This is a great Domino's! Food always comes out great and we always get friendly service! We have been ordering here for years!

I ordered pizza at 10:21pm through the dominos app and called the store 4x until 11:30pm asking when our delivery would arrive. We are 7min from the store so I was confused as to why it was taking so long. I was told each time that the food was on its way. Then I was lied to and told they left the food on the "patio" and knocked?! They have my cell?! Why wouldn't they call me? I waited till 12pm at night for my order only to be told it was delivered and to have a good night via text message. I'm so appalled by this location and their behavior. My kids went to bed hungry. I'll be calling corporate to get my money back. read more

This sucks to put this review but I've tried to resolve this via corporate and nothing for several days besides someone would contact me. We ordered for carry out and got home and my pizza literally had a piece of cardboard baked into the cheese!! I literally video recorded us taking it out. No one has called us and apologized. I was very disappointed today. The place was pretty clean, bathrooms were closed my partner had to go but they were closed. The wings are very undercooked very disappointed! You can tell just by looking at them very chewy! I was worried once I saw them. We got half pineapple and they couldn't even do that right. Once we arrived we had to wait additional time because they forgot to make our Parmesan bites we were exiting because we saw the five star review photos in the restaurant but then became very disappointed. read more

So I am very disappointed with dominos lately . I called them to let them know my pizza didn't have any garlic butter on the crust and if there was anything they could do to make it right to me. The man I spoke to on the phone said that at least at the end of the night I got my pizza and then hung up on me. So I called back and Ashley the manager very politely granted me a credit for the pizza and then today I call to use my credit and I am almost willing to bet the same guy that hung up on me made my order because the amount of garlic butter on the crust was borderline disrespectful. read more

Tonight I ordered a few pizzas from this store. I picked them up brought them home and when I opened one of the boxes the toppings were wrong. It was missing most of them. I then took it back to the store and told the girl at the counter what was wrong and showed her my receipt. She then laughed and without answering went and got another person. When the new girl came to the counter I explained what it was missing and she said she would fix it. I then sat down and waited. About 2 minutes later the girl came back and said I have to take the old pizza since we are making a new one. I said, "seriously?" She then said it was policy. I looked up Dominos policy and that does not appear to be the case. I gave it to her and she threw it in the trash. I was super bummed because that is so wasteful. Then I sat down and waited for my new pizza. Then a new girl came into work. She was petite with dark red hair and bangs. She walked into the store and began chatting with the girl making my new pizza. Unfortunately, I heard their lovely conversation about how my pizza was wrong to which the new girl started to laugh and ask, "how the F*** that happened" they proceeded to sit and talk to each other about the F***ing pizza was wrong. Their voice got very quiet while they proceeded to watch me. After 30 minutes of waiting I went up to the counter while waiting the girl remaking my pizza looked at me went up and whispered something in the other girls ear while watching me. When it was my turn I went up to the counter and asked if my pizza would be done soon. The new girl answered, "5 minutes we are very busy tonight" a little frustrated at this point I replied, "Yes, but unfortunately my pizza was made wrong and your co worker claimed she would start on it right away. My original order was from an hour ago." About 5 minutes later she tossed my pizza on the counter to me without my words. The costumer service was appalling. I understand mistakes happen that is no big deal. What was disappointing was the follow up and how I was treated. I also don't think the cursing is necessary. read more

I've ordered from here for years and have rarely had any issues, generally what i order is what i get but this time around that was not the case... This is the second time i've ordered sandwiches that arrived smashed, the first time both sandwiches and the pizza were smashed as if someone punched them a few times. This time i ordered two sandwiches and a pizza, the sandwiches arrived smashed again and the pizza wasn't fully cooked. I immediately called and the manager gave me a bit of resistance but decided to replace my order. What arrived was quiet bad again, the sandwiches were empty, nothing in them but literally a few pieces of vegetables, a bit of cheese and lots of bread. The pizza was devoid of any toppings, so a plain cheese pizza that was almost cooked all the way (only one side was), this is not what i ordered. The only nice thing i can say about this interaction was the 2nd delivery driver, who was kind and courteous. I won't be ordering again on the weekend, they don't have their act together. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I hate even leaving these reviews, but this place and manager are straight garbage. Wouldn't allow me to place an order over the phone for additional items, along with a free pizza owed for messing up previously. This was after my total order was taken and then the connection was lost. Called right back and had to place my total over again. Then I was told to place the entire order online, and then call back and the manager would make one of those pizzas free. This all because he claimed he couldn't honor an online price. So, you can make a pizza free of charge after ordered, but you can't change the price in-house to reflect the online price? We're all doomed if this is the future. read more

