I've been to this pizza parlor before and I wasn't disappointed then and I'm still not disappointed. They make some pretty good pies at this shop. For 1299 for a one topping large pizza is a pretty good deal. I got an extra topping so I can see how their sausage taste most peoples pepperoni taste the same and as usual this pizza was good. Excellent I would come back here again next time I'm gonna get the white night. I love that pizza. The service was good. Ambience is nothing to scream about this normal pizza. Ordered a NY Steak Sandwich with mushrooms and the entire sandwich had everything but steak. Half only had half a slice of meat and the other was pure mushrooms and cheese. When asked if they could remake it with actual meat this time they offered to charge me the price of a new one. This is absolutely ridiculous I have been coming here with my family for over 7 years and we're regular customers and this is how I was treated. I paid for a steak sandwich and was given a mushroom and cheese one instead. No apology, no offer to remake or remedy the fact that they didn't give us hardly any meat at all. I absolutely love Rigatoni's pizza! It is the best most like East Coast Pizza that I've had since moving to California 15 years ago. Thus you can manage in my dismay that over the last couple months every time I pick up a pizza the boxes smell musty like mildew. And what I find is that taste is done in the pizza. So what I will say at this juncture is, I hope rigatoni will address this issue with their box. Supplier Because I'd hate to have to lose access to my favorite pizza place. We searched for a local pizza place. We found Rigatony's flyer. We ordered the. Chicken Parmigiana, a veggie pizza with Pepperoni. Both were amazing, the Chicken Parmigiana had a huge chicken portion with spaghetti and red sauce. The pizza had big chunks of fresh veggies, and a nice pizza crust. The staff was super friendly. We've only ordered pizza from this place. The guys are nice. The pizza's good. We once ordered takeout"rigatoni" bolognese- they didn't have that. They gave it to us with regular sauce. Not enough sauce and the pasta was less than al dente. I didn't like it. We'll just stick to pizza. read more

I have been going to this establishment for several years. I ordered 2 calzones & a meatball sandwich. When I brought it home the calzones were Horrible. These calzones was 3/4 bread with little filling in them. I just had knee replacement so taking them back wasn't an option but the phone call stated bring them back then we will figure it out. Had a friend order one & the same calzone filling portioned to bread was the same. It appears the quality & standards have been degraded to me not going back. What a shame! read more

Horrible customer service. I went there in person at 3:30 to make a fairly large order. First I ordered individual pizzas and then I asked to cancel one pizza to upgrade to the family meal. The guy taking my order got physically upset, rolled his eyes and had attitude because he had to make a change on his 1970's style paper order taking process. So I ended up ordering 4 pizzas and a salad and I asked for a 5:30 pick up. With attitude he said no that he already had a 5:30 pick up. At this point I told him to cancel the order and that we would go elsewhere. Every time we go there it's the same guy in the front and he is always grumpy and clearly dislikes his job. I rarely go there because of this. I have three adult children that live in the area that say they have the same issue. It's such a shame because the food is really good there but customers should not have to be treated like we're doing them a favor by supporting their business. Very poor customer service. read more

12/24/2023 *DELIVERY ORDER* I shared this place with Hubby and he wanted to give it a try when we were in the area. So we were able to order pizza for lunch today. It took about an hour after ordering for the pizza to arrive. We ordered one cheese pizza, one vegetarian pizza, and one meat pizza. The quality and taste of all the ingredients were delicious! We loved the crust but we all agreed it could've stayed in the oven a few more minutes. The bottom was cooked but it was still a little too soft for our liking. We would definitely come back and try the other dishes and order the pizza again. Maybe ask for well done on the crust? Not sure if they offer that. read more

Good pizza every time but very inconsistent with details. Half the crust will be regular and half will be super thin then the slices will range from a sliver to a huge gut buster slice. I don't know maybe they do it on purpose so there is something for everyone all on one pizza:) read more

Went to Rigatony's Pizza & Pasta for the First time. When I had friends recommended for years. I called last year to see if they were open on New Year Eve and will be Open New Year Day and were on hold for over 15 minutes. But going there for the first time had no idea they didn't have a place to wait or to have service. Will say I like the street in front is painted green so you can just order your food and pick it up. But we went there and the cashier guy asked if I wanted to give a TIP. Don't mean to me but WHY would I give a TIP when there is NO Service? No place to sit inside and wait for my meal.
