I made an order at around 9:30 PM for delivery and I got an estimated wait time of 35 to 45 minutes, I tried to call and cancel my order, but nobody at the store would pick up, They had me on hold for about 20 minutes then they literally delivered my pizza passing Midnight (3 Hours), and worst of all the delivery driver didn't even let me know he was coming or he was outside, He just left the pizza on the floor which we found the next morning because everybody had already went to sleep and it was past midnight so I just assumed that they were going to cancel the order and not just leave it on the floor like they did ,3 hours for a simple pizza delivery.They could improve on everything at this location. read more

I order here religiously. Like at LEAST once a week, even when the pizza sucks. I don't know why, but I'm always thinking "it'll be better next time". I tip well every single time, and have never called and complained. (Does anyone else find it weird when they deliver they make you reach inside the pizza bag and take your pizza out?) There are 2 dominate pizza distributors in the NY/NJ metro area, Lizanti and Roma. The departed chain, Sbarro's, used Roma products even here in California, and they tasted legit. If I could give a zero I would. To start, the employees were amazinggggg and so helpful and nice. The manager (Angelica) on the other hand was immature, rude, and should be fired. We ordered several pizzas with brownies and cheese bread. We got one pizza delivered that was the wrong pizza entirely so we called and tried to get its fixed over the phone. We were very nice when calling but the manager refused to speak on the phone. We were told by one of the employees we could come in to try and solve the problem. So we drove across town and tried to get it fixed and talk to Angelica, the manager. There was several employees who tried to get the manager for us to atleast get us a partial refund for the delivery fee since we still had to drive in. The manager, Angelica, refused to come out of their office every single time. She ended up having someone tell us that she was not there. And proceeded to come out talk to someone and then go on her lunch. The reasoning behind that was because their policy states that if there is less than 2 slices left they will not replace the pizza.
