I ordered the cheesy garlic stuffed bread with marinera dip online. It was so good! Made well, hot and ready to go by the time I went to pick up. I went inside to check out the place and saw only 2 employees. A white man, and an older hispanic man hard at work. They did however have no napkins available cheepos, and I needed some bc I was going to eat the food in my car. This was my experience here, will return. Check online for deals and coupons! This Domino's has the WORST customer service ever. I called to simply order dinner on a Friday night. I believe it's a lie, but "Marcos" answered the phone, or that's what he said his name was when I called back. So I call to order dinner, I place my order with "Marcos," and he gives me my total. I say, "Oh can you please add 2 marinara sauces with that?" and he replies, "I already put in the order." 1. How hard can it be to add 2 sauces to an order? 2. What was the problem with it? Frustrated, not friendly and even impatient at times, but never rude. Perhaps it is because I smile and say, "Hello, how are you doing today"? Ordered for delivery waited over an hour so I decided to call the store to see where my order was. They told me my order was returned back to the store because the road I live in was too hard for the driver to navigate lol. Apparently the driver didn't have any signal so he couldn't call me and I guess the store didn't call me to give me an update as well. They told me I could cancel my order or I had to pick it up. The bad attitude exhibited by the delivery woman after we said "Thank you, just put the food on the chair." and re-closed our front door my son had opened a crack surprised to see her trying to hand him a bill to sign. Is this a function of Domino's not allowing online orders to pre-tip? This is not the first driver I have had to tell that contactless means maintaining social distance. i come here pretty frequently, and almost every single time we order curbside/carside whatever it's called, they mark it as completed and we have to come inside to pick it up. so i was curious and asked a worker the other night why that is so and she gave me an attitude and kinda even chuckled and said "u DIDNT do curbside". i didn't want to argue with anyone ever or be a karen so i left. but it happens on a regular basis and i think it has something to do with their incentive that if they take over 2 minutes to get the pizza to the car they give u a free one. i'm sure they're possibly penalized as a store somehow when they fail to do so under 2 minutes and HAVE to give that free pizza, and don't want that, so they're instead doing the whole marking as completed to "fix" the issue. BUT i am an able body person and that's fine, but not everyone is. what if this happens to someone else who can't physically go in? they have kids without shoes, or what if they themselves come without shoes just walking out of the house (i do this sometimes), or what if they don't even have legs and are handicap or special needs. i'm sure they would say the alternative is to call when this happens. but why? it's not fair to inconvenience a customer over a stores POSSIBLE penalization. y'all should fix that. OR if that's not even the reason and it's something else u still should fix it. read more
