Just like the other reviews, the customer service here is terrible. I placed a car side order well in advance. When I arrived and checked in on the app, nobody came out to have me my order. They seen me pull up through the glass door and windows and still didn't move a muscle to give me my order. To make it worse the doors were locked so I couldn't go inside myself. Waited for 15mins outside until the delivery driver came back and got my order for me......and as icing on the cake, my order was made incorrectly. Can't make this up. I payed for a delivery order and requested it be left at my door. The order says delivered but there's nothing at my door and I checked the doors around me and there's nothing there. I double checked my address and it's correct and there is no gate or anything that would hinder the driver from reaching my apartment. I called the store and I've been listening to a prerecorded message "waiting" for someone to pick up for the past 30 minutes and still nothing. This was absolutely the WORST experience!! I ordered my pizzas and tots at 4:24 pm. My order arrived at 7:45 pm!!! I tried calling and was on hold for 26 min before I hung up!! When my food arrived, it was not hot, the pepperoni pie had no onions as I requested, and the top box was smushed in on the middle!! I ended up ordering from another restaurant because I couldn't get through to the store and that order arrived BEFORE Domino's so I ended up spending more money because I just didn't think Domino's would ever show up!! I spoke with the representative on the phone first of all she couldn't even speak English really well so I am not sure if that had something to do with it. I paid for it and we waited. the employees here are incompetent and they all need to be fired. i have ordered here before and though the delivery service was slow (2hours) the food was good. i called the store 4 times after an hour had passed by and no answer. it wasn't until the 5th time i was finally patched through after calling customer service. i got on the phone with one of the workers, the infamous Isaiah (the manager by the way) . moving forward i was asked why the app said i received my order but nothing was ever on my door, he said on his system it had delivered. i told him how can my order be here when i have a ring doorbell and nobody even drove past my house, he asked me if i wanted to speak to the driver i said no i want to know where my pizza is at and why she's claiming she delivered it when she didn't. he repeated my address back to me and i said well i never received it. i asked why the delivery times were so long and he stated that they only have one driver and that everybody keeps quitting and then had the audacity to ask me if i knew anybody who wanted to work there. i asked him why i would refer anyone if y'all are having these issues. hey then asked why i chose to have the pizza placed on my mat, i stated that it was because i wanted contactless delivery. he stated that i increased the chance of my pizza getting stolen. i asked him why he's questioning me on my delivery preference and he gave a nonchalant answer of "i was just asking. so again he asked if i wanted to speak to the driver and offered to give me her number so i said yes give me her number and i want my pizza remade but i wand a refund on the delivery charge. he stated that he couldn't do partial refunds but i could get a $5 credit if the pizza was not remade but that if it was i wouldn't be getting a refund. i told him to give me a refund but that i didn't think it was right that i was being questioned about if i actually got my pizza when the delivery driver never even drove past my house. my boyfriend overheard the convo and got on the phone and asked why he was being rude and questioning me and that's when the worker on the phone said "y'all are doing too much" and hung up the phone in my face. i basically waited 3 hours for a pizza i never got and was questioned about why i wanted contact delivery when the driver never even came to my house, didn't even get my tip back on my refund. i am going to have a field day with corporate. read more

I ordered a pizza from them at 6:30pm for delivery on a Thursday on the website. It said 25 mins for delivery. I then get a call from a lady at 7:05 saying that they are not offering delivery(35 mins after the order would have been placed and 10 mins after the time it said I should have received my pizza) that she can cancel the order I can come pick it up.
