No problems with the staff; everyone was extremely nice and attentive. However, the first thing that I did upon arrival was go into the bathroom, and there were two (2) dead German roaches on the floor in my stall alone. These aren't just some one-stop-shop bugs, these are infesting insects. I've had them in my apartment and they were impossible to get rid of while inhabited by residents. I told my fiancé about the bugs in the bathroom, and he didn't think much of it (he ate away). Upon the drink delivery, which was iced WATER, he got my attention and told me to look in his cup. There was a dead gnat and a speck of some substance other than ice. He stopped eating right away. Chances are, the tools used by the staff of the kitchen have been tampered with by these bugs, and I will NOT return nor purchase from this Pizza Hut ever again. read more

We've been in Jacksonville for over 3 years and since pizza is the only delivery, probably get pizza once a month (no shame). In all that time, they've only messed up our order twice (and on typically busy days like New Years Eve and when we accidentally ordered on Super Bowl Sunday). There's been one consistent delivery driver, Nolan, who is fantastic. I won't necessarily say the food is great, it's pizza, but their service and being one of the few delivery places certainly makes up for it. read more

I usually order from either Dominos pizza or Little Ceasers here's why Pizza Hut is over priced & always find new fees to make the price more than it should be!!! Don't get delivery here the delivery guys won't even offer you your change when you ask them why they didn't offer your change back to you they'll say you have to tip & try to drive away with your money!!! I told one of them in particular no infact I don't I pay you a delivery fee already & a tip is based on service he said ok how much would you like back I told him since you were rude to me all of it & didn't tip at all!!! On top that pizza really is only moderately better for the price which is about the same as gourmet pizza by the time they add all of their non existent fees!!! Bottom line eatin here will get you ripped off!!! read more

I am giving this particular store two starts despite the fact that I love pizza hut. The main reason I gave it such a low rating is because the night I was there it took the girls quite a while to even acknowledge I was there. The girls working there just seemed annoyed or bothered and one of them was even texting on her phone. Finally a nice young man brought my pizza out and apologized for my long wait. I wish I could remember his name so he could get recognized. A manager or someone in charge offered me to take care of me next time. I am from out of town so I know I'll never go back there. My sister in law orders pizza from another place there and I love their service and their pizza. read more

I wouldn't bother writing this review if it weren't for the fact that we've had issues with the current manager before. I mean, everyone has bad days! BUT - twice in the last six months we've had issues with our orders and had to deal with the same manager, and twice he has been rude and condescending. There are too many places in town to eat to have to put up with wrong orders and bad managers who don't care if they get it corrected and only want to get customers to leave them alone. In both cases, we were dealing with online orders which were filled incorrectly. In both cases, we had the email confirmation to indicate that we had ordered exactly what we wanted, and in both cases it was incorrect when we got to the restaurant. In both cases, the manager acted like we were lying, like we were inconveniencing him, and like we were somehow trying to get over on him. The first time, I refused to take the order because it was wrong and I was being charged more than the online system said it should be anyway (I had ordered a personal pan pizza and wound up with a small pizza). He told me I HAD to take it and I HAD to pay what he told me to pay, at which I drove off and only came back to provide him my printed confirmation indicating that what he was trying to push off on me was NOT what I ordered. It was months before we returned, and already we have had another problem - I placed an order for carryout for two pizzas and some pasta, but when my husband got there to pick it up, he was told by the same manager that it was supposed to be delivery and now he was going to have to re-ring it up and made it very clear to my husband that he was causing big problems for the manager. My husband also pointed out that the pasta was missing and the manager informed him rudely that what he was getting was what I had ordered. My husband had already witnessed this guy arguing with another customer and snapping at employees. After the manager flatly refused to consider that there might even be a problem with the order and essentially told him to take what he got, my husband walked out. Again, I have the email confirmation that indicates the manager was wrong. We ordered instead from Hungry Howie's, who doesn't have pasta but they do have good attitudes and they were very happy for our business. We won't be back to this Pizza Hut until the current manager is GONE! read more

Very nice service today - Pizza was burnt when we went to pick it up, so they comp'd us free drinks and prepared (both, even the one that wasn't burnt) the pizzas fresh. It was delicious, and nice to see they care about the quality of their pizza. read more

Taste is good. The salad bar is lacking, wilted lettuce and the toppings had been sitting a while. The staff is helpful but it took a while to get our food because they had a lot of delivery and pick-up orders for people not dinning in restaurant. read more

Horrible experience, visiting in town for a dog agility show. Ordered pizza for delivery took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get pizza - cold without accompanying condiments (marinara sauce for cheese sticks and topping for cinnamon sticks). I was tired and never complained but then on Monday (order was Saturday). I discovered that 2 charges were made against my credit card instead of 1. The second was $8+ over the order charge. I called to complain spoke with asst manager who was very nice and tried to help but his manager wouldn't even speak with me. Asst manager called back to inform me that they didn't have capability to reverse the charge at the store so the best they could do is a store credit for the 2nd charge. No, I'm sorry, no apology about the horrible experience and delivery just we will credit you for the money that they STOLE from me!! When I explained that I was not from the area and wouldn't be back in that town, I was told my only option was to contact my credit card and dispute it. I'm trying to contact owners. read more
