Has really gone downhill the past couple of months. Called to get the $6.99 medium pizza special that is advertised on the app and the website and the girl who answered the phone told me it was $7.99. I told her that I see it in front of me for $6.99 and she said "no you don't". I asked if I came in to show it to her if she could honor the price and she said "I told you, it's $7.99". Was very rude and treated me like I was a liar. A couple weeks after that, ordered some wings to use up my $10 certificate because I don't plan to go back and when I went to pick them up, the employees were all in the back, would come up and look at me and then go back to the back and not ask if they could help or anything. After about 5 minutes, I had to basically yell "excuse me"! To get someone to come help me. The wings were cold and soggy by then and the sauce was spilled all over the outside of the container and it got all over my car. I am done with Marcos. The pizza isn't even that good and it is definitely expensive for what it is. I have gone back to Blackjack even though they are a bit farther from home. Been going there for 35+ years and they have never been rude to me like employees at Marcos. You can tell when a place is run with respect- they employees are also respectful. read more

They have the absolute worst service. I think it's sad for the business owners that they hire who they choose to hire because the staff does not care about their business or their clients. When we first tasted the pizza over 4 years ago we thought it was the best. The flavor is still great but the presentation is so sloppy, sometimes isn't cut or sliced. Just a mess. Always takes almost two hrs to deliver and the excuse is we are short staffed or someone quit or left etc. And the response is in rude unnecessary tone. I love this place because it's what I consider middle of the road. It is reasonably priced, and really good pizza! Of course it's not gourmet and it's not little Caesars prices and that's why I gave her a four out of five. Always room for improvement. However once you purchase a pizza for you can give a comment online and get a free appetizer each time you get a pizza so after the first time each time after that you'll get something free so that's definitely a plus. I came by about 1.30pm on a Friday for lunch. There was a few people inside eating, nice clean little shop. Not busy. I got a large Hawaiian pizza with garlic crust and drove it home. It was still nice and hot by the time I got home, which was only about a 5 minute drive. Pizza was good, no complaints. The dining area of this Marco's is my favorite of all of their locations. It is spacious, comfortable and clean. The pizza and cheese bread at this location, however, isn't as good as other locations. It isn't bad, but the cheese bread was kind of bland, which is a disappointment because we love Marco's cheese bread. They left a minor unaccompanied to close the store with no help for the last few hours. The pizzas at this location and many other Marcos locations that I have been to are very delicious( especially the Hawaiian pizza) however, leaving a minor alone to close the store completely, with no adults present is very unprofessional and I'm sure that this is not the only occurrence of this incident. I am a fan of the quality of the pizza and sides that they offer such as their bone-in hot wings, and their delicious salads. And for those of you that are on a keto or similar diet they also have pizza bowls to accommodate you. So in general the Marcos brand Pizza stores are very delicious and definitely worth the price and I definitely recommend trying their food just not from this location. read more

Very pleased with our takeout choice for Marco's Pizza tonight for our first experience. Ordering through their app was quick + easy; was able to check out the current deals and see the whole menu. The pizza ordering feature was easy and you can completely customize your pizza. We ordered a large pizza with chicken + green peppers plus we did the garlic + Parmesan crust. Pizza was cooked perfectly, good amount of chicken which was tasted great as well... but the crust stole the show, so delicious with the garlic + parm! We ordered a small cheese pizza for our picky 4 year old... he ate half of the whole pizza so I'm guessing he liked it! To top it off we got a Caesar salad which exceeded my expectations! Croutons were homemade and they actually use shaved Parmesan. The size was more than enough for 2 people to share as a side item and there was plenty of chicken on it... oh, and they give you 2 packages of dressing instead of skimping with only 1... thank you!
