Ordered online for delivery, this store is 8 minutes from my house, i received a call saying it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I figured this would be start to finish, not 45 minutes to an hour just for delivery. When our order arrived it was stone cold, we tried microwaving a slice which of course just made it soggy, when i called to speak to a manager i was told the manager wasn't in and I had been informed it would be 45 minutes to an hour. This was the WORST pizza experience i have ever had the misfortune to experience. Next time i want pizza i will be going ANYWHERE but this awful place. Stay away from this store, unless you want to pay top dollar for cold soggy pizza. Update: when I called the store in the morning and asked for the manager i was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. My delivery was a nightmare!! My 12 year old son waited over 1 hour for a delivery that was showing on its way thru app tracker. My store is literally 4 minutes away. Carlos the manager contacted my son and he explained to Carlos the Manager that the address was incorrect, we never had an issue many times before we ordered from same place. I called to see what was the problem and I asked for the manager, I spoke with Carlos and explained my frustration and he began to say well you must have given the wrong address . Blamed my son and then said well a delivery can take over an hour. I told him they weren't busy since the tracker stated 25 minutes. I asked him to please send a new hot pizza and he said nope you come get it. And pay again, I asked him is that how they trained you to fix things and he said yeah. I told him that I will contact his corporate office and he said go for it. This place has zero care for its customers and to find out later that CARLOS the manager gave the delivery driver the wrong address!!! I saw this on the box and delivery driver even confirmed. I placed my order for car side delivery and arrived 35 min after my order was placed. I checked-in that I had arrived like it instructed me to and then turned on my hazard lights like it told me to. After waiting in my car 30 min I called to see what was going on and the girl that answered told me that I must have ordered for carry out inside the store. After I'm telling her I'm looking at my phone order and it says "car side delivery" and even told me to turn on my lights she just tells me, oh, well we have it for you to come inside you are going to have to wait your turn. I emphasize that my order was placed over an hour ago and I have been sitting in my car 30min already and my pizza was probably cold. She just says "sorry you have to wait." When she could have easily said she would have someone bring out my order. I had to cancel my order and I'll have to call the bank to refund my money since it was paid for. Called at 10:30 and nobody was picking up the phone when they close at 12 smh..Too many lazy people

I ordered curbside service and waited until the app said it was ready before leaving to pick it up. I arrived, followed the prompts to let them know I was there. After about ten minutes I called and asked when would my food be coming out. The guy who answered the phone said the "girl" who takes out the curbside orders has been backed up with orders. I'm not sure how she was backed up as I was the only car waiting. About five minutes later a guy came out with my order. What happened to the girl that handles the curbside orders. Horrible customer service. I had been customer for well over 15 years always order via app. Last order was delivered to my next door neighbor I called and they replaced the order. I had my daughter pick up in person from store. Manager said we had entered the wrong address and was flashing phone on my daughter face. I called back and spoke to Carols the manager. I was trying to understand his explanation. He said that when order came in had the wrong address for delivery. I told him I have used the same app for years to deliver to my address. Very disappointed. Ordered my food through app. Estimated wait time was 25 to 30 minutes. My pizza did not arrive till over an hour. After calling and being on hold for another 7 to 8 minutes I finally was able to speak with a manger. DO NOT order anything from this establishment!! Every person including the manager Veronica are RACIST!!! I placed an order online and when I got to this location my order was wrong. I only ordered because Dominos had a 50% off all pizzas online only. The website was giving me issues prior to coming to pick up my food. Don't waste your money here. Ordered a large thin crust pizza with sausage, diced tomatoes and extra mushrooms. I opened it when I picked it up and pointed out that there were hardly any mushrooms and the employee just shrugged. I actually counted them when I got home. I was out of town and decided to order some pizza's for my friends, a few minutes later I get a call from the delivery guy(very rude) asking where I am, I told him I was out of town but that my friend was there. He ended up telling me that I needed to be there with my card and id( The pizzas were already paid for, they did not notify me about this beforehand), then the last thing he told me was "I'm taking the pizzas back" and just hung up. The pizza finally showed up at about 8 luke warm and soggy. So I called the store. I spoke to Carlos, explained about the soggy pizza and long wait. He said no it's an hour 10 min wait. Let me share my experience with you guys.. I'm hanging out with some friends on a Friday night. Drinking a few beers, feeling tipsy. Get hungry, so we decide to order Dominos. I go online place an order, 5 mins later I get a call from dominos, Marcos to be exact, saying I was 30 seconds too late on my online order, that they will not deliver my pizza because the cut off time is at 1am. If that's the case, then why won't dominos online cut off online delivery orders 30mins before? The employee, Marcos says we can go and pick up the pizza, but I explained to him that we were intoxicated and could not drive there to pick it up. He kept insinuating that we ordered the pizza 30 seconds too late, which my online receipt said 12:59, and to me it just sounded that he was being lazy and didn't want to honor the order and get in his car and deliver the pizzas. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager on duty. So I decide to call the next day to speak to the manager, the employee that answered said the manager was very busy to call back later. I said no, that I would stay on hold till he would be available. I wasn't on hold for more than 15 seconds when they hung up on me. Therefore, I called 1800Dominos to talk to someone in corporate, they just referred me to the website, or to get in contact with the branch manager. Since that didn't work, I filed a complaint on dominos.com, I got an email from corporate saying that they referred my case to the branch manager and that they would get in contact with me. Guess what... no one ever called me back. Furthermore, I will never ever ever order from any dominos ever again. I have since order pizza in 3 different occasions, and all from Pizza Hut. I know it's just that specific branch that ruined my experience, but every time someone mentions dominos, it puts a bad taste in my mouth. I placed an order last night for a large philly steak pizza and ate two pieces of it, those two pieces were enough for me to wake up throwing up that pizza and feeling sick in the stomach. Last night there were ants in the box and when I went to return it the manager said this is another strike against you. I said what do you mean another strike. Im a regular customer but today I got a gross gray hair in my pizza and I didn't receive the extra cheese I ordered, which they charged $2 extra for. It actually looks less cheese than a normal pizza. I LOVE Domino's, but not the pizza I received today which is a 25 min drive to get too since they don't deliver to my part of town. read more
