Not only that, but after going up and asking about our order, the male "cook" in the back said we had ordered at 12:18 so "he was still in his time window". Obviously this is untrue, as we have the receipt showing our order time of 12:00 on it. Already losing our appetite, had to wait an extra 5 minutes to finally get our food at 12:31. All I can say is that this location has serious issues with customer service and will be reported. They do not deserve even the lowest star that you can rate them.
