We have ordered (or attempted) from here 4 times in the last year, hoping there'd be improvements made but it is the same issue. No matter what day we order or what time, there always is a staffing issue (most of the time only one person making pizza). It will say they're making our pizza and an hour goes by and it's then marked "in the oven" then it's another hour before it is "out for delivery" I get it that sometimes the rush of orders is out of their control, but what once was a quick & easy way to order pizza, it's taking 2+ hours to get a pizza. I called to question the status and even after it said it was "out for delivery for the last hour, turns out it was still at the store. So if you have lots of time to spare & okay with lukewarm delivery pizza, give Dominos your money. I hope they figure out the staffing issue but this was our last time giving them our money. read more

Usually very good but tonight when it said driver is on the way he got to my house 25min. Store is 7 to 8 min. Away. Thin crust was cold to luke warm. Other items warm. While I want to note that the employees working here are generally pleasant, the speed and service at this location is terrible. For pick-up orders, a customer simply cannot predict when a pizza will be completed, and the app/tracker does not work. Each of the past four times, my dinner-time pizza has been at least 30 minutes later than promised. (Which begs the question: Why can't I learn my lesson?) I tried to watch the way they triage their orders, but it appears to be totally ad hoc. In my opinion, this is a failure in leadership/management, and every time an impatient customer shows up looking for their late pizza, the staff has to scramble to figure out what's gone wrong. It is painful. I twice tried to offer some constructive feedback through Domino's corporate app, but - unsurprisingly - got no response. There are better alternatives out there. read more

I always order from this Dominos through the app, and it's always pretty quick. Plus I get rewards. I love the Pacific Rim Veggie pizza and lava cakes. I placed my order for delivery, and the only complaint I have is about my delivery driver! She pulled up on the wrong side of the street, and had to park all crazy first of all, and as she was getting in her back seat to get my food, I got to see her entire ass before she pulled up her pants with her hands that she used to grab my food. She was older so she was slower getting to me, which is fine, but when I was signing the receipt and tipping her, she belched loudly and never said excuse me or even acknowledged it! Absolute fail. Order was placed at 10:30 for an advance delivery at 3pm. Prep didn't even start until 2:30 (according to the app). I called first at 3:15 and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. We finally caved and called the store, because it had been much longer than the estimated time for delivery. When I spoke with the first associate she carelessly stated they "lost a few orders," ours included, but that it would be at least another half hour before they had another driver. The manager on the phone sarcastically said, "I would offer to send you a pizza and reimburse you for your order, but I don't think you are patient enough for me to do that." Tonight I ordered a pizza and a salad. It said my order was being prepared at 11:20 and I didn't get it until 1:00 in the morning. On any other occasion I would be angry that it took this long but I called there and was delighted to find that they had TWO people working evening on a Friday. Very appalled I was chewed out by someone a male that told me he was the manager. When I asked to speak with someone else that was a manager was given the gm Chelsea. Long story short on 1-12-19 ordered food around 6 something and around 8:52PM still did not have our pizza. She kept say uh huh like I was wasting her time. I would like to know if the owner even knows that this is how they treat their customers. I had been asked several times if I was waited on which was nice. Since I was there so long One of the young men went to where they were prepping and said something or changed something and the young girl who was making pizzas said something to him and he said he doesn't expedite an order unless it's necessary and three employees looked directly at me and smirked. Dominos is my go to favorite guilty pleasure pizza place. Rarely am I disappointed in my order, until today. The pizza took almost an hour to PICK UP. Not deliver but drove to the store and waited 30 min at the window only to be told my pizza was coming out of the oven when in fact it had not even been made. They were busy from what I was told so I waited patiently and didn't give them grief. When I got my pizza, that I specifically ordered and paid for extra cheese on was unappetizing looking since 2 of the slices were just one big ol dry ass bubble of dough. I ordered a medium pizza and cinnamon sticks for delivery. After waiting for an hour and a half I called to check in the order. I wasn't mad about the wait time...I understand staffing can be a problem. They said they were waiting on a driver to pick my order up...no big deal. This HAS to be the worst dominos in the entire state of Illinois. I ordered using the mobile app. The store is literally just one mile away from my house. Less than 5 minute drive. The pizza tracker showed me that it took him 20 minutes from the time he left until the time he showed up to the door. By the time he got here my pizza was luke warm and it didn't seemed cooked all the way. I'm used to the crust being flakey. The pepperoni still tasted raw, sauce was cold, and the cheese was barley melted! This is not the first time I've had problems with this store. Multiple times they have either made my pizza wrong or forgotten to include something in my order. One time I ordered cinnamon twists and they brought bread with NO cinnamon on it. I've ordered marinara and garlic with my order before and didn't receive it. I ordered a thin crust and they've given me a hand tossed before. I keep giving them multiple chances but every time they just have to mess something up. It's insane. After the cold pizza incident in August I decided to give them one more chance today and they blew it. I ordered some simple spinach and feta stuffed cheesy bread. I order a single medium pizza at 6:35 pm and at 7:45 pm I had to call to find out where the pizza was. Pizza was good...not as amazing as Peel (obviously), but it is the best quality of Dominos pizza I've eaten. We ordered two pizzas, one had double the extra hot sauce (buffalo) on it, but arrived with no hot sauce on it at all. I called and spoke to Mark, the manager, who promptly resolved the issue. About 20 minutes later, we had the pizza at the door & it had everything on it correctly. I'm grateful that they corrected the mistake without hesitation or argument. Last order, which will be my last time ever ordering from this store, was placed online at 12:10 and arrived at my house at 2:30. Expected delivery was in a 45 mins. When I called the manager after an hour of waiting she said they were really behind and my order would be delivered next. Obviously not the case since it took an additional hour to arrive.
