This place definitely earned the single star today simply based on the unfriendliness of the employees. Upon entering, the first employee and I looked at each other and I said "hi, how are you doing?" Their response? A frown and absolutely nothing. The second employee I asked for an item that was left out of my order. Again, no smile, no verbal response, nothing. I suppose it's possible that both employees were deaf and mute, but I have to believe the odds of that are slim to none. If you're not happy at your job, go work someplace else. read more

The service at this place was awful. I placed an order sat at a table for 19 minutes, and then when I asked for my sandwich or where it was at some ignorant person behind the counter told me it was gonna be a few more minutes. They haven't got to it yet they're really busy and I said this is a little ridiculous and they said Duncan get an attitude or we won't fucking make nothing. Showed up with my team, workers got together and they lied to us. Told us they didn't have enough bread to feed my team of 17 at 3:00 on a Saturday. When I asked them, they doubled down that there wasn't enough bread. If I could leave zero out of five stars, I would. My team and I are out of town traveling for our volleyball tournament. Our coaches wanted to feed us Jimmy Johns in between games for fuel. We walk into the door and the employees shake their heads and turn their backs. We had to say something at least 3 times before someone actually acknowledged us. Once they decided on an excuse, they told us they did not have enough bread for all of us. We could clearly see plenty of bread on the rack but instead of arguing, we just turned around and decided to give Panera our business. Who were more than happy to accompany us, by the way. This Jimmy Johns specifically seems like the place that would spit in your food. It's odd that a place that is in business to sell food claims to have run out midday to avoid making profit and providing food for customers. I felt very unwelcomed and advise anyone to not go here. They are not there to tend to customers but rather to turn them away to other businesses. If you don't want spit in your food, do not go to that Jimmy Johns because they do NOT want you there. Instead of making well over $250, they made $0 and were able to continue sitting on their hands then probably touching the food with them. Terrible experience and rude employees. read more

I love Jimmy John's comforting and delicious sandwiches. My favorite is the #6 veggie sandwich on wheat. They make it to my liking which is light on the mayo. We usually get really good service, but yesterday it was messed up. My veggie sandwich was not in the bag, instead it was a #9 which I was not able to eat. I did call them about it and the manager Dustin cancelled the earlier payment and I was given my veggie sandwich which I picked up on the way home. This service was more than I expected. When I arrived, the sandwich was prepared to my liking. I never ate in, but the place was clean. Dustin and team came through and made it right. read more

I've never really cared for Jimmy John's, but decided to give it another try, since the line at Panera was too long. After all, JJ has a reputation for speedy service. In that respect, I was satisfied -- my Bootlegger Club came out quickly and I was back on the road in no time. However, the food still fails to impress me. I mean, it tastes fine, but there's nothing distinctive to it. And I paid $9 for the sandwich, which is steep IMO. Better than Subway, but that's not saying much. I guess the bottom line is: If you want OK food fast, go to JJ. Otherwise, try an independent deli. And if you can't find one, Panera. read more

Seems counterintuitive to hire a delivery driver with unreliable transportation. They basically said they can't deliver because the drivers car won't start. They completed my order via doordash instead of canceling it making it a hassle to get a refund. read more

A tip for the drivers, double check the address you are delivering to. Just because you delivered it somewhere does not mean it was the correct spot. Also asking a customer "what's the problem?" when they called to inquire about their order that says "delivered" and it is not there is not the best way to help the situation. If it was not for a fellow neighbor two streets over giving me a call, I never would have known this was the situation. This was a second chance order with this location and I can say without a doubt there is a pattern of long delivery times and rude employees. read more

Right next to my apartment! It almost makes me feel lazy to ask for delivery. I've come here for lunch and dinner numerous times and never been disappointed. They're always nice and super speedy. Food was good, preparation was fast but the service was subpar. I went on a Sunday and ordered a Country Club and asked for extra meat which for this sandwich would mean turkey and ham. When I got my sandwich it only had extra ham on it. I asked the cashier why I only received extra ham and she responded by saying "oh extra meat means you only get one meat". The sandwich was even better than I remembered, everything was SUPER fresh and it arrived in about 12 minutes!!!!! i rate this as two stars because I am getting fed up with the unreliability of the service. I have been a loyal and returning customer (every Thursday) for years at this restaurant. I always have folks from the base order their food online and I pick them up, but it seems of late that items are constantly being left off and out of the order though they were charged for it. How hard is it to put the bag of chips or the cookie into the bag. Sandwiches are good, folks are nice, but frustratingly inconsistent on providing you everything you pay for and ask for if ordering online. read more
