Now I know why it takes so long to get a delivery from this location, as I was at the location waiting on my dinner order on Sunday August 10, at approx 5:30pm. I overheard the delivery driver asking the manager if he should take the one order that was ready to be delivered, because there was only one ready to go. And a manager said no just wait till we get some more orders. That explains why when I walk in I have the pizza within 15 +/- minutes, and if I call it in, they always tell me 40 minutes, and it takes 40 minutes to an hour to get my order. We stopped by for the lunch buffet, pizza was good, we were asked for any specific pizza we would like, and notified when the pizzas were ready. My daughter was entertained by the small arcade and little games they have here. Would definitely stop by again next time I'm in Los banos. read more

Stopped here on our way home from a trip up north. Back in my days Mountain Mikes was bomb... Well it still is. We were getting up on the end of the lunch buffet but we were excited that we were still able to get grubbing on the buffet. The choices weren't very big to choose from, but then again we were late and the pizza was still hot. What they did have was this bbq chicken with pineapple that made me go wow, and the veggies with white sauce pizza was good too. The little salad bar had just the right toppings to choose from. When I was ordering, it didn't seem like they had any specials. My family and I usually order a special that includes an XL Pepperoni and some Breadsticks and drinks. I had to order everything separately. After being rung up, the price was kind of shocking me. I looked down at the receipt and was suffering from sticker shock for the price of an XL Pizza. I said, oh well. We sat down and waited for the food to arrive. When the Breadsticks arrived, I was pleased with the flavor and texture. They were crunchy and tasted like something different versus dough. Finally, the Pizza arrived and I didn't pay attention to the Pan hanging over the counter. The XL Pizza was huge. On the pan hanging over the counter, it says 20 slices, but my son counted them and they only gave us 18. It was still big. There was plenty for leftovers. The Pepperonis were small and they curled up like little bowls of flavor on the pizza. The sauce wasn't too heavily placed making the pizza almost as crunchy as the Breadsticks. The only complaint I have about this place was that none of the games seemed to work. I started off with trying to get quarters for the kids to play games with using the change machine but it didn't work. The guy behind the counter helped us out with that. I then went over to play the PacMan/Galaga game and it asked for 2 credits to play. I stuck in 2 quarters which gave me the amount needed to play, but when I pushed the Start button, it didn't work. I tried to get my quarters back using the eject button, but that didn't work either. The kids were then trying to play another game and I gave up as nothing seemed to work. Overall, the Food and Service are great but there aren't that many games for the kids to play. The place is big but all open, so once it started to get a little more people inside, it started to get noisier with the voices trying to compete with the Televisions in the place. Ordered two pizzas one was what I ordered the second was not. Also did a 12 piece chicken wing order only to receive chicken nuggets!! Nowhere did it describe the wings as they really chicken nuggets drenched in buffalo sauce. We're tired and hungry - like most people at the end of a work week. We always look forward to pizza on a Friday Pizza was late, understandable being Friday. We first at the salad and wings, then opened the pizza box. Where's the Pepperoni?? It was just and Italian sausage and olive pizza! No pepperoni, on a pepperoni pizza?!?! What gives? As I said we we're both tired and hungry, and it being a Friday, we know it's crazy busy there. So, I didn't call and waited until today to call and let them know about the error. They wouldn't do anything, no offer of a coupon, or small credit to use on our next order. I'm very dissatisfied and offer this as warning to others. We were there today. We had (don't ask me why) all you can eat menu twice. The salad was okay; I like the idea of mix your salad how you want to. The second thing you could select we're pizzas, I tried a piece of all of them, and they were just horrible. 99% of the pizzas was dough, and 1% was cheese or ultrathin slice of salami. Love this place! I have yet to actually go in, as I've only had it delivered several times. So this is based on delivery service and quality. They always have great deals and their delivery service is FAST! Even on the 4th of July, we made a huge order that was there within 30 mins. I'm not a fan of red sauce and usually get the garlic or Alfredo, but theirs is actually really good. My favorite pizza is the snowy alps, a must to try. Their food is phenomenal and Robbie, Breanna, Anthony, and the rest of their staff always do an outstanding job to ensure our food is made well and promptly. I made an order for pickup and when I got there I was going to paid with my debit card and the lady told me they needed my ID , I've been here multiple times since I move here and never had a problem .I didn't have my wallet with me cause I was in a hurry to pick up my kids and I'm so mad that my kids didn't get their pizza . She could've told me when I call to bring my ID if I was paying with a debit card .All the other employees never follow this rule and if it's a new thing they should let a customer know especially on a Friday when there's so much traffic and I prefer to stop somewhere else then go back . Passing through town, stopped because it wasn't a chain pizza place. Ordered from my hotel room, ask for a medium pizza and they told me it would be cheaper if I ordered a large as it was the special of the day. I ordered a thin crust. They said 20 minutes and it was done in 20 minutes the pizza looked amazing. The crust was cooked right, as was the bottom of the pie, you could see the fork marks in the dough, it wasn't a production pizza. I think it was the best pizza I have ever had (in the past 60 plus years of eating pizza) the staff was down to earth, and real outgoing and they really cared for the clientele as it showed. Pizzas great, like all mountain mikes. I've been to a lot of mountain mikes pizzerias. This is by far the. It's run down MM I have been to. However, the service here was crap. We lost $0.75 in one of the video games. Girl working at the counter refused to refund the money. She then have me an excuse that there are "multiple signs" that state there are no refunds. When I went to go check on that statement, there is one sign visible, behind some kind of machine where it is not visible. Either way, that's BS, since they are making money off of the machine. But, what really gets me going, is that they made no attempt to go check the machine or put an "out of order" sign on the machine while their vendor fixes the problem, basically intentionally stealing money at this point. It sucks, because I was looking forward to playing games during the 20 minutes my pizza took to get to me with my children, but I can't trust any of the games will work. Customer service is okay, depending on who's working. Tried the lunch buffet and it was good, pizza usually ruins out but cook normally refills somewhat quickly.