The crust was completely flat, there was no sauce, I ordered extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese at all, and I think they forgot the toppings because there were barely any. I have lived in the Ojai Valley 14 years, about every other year my husband and I give Dominos another chance, as they're the most affordable pizza delivery we have. My son loves pizza! We get pizza pretty regularly. For some reason, this domino's seems to seriously lack on quality compared to other stores. I am a big fan of the boneless Buffalo wings and I have ordered them from several other locations with no issues. Today was the second time I ordered them from this location and was highly disappointed. The order looked pathetic for a lack of better words. Instead of large pieces of chicken they use small bite size ones. The chicken was over cooked on both occasions and skimpy as well. It looked as if half the order was missing. I will not be ordering these from this location ever again, clearly it's a quality issue with this location rather than a one time occurrence. Even my sons pizza was over cooked. Order online @622pm followed app pizza tracker . Tracker said delivered @710 1st call to check on order. Was notified drive had left and was one his way. Tracker had said delivered. 2nd call I Cancel at 732pm . Personally who handled my call kindly canceled. I called because I received a coupon in my email and it wasn't working on my phone so they told me to come into the store. I was told the manager would be able to verify that I had the email coupon for a free pizza and would be able to grant me the free pizza. I drove all the way there and the manager Jerry was excessively rude and very very unprofessional. If I could give zero I would. Placed an order online on a Thursday at 4 pm for delivery. Said it was going to be here in 34 minutes. Now an hour and ten minutes later and a driver is 15 minutes away. Per the pizza tracker our order came out of the oven and was ready at 4:31. We live 1/2 mile or 3 minutes away and it takes over 45 minutes for delivery.... Absolutely terrible. Called the store and they told me he had actually JUST left and that the tracker was wrong. Waited 25 minutes and called back again. Now i was told that he had JUST left. Ordered a few pizza and some wings tonight. Everything was luke warm and one the pizzas had clearly been reheated and allowed cool off again it was burned and disgusting. I know better than to even order from this place it's been garbage for years. I was I could say ordering before closing was an excuse for what they served us but I didn't see a discount on my bill for late the night order. Few of the employees care at all and I feel like I'm being strong armed for tips from some of the drivers. This was it for us, NEVER again! Ordered from here twice for pickup. The first time, we were here on time to pickup our food and had to wait almost 20 minutes after it said the food was ready. The second time we picked up here, one of the two pizzas was ready, but the second pizza wasn't. I had to wait 15 minutes AFTER the app told me it was ready for pickup. The clerk gave me credit, so thank you for that. But if you're in a hurry, I don't know if I'd recommend coming here. The food is fine, but they can't seem to get it together. read more

Never, ever use the Domino's app. We always order the same thing, and I hit reorder in my app. Got an entirely different order delivered. The store manager refused to fix it because I had ordered on the app and didn't call in the order. I wasn't looking to get free pizza. Ordered online and paid Paypal for in-store pickup. Total charged to Paypal $17.81. Order was correct, on-time, and food was good. Two days later Paypal emailed to say Domino's added $1.00 to the bill. OK, $1 is not much and I didn't want to waste time questioning it. But I wondered why: Automatic Tip? Special Covid surcharge? Nothing on the order mentioned extra charge. I wrote Domino's on their Corp website. Response a week later says I'll get a refund. I don't care about the refund of $1.00. I wanted to know why it was added. I haven't seen the refund or a response to my follow-up. I suspect they add a small amount to every order days later and hope most customers won't bother to ask about it. That's what I'll keep thinking until/unless I get a good answer. Next time I'll still order online for in-store pickup but I'll pay cash when I get there. read more

He worked efficiently, with a cultivated craftsmanship and effortless fluidity i couldn't help but be impressed after a terrible experience at McDonald's and with my own empathy and expertise.
