Friday just before lunch I ordered my pizza online and when I got there 15mins later it was done! It's one of the better pizzas I have had in a while. We got the parm cheese stuffed crust with beef, bacon, sausage, japs, black olives, cheese mix and it's perfect. The two employees I spoke with were cordial and made sure my pizza was right. I would have given 0 if I could. Everybody is a "Manager". Here is a pic of my sub... nuff said! The "General Manager" (Shay) was clueless about how to handle a late order that was thrown together as shown. Then her "District Manager" (Tiffany) followed up with the same attitude and I don't care messaging. Their response to make it right... remake or refund, which requires me to come back after attempting to ask for that 3 times before and they left me waiting over an hour (combined) as they scrambled around inside the store trying to throw people's orders together. No coupons, drink, or apology even offered. What pizza location has their GM and District Manager onsite on a Friday night at 10pm; really??? This place is beyond a joke! If so, I can't imagine the position their business must be in to warrant such targeted support. With all of their expertise in mind, neither of the "Managers" knew enough about customer service to ask me the (customer) what would it take to make it right nor did they attempt to reassure me that I was a valued customer. No offer for a $2off or even 2cent off coupon or anything to make it right. However, the "GM" tried to accuse me of wanting something for free and I quickly let her know that I absolutely did not want anything free. I just wanted a courteous response that took into account the 3 times prior that I waited for them to make it right without a response. Only getting my money back with no type of acknowledgement of their error simply gives me back what I brought to the table and leaves my time and effort at a loss. Long story short, I left my home again and went back to get a refund and took my business elsewhere. Fyi... Neither "Manager" made themselves available when I returned. I am BAFFLED! At the service I received tonight! From this location. I dealt with De'Jenee, who on the first phone call I called 45 minutes AFTER I placed my order asking for an update. She then said it would be another HOUR before they even STARTED! I asked for a manager she laughed and told me no and hung up on me! Then I called back and I said I want a manager NOW and she said "who the f*ck do you think you're talking to?" And when I told her it was still her she said "no but who the f*ck do you think you're talking to?" And then I called back AGAIN and she said I wasn't getting a fu*king manager or a refund when I asked for both because I didn't trust her to do one, and she hung up AGAIN! Pizza took an hour to make but somehow my medium pan barbecue chicken pizza was terribly under-cooked with soft spongy dough, all of the toppings refused to stay on, nasty cheese and barely any sauce although I asked for extra sauce. Where do I start... I ordered online and was pleased with the price. 45 minutes later I get a call from the driver wanting to know my room number. I told him. After a long silence he said the name of some Other hotel.?.?. I corrected him and he said he was just next door. 14 minutes later he got off the elevator, turned down the next hallway, went to the end and was talking to a housekeeper. (My room was beside the elevator. smh) After I got his attention he came to the room with only HALF of my order!! I had to call the store Manager to get it fixed. She made excuses for him about still being new and didn't know the area. That is not what will fix this issue! Proper training would have eliminated this from ever happening. Without knowing it I apparently took the Domino's challenge and tried their new pizza... and it's pretty good. I've been working at one of our properties down in McDonough and this store is almost directly across the street. They came to rescue one day last week when we had an unexpected group of people from the Corporate office show up for a meeting. Without hesitation the staff here offered to send us a few pizzas and they were ready in less time than it took us to get sodas for everyone. The new sauce is really good and I like the Parmesan and garlic that is sprinkled on the crust. I think I'll be calling Domino's for pizza more often (sorry Papa John's). Domino's from what I remember, was the go to at 2AM when everyone was drunk in college and was starving. They were always there, always hot, always on time, and always completely sub par. The old pizza was like Ritz crackers with ketchup. Today, in 2013, it's not like that at all anymore. They actually have real pizza! Go figure? Went and got the take out special Monday through Thursday carryout deal, 1 Large 3 Topping pizza for $7.99. I figure if they can't make this good, then I'll never spend another dime with them. My 3 toppings of onions, mushrooms, and sausage on a regular hand tossed crust. Nothing special, or too extravagant. Drum roll for the taste test... It's pretty good actually! They got a nice Parmesan and Garlic sauce around the edge of the crust which keeps it moist and tasty. They put a liberal amount of sausage, onions, and mushrooms but not so much that it would be overkill. After all, pizza should be well proportioned or it doesn't taste good. The sauce is really good as well, tastes like a much higher quality than they used to have. It's not bitter or too sweet either. Those new commercials you see with the CEO, I think it's true that they've got others beat now. Try it, it's not a gourmet pizza, but it's definitely worth the price and you get great value out of it. Next up, I'll be trying their deep dish pizza. read more

I understand why the poor rating. I will say this flavor was good but the pizza was not what my wife ordered. It would be nice to be able to go to the place you order pizza from and not have to worry if it is going to be right or not. I arrived early to pick up while I was waiting I saw the pizza was done and sitting on the rack to be moved to the cutting table. And the person cutting was walking around while my pizza was sitting there. After a few min it was pulled over to the cutting table. Placed order @ 2:35 - Pizza arrives @ 4pm. Pizza receipt states Pizza should arrive in 30 mins, arrived over an 90 minutes later!!! There's nothing like having cold pizza and a hot soda. Good Pizza, polite drivers - But, very slow service - meaning it takes an hour + to receive our order.
