Again total disappointment.... Placed order at 6:20 pm, called and asked for tracking at 7:15. Was told by young female that driver was out with our pizza. Haven't ordered from Domino's in decades , but saw twenty commercials for them and it looked great. Not so much in real life. Stopped on this very cold night and got two pizzas of their special. One pizza was OK, onion and sausage. Asked for thicker crust which we didn't get. Mine was supposed to be black olive and mushroom; thick crust. I got pepperoni and olives, thin crust. And the spiciest sauce ever. I didn't eat it: hate pepperoni and after taking it off, had about 1/8th cup of olives. Garbage time. Won't be going back no matter how good the commercials look. Ordered a pizza through the app at this location. My family went to both our son's basketball games. (5:30 & 7:30) when the games finally finished, (we are starving and we are sick of fast food) we placed the order. Get to the restaurant, door was locked but lights were on. Posted time for closing was 12am. Get back to the car received a email stated they cancelled the order. We haven't been able to go grocery shopping because we have been so busy with work and basketball. It was getting late and it's a school night. We all went to bed hungry. So they offered to remake and add a free 2 liter, after another hour and 30 minutes, the delivery came and it was completely wrong. This is absolutely the worst place to get pizza. This is the second time in a week that are order was late. The first time I let it go and didnt complain but they must of realized it and gave me points towards a free pizza So I ordered the free pizza plus the bacon chicken. The tracker said my order was prepped at 4:49pm the email said I would have my order in approx 37 min well at 5:50 the tracker says its still being prepped so I tried calling 4 times no answer. at 6:15 I decide to drive over there as Im driving the tracker moves to bake. I get there at 6:30pm and there are other customers wondering where their delivery was. There was 2 drivers and 6 t o 8 workers. The red headed skinny older lady working there had a nasty attitude with the customer who she was speaking with then had one with me as well not sure if she was the manager Kayla or not. If she is then she shouldnt be and if she aint then the one who is shouldnt be either since she allowed her to talk sideways to the customers like she was. She finally answered the phone and was on for a few min then asked them to hold as she was placing the phone down she said good now you can wait longer for yelling at me. She said this right in front of other customers. I have to say, Domino's customer service is pretty amazing so far. They contacted me immediately and put me in touch with an area manager who emailed me, apologized, and will cover the pizza. Which I didn't even request they do. This is outstanding -- everyone, myself included, have "off days". If you own them and correct the situation, that is all anyone can ask. I ordered 2 bread pasta bowls and a order of lava cakes over the phone to a young man. when i went to track my order online only one of them were a bread bowl & the other one wasn't. Sooooo we called and try to have them fix it before it life the store and they told me "it's already on the road" when it clearly said that it was still in store according to the tracker. They were trying to fight the fact it was already on the road & wasn't going to remake the one pasta bowl into a bread bowl. So when we tried to cancel the food they put me on hold TWICE, both calls were more then 5 minutes a piece. The third time i called i said "i'd like to cancel my order" and the guy rudely asked "why?". I responded with "Because you refuse to make the food i ordered in the first place. I'm giving it 4-stars though because when I filled out the delivery drivers instructions online, I said not to come to the front door and to come to the side door, I had the side door light on and he still ignored it and went to the front. Not a huge-huge deal, but it would've been better if they came to the side. So if something is a big enough deal for you, I would call them instead. read more

I just had a delivery to my house and I made specific delivery instructions to ring the doorbell because it sounds like a charm which would not wake my 4 month old baby. But instead the driver decided to ring the doorbell and bang on the door "flat handed" as she stated. It is hard enough to get my son to sleep but for him to be woken right back up because someone can not read simple instructions is uncalled for. I called to see if I can speak with the manager who is listed as Steve but Derrick told me he was the manager and he doesn't have time for this. Very rude service and how about learn to follow directions and none of this would have happened. My 5 year old can follow directions better. This was the first and last time I order pizza from Domino's . The pizza was over cooked, the crust dry and tasted like it was made on a rusty tin pan, If they weren't so skimpy on the sauce which by the way was bitter tasting we may not have noticed how dry and tinny tasting the crust was. The dog wouldn't even eat the crust I offered him and usually he sits and begs for it. Worst Domino's location around! They messed up our food so badly, I called and they were nice but said they wouldn't bring it back that day and would have to give me a credit for another day. When I tried to use this credit, they wanted to recharge me for delivery - Not right because I already paid for delivery when I received pizza so messed up I had to throw it away. So I certainly shouldn't have had to pay it again. When I expressed this, the manager argued with me, was completely nasty, said the food would be out whenever they could get to it, and told me not to order from them again. I asked for the franchise owners information, and she refused to give it to me. Said his name was Steve but that he could not be contacted. She also said not to bother with corporate because they didn't govern them as they were a franchise. Loosing a lot of money by being so terrible to me, we eat Dominos a lot and our business orders it for luncheons of nearly a thousand people - well no more Dominos since that's what this awful lady wants. read more
