I tried to place an app order today at the Montgomery location but told WiFi was out. Then tried to call in an order but was disconnected three times. I wanted a quick turnaround on a cheesesteak because I had my dog with me and didn't want to leave in car long even with ac. Decided to go into store and order but was told hot subs a fifteen minute wait because they were grilling bacon. Why bacon was not prepped ahead or use half grill I don't know. Decided to go cold sub instead which was prepped with all the enthusiasm of a Cleveland Brown fan after thanksgiving. Went 2 stars because the cashier was pleasant enough. Usually JM a solid 4 stars when using the app but this visit was a real stinker. read more

Placed an order about 30 minutes before they closed. Got there 15 minutes before they closed. Even though the door says they're open until 9, it was locked. Order was cancelled after we had arrived. What is the point of having hours if you're going to close early? read more

Stopped in around noon for a quick lunch and ordered a mini sub, but the service was extremely disappointing. The employee took my order while cleaning the counter, then proceeded to help other customers--at one point even offering them free cookies and chips--while my order was completely overlooked. After waiting about 10 minutes with no progress or communication, I ended up leaving frustrated. I love the sandwiches but the humans who work with these amazing sandwiches are so negative. A couple days ago my husband and I went in and no one was in line. It wasn't busy. The manager who was a younger pierced African American man was making me hurry and order what I wanted on my sandwich. He was using hand gestures and looking at me to hurry and his mind was wondering and he kept looking around. It was very rude and not necessary at all. The ambiance was alright, it is a kinda of a hurry and eat and leave place. Should be trained better for customer service. When we first went to this location it had very nice helpful employees, as the years go by the place seems to be hiring anyone willing to work. Do better customer training. read more

The staff are consistently friendly and fast. Portions are generous. The place is spotless. We love the sandwiches. I'm happy to add a tip, which I usually don't do at other places. My son and I tried this sub shop randomly one afternoon and it has become my favorite sandwich shop in town. I tried the Jersey shore with is ham and provolone and it comes with lettuce tomato and made "mikes way" which has the oil and vinegar juice mix. That's my favorite part I always ask for a side of extra to dip my sub in! I also add this special relish they have there too! My son ordered the warm chicken chipotle Philly and that was exquisite too! The food is made to order and comes out fast. Definitely try this place I love it! read more

Customer service is a significant factor when choosing to revisit an establishment. If that is an important factor to you as the consumer, then best avoid the 2608 Central Ave location. My experience this evening was terrible. I would even go as far as calling the experience aggressive. The pros: they do have gluten free bread available (Udi's) and they seemed to be pretty careful about not cross contaminating my sandwich. Ingredients were good. The cons: the music is so loud I couldn't hear the guy asking me questions about my sandwich. The drink area was pretty messy and needed to be restocked with straws and lids. the Jersey Mike's on 2621 Coors Blvd NW Suite A, Albuquerque, NM 87120, has terrible customer service. I walked in and the staff of 4 didn't acknowledge me. one person was working while 3 just stood there looking around. when I was finally acknowledged, the person that was helping me was confused about my order, which was a #13 Mike's way and a small bowl of tuna. when they finally started working on my order, he stopped to help the customer in front of me because the other 3 didn't know what to do. the staff member restarted on my order and a lady wakes in and immediately he acknowledged her and started on her sandwich while I was standing there becoming infuriated. he finally finished my sandwich which took 15 minutes to make and I pull it a $50, because my order came to $29.40. The staff member states I cannot accept that. there are no signs starting they cannot accept bills bigger than $20. I point that out and he said it's store policy. so I walked out angry and frustrated. read more

We ordered a regular size pepper steak sub, and BLT. And I have to say, I grew up around the Boston area where there's some pretty darn good local pepper steak subs, and this one competes strongly with them! It was a good portion and very yummy. They like to put jalapeños and hot peppers in it And maybe that's Albuquerque style, but I would back off just a bit to focus more on the meat and cheese. Excellent sub. My wife had the BLT, which she found very yummy and crisp and refreshing at the same time, and I had a bite, and it was quite good, not at all your father's boring your BLT. Greetings, I've been wanting to eat at Jersey's Mike for some time after the commercials and seeing how they grill their subs, the amount of meat, etc. On this past Sunday, I went to Jersey Mike's off San Mateo and Academy at about 8p, I ordered the Chicken Philly, #14 if I recall correctly from the drive through, man was I disappointed when I got home, very little meat, probably more grilled onions than meat, most bites was bread than anything else, very disappointed to say the least read more

