially living in a world where everyone always seems to be entitled, each person had a specific role but also covered for one another without skipping a beat. Despite the busy environment, they maintained positive, exchanging smiles and encouraging words as they hustled to get the orders out. Ordered via the app this evening. Asked for curbside pickup/ pizza was over 10 min beyond promised time and when it was brought to my vehicle the employee dropped a box, rolled his eyes, picked it up brushing off the snow and handed it to me. I was still waiting on the pizza portion of my order so I asked before he walked away. He sighs and tells me that they dropped one of my pizzas coming out of the oven and for the other they're out of mushrooms. Wouldve been nice to know that before I arrived. He asked if they should remake with other toppings or credit me and I asked for the credit considering they don't have the topping. This apparently isn't what he wanted to hear either. I smiled, offered to go inside to make it easier on him. Come to find out, I was dealing with the STORE MANAGER acting this way! I finally get 3 of the 4 pizzas I ordered and go to my car. I realized they still did not provide the sauce cups I paid extra for. Before heading into the store AGAIN, I decide it would be a good idea to look at my pizzas and make sure the remaining were ok. Well, they weren't... one of my pizzas was missing THREE toppings (not the one he already said they were out of.) so I go back, pizza in hand and the manager asked me if I wanted a refund or to remake AGAIN. I expressed that I was concerned that the first part of my order that I received was in my car over 20 min at this point and asked how long it would take. He told me he would just refund me because he doesn't think he could make a pizza I'd be happy with! I said "because you messed up the ingredients?!?" He ROLLED his eyes and walked away. I got home with my cold food to discover that my NY thin crust is just as thick as my pan pizza! It's BURNED on one edge and total raw dough through the entire middle and INEDIBLE (so now we're down to one of four pizzas from our dinner order.) This isn't the first time we've experience significant delays in getting our order from this location, but last night was exceptional. We wrapped up a day of kid events and ordered through the app for takeout from our "home" store. We ordered at 4:40 and were given a pickup time of 5:08; we arrived at 5:12 and tapped the "I'm here" button. Our order was in prep stage still. We sat 10 minutes and I went to the door (locked) where a frazzled employee was entering and asked my name so he could check my order. I gave it and he entered muttering, "This pandemic is killing us." I waited outside for a few minutes and he never returned (43° at this point). I returned to my car and called in to check status. This used to be our go-to pizza place. But the last two times were awful. The service was horrible, the staff rude, and a 2.5 hour delivery time for a restaurant 7 minutes away is utterly ridiculous. As much as I eat out, I still order Domino's once a week. This location is full of friendly people. I am really surprised at the poor reviews. Ordered online delivery from this location a month ago, & delivery took more than two hours. Called the store twice to check the status. On the first call, the person answering stated there was an error with the online tracker, as the next most recent review stated. On the second call the manager (Josh, I think?) said he'd comp the cost of the order as well as promo us two free pizzas in the future. I figured those actions made up for the tremendous delivery time. Called back today & no note was made on my account for the comped pizzas. So, if you order from this dominos, do it at least two hours in advance of your desired delivery, & if the manager promises a promo to make up for delivery, I guess wait on the line until they input it into your account. read more

Do not order from here. Every single time I order from this particular Domino's, the tracker says my order is complete when I haven't received it. I call the store and am told a different reason but also that their tracker is unreliable and the pizza is on its way. Miraculously, it shows up 10 min after I call. Lukewarm and underbaked. Here is the summation of the bad reviews: pizza arrived late cause they don't have enough drivers. So if you want dominos delivered from here you're gonna have to take that risk. OR, if you can, pick up and avoid the potential disappointment. Personally, I've ordered from here twice in the last 2 months; 1 delivery and 1 pickup. The delivery took 20 mins and was still hot. The driver was courteous and even followed the special instructions. My pick up order was also a good experience, the staff was very friendly and the food was made well. P.S. This Domino's is great. I love the salads and the thin crust pizza among other things. I ordered a pizza and two other items here a couple weeks ago. They were super busy. I came in to get my items, and two of the employees collided and dropped everything on the floor. Not only did they redo everything and give it to me for free, but they added a free salad. There was no need to do this. They were super nice about it and had the new order ready in about 12 minutes. They have great deals too. i'll be going back often! read more

They were friendly and when they went to charge me for the pizza, their computer server froze up. Instead of making me stand there, someone came up and told me that my pizza was free. We placed an on line order. After an hour of not receiving our pizza I called the store and the young man that answered stated that they hadn't even started the order yet. I asked why we did not receive a call and was told that the manager was busy. He said they were gonna start the order and we would have it in 25 minutes. After another hour my daughter called the store and they said it was out for delivery. Another 20 minutes after the call we got our food. It was cold and you could tell it had been sitting under the light for a long time. I asked to have the manager call me and I still have yet to hear from her. Over 2 hours for our food. He takes forever, asks for coupons to my business (even after I tip), and was furious about something for some reason on the last delivery. Worst experience I've ever had at any customer service organization ever. I had a recreation league I ordered pizza for. After waiting 20 minutes longer than what they said on their site for time, I called and asked if they would be arriving soon because some of my customers were leaving. The manager angrily answered the phone and rudely exclaimed he only had one delivery driver. After waiting another hour, the driver delivered the pizzas without saying a word. I wasnt mad at the driver I knew it wasn't his fault but just a simple apology from anybody at any point would have been nice. The pizzas had clearly been made and sat for at least an hour so the few people I had left at my event got pretty soggy pizza. Honestly, Dominos is the only place I've blacklisted from ever going to again. I've since ordered from their competitor Pizza Hut and not had a single problem. Ordered some pizzas for an event from here instead of another's place because they said it would be 25-35 minutes and the other place said 90 minutes. Pizzas were obviously made when I ordered and sat for at least an hour and delivered at 9:30 when I was told 8:15. I was never given a call or email saying they'd be late and the manager sounded pretty mad at me when I called asking about them. All my event guests had already left by the time the pizzas had come and was not even offered an apology by the driver or the manager when they came at 9:30.
