I grew up with Dominos. I like their pizza, And love their prices. Just about the only fast food that hasn't gone up 200% in the last two years! Still very reasonable on the wallet. And they always have a good special going on. We just got there NY style, and it was marvelous. We always order with the app and pick up at the window, and have never had a problem. People that moan and groan about the service? If you order at 5, on Superbowl Sunday, or a holiday, they are usually getting slammed! Give them a break! The good: I gave it 2 stars because the pizza had a good taste. The bad: delivery took over an hour (from 6 miles away) and it was cool. The ugly: After getting past the automated watchdog I was on hold 20 minutes before I got a human. When I did she was incredibly rude. I ordered delivery here a little while back through the app. It's been a couple of months, but I'm just getting around to leaving a review here. The estimated time for delivery was 35-45 minutes. After about an hour and 40 mins, a guy claiming to be the store manager called me and said they were short staffed and the delivery driver was an older guy and wasn't very fast. He apologized for the inconvenience. I asked if it would be much longer and he had no estimate. I then asked him if the pizzas were made and he said they were. Obviously I had a problem with them sitting there for nearly an hour and a half and asked if he could re-make them. He said one of them looked like it could be re-made and the rest looked fine. This struck me as odd. Not sure why any manager would think a pizza sitting out for an hour and a half should be served to anyone, but that was the pushback I received. He agreed to remake one pizza... I should have canceled and just got a refund, but we were hungry and it was raining, so no one wanted to go out. We would just deal with it. He said all the pizzas were warm and they looked fresh except for the one he would remake. About 25 minutes after getting off the phone with him (we're over 2 hours now from ordering) the delivery guy arrives. Older guy in a red truck. He hands me the pizzas and I take them into the kitchen and they're completely room temp... including the pizza that he agreed to remake. I called back and before I could tell him the issue, he immediately said that they were short staffed and he's sure the pizza will be delivered within the next 30 mins. I said we just got them, but they were cold. I asked why none of them were re-made like he agreed and he didn't have an answer. He had a horrible attitude and told me to drive up there are give them back for a refund. I told him to come get them. He refused and again, in a nasty tone told me he would refund it after using a few expletives and laughing. I never got a refund. Pizzas were in the trash. I contacted corporate and they dismissed it saying "sorry, here's $5 your next order". It was well over $50 in pizza that was inedible. Not only would I never recommend this place to anyone, I don't recommend Domino's. They don't care about customer service. Is Domino's, nothing special, avg ingredients, below avg sauce, salty cheese. Yes, I am from the Pizza capital of the world, NJ. I compare all pizzas to North Jersey. The crust isn't crisp. Received 2 pizzas with correct toppings. Tater puffs were good. The pizza was undercooked. Too doughy. Thought I would give you guys a chance again as I heard good things about how you changed. This really should be 0 stars. This store has absolutely the most incompetent, lazy employees I have ever witnessed at any location open to the public. They are incapable of providing service within an hour of closing. Other Dominos in the area work with fewer employees who have a heavier work load in busier areas and will still take orders up to closing. I am infuriated that Dominos will take my money and force me to wait days for a credit when my order is cancelled. Since I usually have to drive to Little River anyway (where there are incredibly hard working people who know how to do their jobs), I will no longer even attempt to order at the Loris store. read more

Don't know where to start but avoid this location at all cost. Placed an order online at 6:55. Drive 20 mins to the restaurant and then waited 10 more mins while they're curbside delivery person displays a complete lack of knowledge as to where my order is. All he wanted to do was issue a refund despite our please to just find out where our food is. Finally went inside and spoke to the manager who quickly got his team busy making the order they said they started 30 mins earlier. When you order the pizza expect it to be an hour late. And they won't tell you this until you arrive to pick it up. They are always short staffed, always busy and always blaming the lack of employees. They never answer the phones, and will have you waiting at the front for +45mins after it was said to be done. Honestly, it's always something with this place. Your food shows up 3 hours after you ordered it and has marked delivered, they can't deliver due to "chance of tornado", we are short staffed so we can't deliver it. Beyond unprofessional as well. Worst pizza place in this universe! I would n't eat their food if I was stranded in the desert about to starve. Last experience here.... Was reluctant to order but I was at home with the kids and tired. They're pretty much the only delivery option here so I went online and made my order. 30 mins went by (I'm within minutes from the place mind you) nothing.... Checked online status which said otw. Another 15 mins. Checked again and status said delivered. Well that wasn't true so I called. She said the driver was out with my order and would be there any minute. Another 20 mins. I call again, they answer and put me hold. I was on hold for 12 mins before I got my shoes and wallet and left to go up there. Mind you I'm still on hold as I'm going up there. I pull up and see two employees standing together talking to each other with one on a cell phone. I walk in, still on the phone on hold. Walk up to the counter. The 2 employees still making small talk. Waited a few mins before a young lady asked if she could help me. I explained why I was there. She looks at this shelf where it appears orders are placed for delivery and pulls out my pizza. Yeap! The one that someone told me was about to be at my house nearly 40 mins ago. She try's to hand me my order but the pizza wasn't my entire order. She then says "oh, we're out of that." . I say, "so what was the plan for the delivery guy?" I've already paid for my order. She then try's to give me something else but I was like "girl. Never mind. Just take this off my bill." Then (yeah it gets better) she says she can't do that. This is my favorite place to buy and eat pizza. I love to order sausage and extra cheese. And u can also get points toward free pizza no matter the day or the way. Besides you deserve that cheesy goodness. So don't let anyone tell u different. read more

The man that is running the store as I type is so disrespectful when I called the first time to place an order he put me on hold as soon as I called them he hung up. The second time I called he did the same thing and when he answers my mom says you didn't give us time to say that we were ok with being put on hold and he caught an attitude so when my mom was swearing in her house and it wasn't even directed to him he rudely said bye and hung up. After that we went up there and when my mom explained that she wanted to complain she was explaining he cut her off and said " oh you are the lady that was swearing at me" she was trying to explain that it wasn't directed to him and he was ignoring us and then asked us if we wanted to order after he was so disrespectful. I am a 16 year old and seeing that with my own eyes is way disrespectful there should be no customer service like that ever that is the worst that I have ever encountered and I really hope they fire him I wish I asked his name so I can put it in this review. read more

I am so fed up with this particular domino's. Tonight I placed an order online and told my dad to stop by on his way home from work to pick it up. When he arrived they told him that I had already picked it up. He left and sent me a message telling me what they told him. I called back and told them what happened and they needed to have my order ready when I arrived. They proceeded to tell me that my order was still there! So instead of this meal being convenient it was anything but! Almost every time I order from this domino's something is wrong with my order. I don't know if they need better original skills or a new management team but this is ridiculous. read more

There should be a law about making wings from baby chickens. I have never seen such small wings. I'm embarrassed for Dominos. Will likely affect my pizza decision, for I don't like supporting establishments who knowingly serve substandard food products. read more

Best pizza around. Super fast and i love the app. They also have a lot of specials always going on. The delivery drivers are always polite. They've always had great pizza. I also love the bbq wings. They do occasionally forget sauces or drinks but always make it right with a refund or even making an extra trip to bring the forgotten items! My choice for pizza & game day foods! read more

Order from here often. If the driver is running behind they will tell you. We usually pick up, and they are always great. If they mess up a pizza (happened only once, they added an extra topping) they are very apologetic. read more
