The Los Banos Me n Ed's is up there with all the better ones (the original: Blackstone/Shaw, Dinuba location, First/Bullard in Fresno, the Madera location). We grew up in the valley and now live in the Monterey area. We visit family I. The valley often...I call the Los Banos Me n Ed's as soon as we hit the 152 and my pizza is hot and ready as soon as we get to Los Banos. The employees are nice. The pizza is BOMB. The beer is cold. And most importantly...we get to have Me n Ed's at our home by the beach. Thank you to the management and especially to the employees of this location. We dropped by the Los Banos Pizzaria on Friday and ordered a large cheese pizza ($18) to eat there, thinking that would be the best way to savor it. That was the high point! We got the pizza 30 minutes later and it was, in my wife's words, "one of the worst she has ever had!" I agree. It was bland as it had next to no sauce! We were 30 minutes from Los Banos, travelling from Santa Cruz at around 8 pm on a Friday night. We were starving and so I called Me-N-Ed's ahead of time. Aside from an employee putting me on hold for 5 minutes, picking up the phone again and asking me to be on hold again (to which I said "I was just on hold" and so she took my order), everything else went smoothly. They had a special going on for a large 3-topping pizza for around $13. We ordered it double pepperoni with half pineapple, and they delivered right on time -- the pizza was hot and ready when we got there 30 minutes later even though the entire pizza parlor was packed with people. We were traveling and seen this place along the road here and there and we decided to see how it was here in Los Banos. My friend loves pizza and we have probably been to 30 different establishments trying all sorts. The service was ok, they were efficient but everyone looked like they would rather be somewhere else. We ordered a small combo which was actually bigger than we expected. The mushrooms I believe are canned, the salami had a weird taste to it, perhaps a cheaper brand. The sauce lacked flavor. My friend also ordered the cinna bread, which she really liked, however it was just dripping in butter and icing, or more like swimming in it at the bottom of the pan. Too much for my taste but as I said my friend liked it. Too say the least we will not be going back to me n Ed's. On a side note we were at a concert yearly in the week and they were serving this pizza chain at the venue and she had a pepperoni pizza that she liked, perhaps it's just this place. It was really Terrible. The service was bad, they dont even take your pizza to your table. You have to get the hot pizza from the counter to your table using paper plates. They clean the pizza oven and leave the scraps on the floor in a pile right under the oven. Also, there were no clear booths, we had to ask for them to clean one for us. read more

This place is great!! 5 out of 5. This is our go to pizza place every time we are in Los Banos. My Husband grew up in this area and introduced me to this place many years ago. We love there canned mushrooms, there secret sauce and the combination of cheeses they use. Living in Los Angeles, we don't have the luxury of such great pizza. With such low prices. Everytime we travel to the bay area, we make sure to make a stop off here for lunch or dinner. Sometimes we order an extra one to take home and share with family. My sister in law goes here as a pizza stop on her travels and always stop by our house with a pizza for us. The service is great, we never have any problems when here or ordering. I've always used my credit card here and never had problems with it. There side dishes are great also. Definitely a place I will always return to. read more

I had eaten at this establishment once before and it was not good at all. Canned mushrooms on the pizza. Now that's not a good start. So after a long period of time, my wife and I decided to give it a try again. It was a mistake again. We ordered the Italiano pizza and a pound of wings. The pizza had to be the worst pizza I have ever had. They must have used tweezers to add the the ingredients. Five cheese blend. A joke. Totally disappointed. The wings were not much better. I asked for the wings not to be sauced. I like to dip as I go. They were taking a bath in the sauce. Who ever made the buffalo sauce really needs a coarse in making this sauce. This review is solely based on their customer service. Every time I'm in town, I order Me-N-Ed's pizza. On 1/28/20, at about 5:30 pm, I placed a phone order for four large pizzas for delivery and paid for the order over the phone with my debit card. The guy on the phone asked for my debit card information twice, but I didn't think much of it, I just provided him with the information. On 2/2/20, I noticed the unauthorized pending charge on my card for $178.50 and immediately called my bank and was told someone used my card information to make the online purchase at Victoria's Secret on 01/29/20. I still have my card in my possession. Luckily my bank was able to place a fraud hold on the card, returned my money and cancelled my card. Me-N-Eds was the only person/business with my card information. I called Me-N-Eds on 2/2/20 at 9:52 am and asked to speak to a manager just to make them aware of the situation. The callee identified herself as the morning PSI, I believe. I explained my issue and she rudely replied "we don't do that." I tried to explain that I provided them with my card information and the information was used to make an online purchase. She failed to ask for any details including time, date, etc and just hung up on me. I sent an online message on Me-N-Ed's website with my issue and did not hear back either. They have horrible custoservice. I will never order from them as they cannot be trusted with confidential information. read more

Love this place when the pizza is done right! I recommend asking for it crispy this bread has to be done crispy to get that cracker crust! Love Me-n-Ed's and have enjoyed it for many years. The pizza was awful. The crust was hard, dry, thin, and tasted like a cracker. The sauce was not tasty. The pepperoni was okay but the cheese was not properly melted. It seemed like the ovens are too hot and it didn't cook right, but even if it was properly cooked the flavor was just not good.
