i was working across the street from the chic fil a but didn't have time to go pick up food so I ordered for delivery. I know there a fee for delivery but I didn't expect to pay almost 24 dollars for 1 sandwich and a lemonade. this is ridiculous. the delivery fee is 3.99 and then the tip and now I'm being charged (penalized) for not ordering enough food with a "small order fee'. Chic fil a will not get another penny out if me. Also, the sandwich wasn't that good. A little dry to me. It was a jalapeño ranch club the only had 2 jalapeño slices on it. I visited this location during my travel out of town and on both visits I had a wonderful experience. I ordered through the CFA app and opted to pickup my order inside the restaurant. I arrived and followed the instructions to check-in and proceed inside. The app also provided instructions on where to go to pickup my order. When I walked in, I was greeted by several staff members and I let them know I had a mobile order. They directed me straight to the pickup area and I was able to grab my food and drink from the shelf. I checked my order and everything was there so that's always a plus. The food was fresh and hot! The chicken was seasoned well and the fries were so good. I also tried the cloudjoy lemonade and it was sooooo good. I mean it's pretty rare to have a bad experience with CFA and this experience added onto the million of other pleasant experiences I've had. I am a glutton for punishment. I always complain that this facility skimps on the macaroni and cheese. I ordered two mac and cheese. One was considerably smaller portioned then the other. So irritating. I ordered a chik fil a sandwich. The actual chicken hardly fit the buns, it was so small. I ordered a #1 combo which comes with a drink. I asked if they had any drink with strawberry. This chick-fil-a is very busy, today... duh, its lunchtime... 1230. The drive thru is super fast with attendants outside in the rain taking orders. Of course, I went inside. It is busy, but I was waited on within a minute. The counter person, Karen, was great! She was efficient and friendly. She smiled like she was enjoying herself. Ordering only took a minute, and then i had my drink. Wait time for my order was just long enough for me to get a straw, some napkins, and look around to see the people inside.... about 3 minutes... less than 5 minutes from parking to back in the car. It was just a casual sunny December day when all of a sudden Mrs. Gray received her salad with not only a missing fork, but missing dressing. She was upset about her salad and it tasted like it was straight out of the dirt. I could never compare Chick-fil-A to the "famous" Tacos El Gordo, but the service today was at an all time low. I've never had my order messed up at this location but every other time the other location has messed my order up in some way or another and does nothing to fix it either. Love this restaurant! It is different from a normal Chick-Fil-A. This one is complete with fried okra, Mac and cheese, and a train that goes around the top of the wall! I highly recommend visiting either on Saturday mornings or Wednesday nights for the breakfast buffet... complete with biscuits, gravy, grits, bacon, sausage, eggs, and chicken nuggets! Traveling for a road trip and stopped at a restaurant we knew we would love. Not this one! This by far is the worst Chick-fil-A we have ever been too. The cashier was rude and rushed my husband through our order. Then when a sandwich was made wrong my husband proceeded to stand in line with his receipt and the sandwich. A manager and two employees just stood there doing nothing and ignoring him. His food was getting cold so I had to go up and ask for help so our kid could actually eat hot food with us. They sold out of pies and no one bothered to tell us when we ordered. I got a cookie instead and it was hard and old. There were fruit flies fluttering around and honestly we should have just left when we saw that. Worst Chick-fil-A ever and I would give it no stars if I could! read more

What happened to the earlier reviews? Can a business remove old reviews? Sometimes this restaurant is good and sometimes not so good. The customer service is wonderful however the food is hit or miss. Tonight the collard greens are bland and do not taste fresh. The bread and bacon on the grilled chicken club sandwich is not fresh either. I picked up my food around 30 minutes prior to closing so maybe that's why the food is subpar. I used to be crazy about their greens but now I don't think I want to take another chance with them. My mom recently had a terrible experience with her food and the manager and she now refuses to patronize this particular establishment. read more

Poor Customer service. Made an mobile order and when I got inside the order wasn't even there. Stood there for about 7 no one asked me if I needed help or what I ordered. I told one of the employees walking by that I had a mobile order.
