I don't even know where to start with how bad this experience was. I ordered from Domino's expecting something quick and decent, and instead got one of the most frustrating, dragged-out orders I've ever dealt with. First off, the wait time was ridiculous. What should've been a simple order turned into an unnecessarily long delay with zero communication. Watching the tracker sit there doing nothing while I'm waiting forever for food that should've been here ages ago is beyond irritating. And then there's Ethan. If you're going to have someone representing your store, maybe pick someone who actually cares even a little bit. The lack of urgency, the attitude, and the overall indifference made an already bad situation even worse. It felt like my order just didn't matter at all. By the time the food finally showed up, I was already annoyed enough that it didn't even feel worth it anymore. Waiting that long just to deal with poor service is unacceptable. Do better. What a great pizza with fresh ingredients and service with a smile. Ordered it online and picked it up. The employee greeted us as soon as we entered the building and told us to have a good day when we left. The pizza was perfect with fresh ingredients and thin crust, just how we ordered it. Ordered a pizza for the first time in a year. sausage, green pepper, mushrooms & extra cheese, If what I got was "extra cheese" I wonder what one with regular cheese is like. This one had a bit of cheese in the center and no cheese or toppings for a depth of 21/2 inches all around the edge. I was inside & saw the pizza being cut & boxed. I even asked if it had extra cheese because it look like it had any. And was told "yes, with extra cheese ". So I guess it will be another year before I try it again! Bad service. Was told on phone pizza will be ready in 15, went there and was not ready. Told me needs 15 more minutes after paying for it. After 15 minutes checked and told needs 20 to 25 more minutes. I took my money back and went somewhere else. Terrible not going back there. read more

The owner of this Domino's franchise is giving pizzas away to first responders, doctors, nurses, hospitals and grocery stores during this uncertain time. Way to give back to the community. Thank you Dominoes. The phone order was easy and the gentleman that delivered my pizza placed them on a TV tray, he stood about 12 feet back. On Sunday afternoon , March 7th, my family got together to celebrate My birthday. We frequent Domino's here in anthem at least 2-3 times a month for years so it only made sense to choose them for my birthday! However, For the first time ever, we dealt with a nasty and rude manager ( and saying that is being overly generous). I will call her manager "No name" as she literally said " I don't have to give you my name" when she was asked. We called Domino's upon realizing only 1 medium pizza was delivered when it was suppose to be 2 medium pizzas, As we regularly do the 2 for $5.99 deal. When we ordered the pizza online through the easy order, it asked if we wanted to order the same order as usual, we said yes ( 2 pizzas for $5.99) However when we expressed to the manager that we only received 1 pizza for $20(includes delivery) instead off 2 for $12 that we normally pay, not only did she agree that we paid double what we usually pay for 1 pizza, she became very rude and said it was our mistake, she wouldn't credit us, and refused to give her name. She couldn't care less when we expressed we'd been loyal to this store of over a decade, and asked if there was anything she could do. She refused to help. All in all, horrible experience with this manager and we will never order from them again. This kind of rude treatment to a customer is quite appalling. read more

Ordered medium thin crust combo at 4:00 pm today with a 4:30 pick up for Rick. Arrived 4:30. They had a pizza for Richard. I asked about the $3-3.50 reduction of price being advertised nationally if you pick up rather than have your pizza delivered. They didn't have any idea what I was talking about. Overall the appearance of the employees and the facility was not very professional or what you would expect. When I returned home ( a 10 minute trip ) my pizza was cold, burnt and looked like it was made yesterday. It didn't even look good. I would have returned it, but I felt it just wasn't worth the time, trouble or having to interact with the total incompetent crew. I don't recommend buying anything at this Domino's pizza location in Anthem, AZ. read more

Our order had been made by Ricardo and delivered by Alexander. Let's say they did a great job on our order and delivery. Our pizza was delivered hot and before the time suggested. First & last time I order from this Dominoes. Our pizzas were made promptly, however my 2 topping pizza was burnt on the edges & toppings were incredibly skimpy including the mozzarella cheese! The other 2 topping left the box so greasy it soaked through the box & on the seat of my car. Top it all off, when I asked for Parmesan cheese, I was told I could PURCHASE it for a dollar something! this was the worst! First of all we bought four ranches and they brought us marinara sauce and don't even give them to us. Next the guy that was delivering was not wear a mask and was super rude! Next we called and asked for our ranch or for a refund and they did give us a refund and instead said that they could deliver the ranch. They then proceeded to say it will be there in 30 minutes and it has been over 2 hours and then we called back and then they said that they were not informed that they were supposed to deliver any ranch or that they were called. Ever since mid-January 2015 a new owner has taken over this location and man, let me just tell you. SOOOOOOooOOOOoo much better! The pizza taste better, the toppings are nice and evenly put on the pizza. Before, whoever made the pizza were super greedy on the toppings and it looked like they just threw it on. Some slices had too much toppings and some didn't have any at all. Of course, all the pizza with toppings were taken first and the ones with no toppings were left, which no one wanted to eat. Put in an online order for a couple pizzas and cheesy bread. It arrived pretty quick which was nice, but the only thing that wasn't awful was the cheesy bread. We've been ordering their pizza once a week for the past few months and have been very pleased with the consistency of a quality pie and great sides (my favorite is the chicken carbonara). Though I have lived in Anthem for about 15 years, I never got pizza here. And what a great place-what have I been missing? We used the on-line website (mobile optimized nicely) and ordered as we were driving back from Flagstaff after a long exhausting day. I walked in and somehow he knew what pizza was mine...huh? How? Pizza mysticism? The staff was MOVING and pumping out those pizzas, I was in and out in under three min. Dang. And yes the pizza was good. I ordered 3 large pizzas and employees were very nice when I picked up the pizzas. However when I got home very hungry one of the pizzas had no cheese in the middle of the pizza and the other pizza was missing cheese in a few spots on the pizza. Not a good situation when you are hungry but called Dominos and said they would remake the pizzas or give us a refund. I was not pleased how the pizzas turned out however I give them credit on how they handled the situation. Therefore instead of 2 stars I gave them 3 stars.
