This Rascal house has always had solid food and they also have late hours, which comes in clutch when every other place in the suburbs is closed. I really enjoy the staff, I've only been there a few times but the staff for me has always been cheerful and seems to really enjoy their jobs. The facility is also very clean. The floors freshly are washed and there's not a crumb in site(I looked). Last time I went Frank really Helped me by suggesting a deal to help better accommodate me and it also saved me money. Which I really appreciate because it seems like with these food chains they're always trying to up sell you things and make you spend more money. So it's good to know we still have some people out looking out for our best interest. As I was writing this he came over to say he threw in extra silverware and plates just to help out. My mom and I have frequented this location for more than 15 years, however, we will NEVER frequent this location again. The male that I encountered today on the register around 5:00 p.m. was very aggressive and disrespectful, suggested I take a cold pizza s and ultimately got my order WRONG. Let me say this was NOT the guy who is normally on the register (gray/black haired white male) who we normally intreact with. This male had an accent. We have never experienced this HORRIBLE service, yet this experience has turned us away. We won't tolerate disrespect or aggression EVER especially when we are spending our money. I will NEVER patronage this establishment again. I went in to pick up a prepaid order and witnessed an employee get into a verbal confrontation with a disabled black customer. The customer had just paid for his order and was opening the box to make sure it was correct. I was standing directly behind the customer and a male employee at the register told the man to "move". The establishment wasn't busy at all, I was the the only other customer waiting to pick up an order. The customer was only checking to make sure his order was correct. I'm going to give it three stars only because it doesn't allow separate rating for food, staff, and management. I have never had a problem with the taste or quality of anything that I've ordered, quite frankly it's one of my favorite pizzerias and I love that they offer beef pepperoni. None of the competition offers that. Generally, when I call in to place an order for delivery or pick up, I am typically greeted with friendly staff. Never had a problem with a driver and when I pick up, the staff that I encounter inside is friendly and sometimes helpful as well. However on the occasions that I have encountered poor service and had to speak with the manager or whomever the gentleman is that owns or runs the establishment it has been awful! If he has to be the face of this particular Rascal House and didn't have such great staff and good food, I would never ever do business with this place in fact every time I encounter him BECAUSE he's such a nasty spirited person with a horrible disposition and makes me not want to spend my money there and it's typically months before I return; he's a bad look for the company. Once, I placed an order online because of a discount coupon that I got in my email, I spent at least $50 and when I got there to pick up the order they would not honor my order did not give me everything that I placed online and paid for. I was told that I would be refunded. I asked to speak with the manager and his attitude about the whole situation was basically do you want the order or not and could care less. He said that they had nothing to do with the offer, that's a different location. I would think that since I got in the email and was obviously confused about the location that sent it and already paid for my order they would have just honored it!! I would think, knowing that someone comes in and does business quite often which is indicative of my reward points and all of that information is kept on file with your phone number they would know that. Personally, I would have honored the coupon just in the name of a good business this happened months ago and I have not been back. On another occasion, I called in and asked to order beef pepperoni (just the pepperoni) and was willing to pay the cost of the whole medium pizza (I was pregnant and it was a craving). After attuning back and forth with me about the cost when I made it clear that wouldn't be a problem over the phone, he finally agreed to have her ready. When I went in he slammed the paper bag on the counter. I didn't go back for a year after that!! We order pizza every Friday, it's our household tradition but just because of this guy, Rascal house is my last choice read more
