i've had this delivered a few times it's OK if you can't get New York pizza it seems that when New Yorkers are desperate. They usually order Domino's and I think they get the New York one with the New York dough so if you need a quick pizza fix, I guess of all the chains and dominoes is pretty good read more

Ordered online @2:50, supposed to be ready at 3:14, arrived at 3:14, pulled up to the window, no one bothered to come to the window, found out they were just starting my order. Got my order at 3:40. They didn't even bother to slice my pizza. Good pizza, really poor service. read more

My order was supposed to be ready when I arrived, but it had not even been started yet. I waited at the drive-thru window for several minutes and no one came to assist me, so I eventually went inside through the front door. It took a bit before anyone even acknowledged me, and a man finally asked if I was ordering or picking up. After waiting about 15 minutes, I went back inside to ask how much longer it would be. I stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me. During this time, I also noticed another customer sitting at the drive-thru window who appeared to be ignored as well. What concerned me most was the food handling. There were three girls working, and two of them were preparing food without gloves. I saw them wiping their hands on their clothes, touching their faces, and then continuing to handle the food. Even after bringing this up, they still did not have gloves on. I politely asked the man if they could please put on gloves. He hesitated but said he would take care of it. Management should really address these issues with staff. Basic food safety and customer service should be a priority, and the current practices were concerning. I hope management takes this seriously and works to improve both cleanliness and attentiveness at this location. read more

Poor management that is very aggressive and rude to customers. Not realizing that there is more than one Dominos location in Palestine, we had the misfortune of arriving at this one, being told they had no order for us, and making the mistake, as we were not familiar with the area, of asking directions to the correct one. Person at the window did not seem to understand what we were asking, and went to get someone else, who appeared only briefly before being essentially shoved out of the way by a very angry larger man who was not even part of the original conversation. He stood there and berated us for "shouting at his employee and almost making her cry" ( I did no such thing, though the second time I asked I did raise my voice, as all I was getting back was a blank stare and thought maybe she did not hear the question over the running car, street traffic and kitchen noise behind her ) and continuing to go on and on about how rude we were? He did not even hear what was said or how it was said! Then, to absolutely make our day, we followed his vague instructions to the other location, only to be told "we don't have your order" Perfect ! Unfortunately very poor service. Not only were we refused delivery because we live "outside of the delivery zone" which apparently doesn't extend behind 3.6 miles ?? but they also refused to honor active coupons for our order. After failing to provide satisfactory customer service they were very rude when we picked up our food. After we got home we noticed on the receipt we were charged a delivery fee! Unacceptable. We will not be doing business with this less-than-acceptable establishment in the future. PS not one employee was wearing masks or gloves or hairnets. read more

Finally..I ordered online and it was a great interactive experience. Loved Pete...He was on time. Order, prepared, bake and come get it. Food was great and the price point was spot on. The driver didn't show after an hour and no call to say that they were late. This is a Monday night at 7:00pm. When I called, no manager was available and they said that they couldn't give me a time when it would be delivered. Finally someone showed up and forgot part of my order. The pizza is great depending on which employee makes it. If you get unlucky then you end up with a pizza that looks like it went thru a garbage disposal ingredients slid off to the side scrunched up against the wall of your box. Not to mention they charge you for condiments like crushed red peppers and Parmesan packets. and they charge you a 3 dollar delivery charge and expect you to tip your delivery driver. the delivery driver doesn't get a dime. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered over the phone and they stated they couldn't deliver to my area after already processing the order. I asked them to take charge off my account and they stated it would be up to 3 days. The General Manager was extremely rude and didn't care that they would loose a customer. After delivering to our property countless times, they refused to deliver to our home saying we live too far...The store is not even a full 5 miles from my home. I asked why they have always allowed it, and now all the sudden don't, and all Kevin (horrible disrespectful manager) said was "I dont know why they did, it was an accident"....an accident over 15 times? We barely moved here 3 months ago, and order from them weekly...He then refused to give me a corprate number, saying he didn't have it and "you can Google it", as well as refused to provide a number for the General Manager, saying "I dont have it in front of me" I said I would wait while he gets it, and he said he wouldn't give it to me, I can call back in the morning when she was there...Horrible Horrible service.