My coworker had raved about this place, saying it was a step up from Subway, no nitrate meat, and using a special oil aioli. So, my expectations were high. We had ordered the sub party box. Classic, the super ham, turkey, and veggie- I tried the turkry. Servings were literally like the butt of the bread. Too much lettuce compared to meat, although looks can be deceiving. Pairs good with the drli mayo. And, normally I'm not a huge fan of provolone like is offered on the subs (I mean I'll eat it but why can't we all just love cheddar and call it good??). That is, until I swallowed my ego and ordered one from Jersey Mike's. I paid a bit more to get the XL size, classic, with peppers and onions. My expectations were, I'll admit, low. That changed when they prepared my order in under five minutes. And then... Suspense... It was amazing. Delicious. Hands down the best cheesesteak I've had in New Mexico. The pricing is fair, but really, there's no competition so why not. Outstanding. If you want an authentic cheesesteak in New Mexico, you're gonna have to accept that this chain serves the best tasting sandwiches around. read more

Four words - Go Get Lunch Here! At a conference on UNM campus and wandered across Central to find some food. Was reluctantly headed to Chipolte but decided to try Jersey Mike's. Important: I am not a fan of sandwiches (but Chipolte makes me really nervous now-a-days). An excellent choice. Staff - Super friendly without being annoying. Never having been to a Jersey Mike's I asked for recommendations for the wraps. He suggested the veggie -- it did not disappoint! Wow, tastiest wrap I've had in a LONG time. The veggies were warmed on a grill and cheese melted on it before it was wrapped. The store is small with some seating, very clean. Quick service. I ended up sitting outside at a picnic table (in the shade) in spite of the summer heat, by choice. Great lunch. I may go back while I'm here. read more

Given I'm from New Jersey I knew how to order a sub from here, but I was asked three times if what I was ordering was on the menu..."ham,salami,pepperoni and provolone!" 10/3/19 at 11:30am were the employees working that turned away so many customers because they were "stressed." As walking out the woman asked how everything was and I told her it was alright. She did compensate for two subs. Was going to give 1/5 stars but 2/5 for how she cared at the end. read more

Ordered a GIANT Turkey and Provolone sandwich to be delivered by Grub Hub. A GIANT cost $7.50 extra. Total cost of the Sandwich was $19.50! However when I got my order it was only a regular. I ordered through Grub Hub because I had no car at the time. I immediately called Jersey Mikes and spoke with 'Dallas'. She couldn't be bothered because they were busy. FIVE STARS! I'm writing this review simply for the service and hospitality of one particular individual. I did not get his name but one of the young men at this store forgot the bacon on my sandwich, though i was charged for it. When i went back inside minutes later, he didn't even need to ask what I needed. He hooked me up with some extra bacon and even cooked it fresh for me!! This is a big deal to me because Jersey Mike's has the BEST bacon to me... I don't know how they do it, but it always brings me joy. I'm 100% satisfied with my visit and 12/10 recommend this store! It is amazing how a place can change so quickly. Service here has has gone from a four star rating to a two star rating. Went in and told the girl making the sandwich three times what I wanted on the sandwich and she still made it her way. The other worker right away started another sandwich. What's up with Jersey Mike's? Tonight we had their subs for dinner (carry out) and for the third time in a row, the bread was hard as a rock! We used to really enjoy their sandwiches...and especially their relish, but we're about to give up on trying. The first time, we figured that maybe they had a bad day or short on help but the next two times (different locations) the bread was just awful. It's too bad because the contents are fresh & tasty but we just couldn't get past the buns...we threw our four sandwiches away. I don't know if there is a better way to store them (like Subway does) or are they leaving them out all day to dry out? Anyway, the buns are worse than day-old and approaching inedible. read more

I'm visiting from CA with my girlfriend and we're actually area managers for jersey mikes. My honest opinion about this location is that it's alright. The two ladies helping us were nice but that was about it. Getting our food took a little and once we got our food we noticed one of the sandwiches was on the wrong bread and had peppers which we asked not to be included, the order was read back correctly to us but it still came out wrong. We know mistakes happen but still. Overall it's a ok location but I would just check your order before leaving. read more
