Garbage delivery service. Driver sat my food on the cold ground instead of ringing the doorbell. Never again!

Delivery is very slow and food is almost always cold. Can't get ahold of the store to complain. They always go to the wrong house even tho my address in the app is correct. read more

I order from this dominos often because it's around the corner from the house. I gave it a 3 star because it's a hit or miss On what you get. Most times it's amazing pizza with a normal 30 min wait. Other times no one showed up to work and your waiting for 2 hours for a pizza that has been cooked for an hour & 1/2. Also note that you can no longer order early to deliver later that day. My wife tried to order on-line as she had done before but it refused her password, though she was sure it was correct. Tried for over twenty minutes. Finally I said call them on the phone. She did and was placed on hold. After 8 minutes listening to their prerecorded junk she hung up and tried on-line again. Again no joy on line, even though she went about to change her password and after another fifteen minutes screwing around it rejected her email address! Finally I said screw it and drive over to the store.i ordered and told the order taker the story and all he could say was we don't have any control over the web site. I told him the phone was his fault! No comment from him. Interestingly while there a woman came in to pick up her order only to find out they had missed it and she had to wait longer than me. I tried to order online and kept receiving an error message so I called the store and am I glad that I did. I tried to order a specialty pizza and was told they were out of most of their toppings. So before I would order anything I had to ask if they had it. That was very annoying and why would you be open if your out of stock on most things!? read more

I was quoted online 30-40 minutes. Took over 40 and then i was mocked because in store time is different and it's just an estimate. Then i get my bbq bacon chicken and it's burnt. They blamed the cheese. Sorry I'm not into burnt food that i paid for. I left a note to call so they don't stand around because my bell didn't work. They didn't call. Just stood out there. Domino's has really good pizza. I always use the online coupon for $5.99 for medium pizzas, bread and chicken. Saves me a lot of money and I can get quite a bit of variety too. The pizza isn't greasy like Pizza Hut, it's just quality ingredients and fresh made. Delivery is always excellent and quick. I love their pizza tracker and the fact that you can give encouragement to the team making your pizza. I don't know if they actually see it, but I always do it no matter what. This place has terrible customer service. The staff moves slower than molasses and took over an hour to do a quality check on the pizza. I placed my order two hours ago and it still has t arrived yet. Either they have two people working right now or they haven't been properly trained because this has happened every time I've ordered from this location. I recently purchased a gluten free pizza. It is. Bad enough to need a gluten feee pizza so ordered extra pepperoni and cheese. The pizza arrived burnt, each slice of the small pizza had one pepperoni and there was no extra cheese. I won't order from Donino's Again. read more

This is the second time I've had an issue with them. First was the wrong order on delivery. This time was carryout and they sent part of my order out on delivery with someone else, instead of making my missing order, I had to wait for the driver to return. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! I ordered hot sauce as a topping, the first pizza had NONE AT ALL even after it was already paid for. So i spoke to sheri, the one that made it-said she was "borrowed" from another store (which made NO sense because that other dominos store she works for has the EXACT SAME MENU), I had to wait for a remake of the pizza and when i got it the SECOND time it barely had ANY hot sauce on it. I've had this issue with this store for years, except for the employee Kevin at this store. For some reason there is an issue with ordering "double" sauce at this store and i'm tired of wasting my money because this store refuses to just simply give me what I'm paying for! I've NEVER had an issue with any store that keeps refusing a topping to a customer-FOR YEARS. Why am i paying for "double" sauce and don't even get a single servings worth. THIS DOMINOS IS TERRIBLE!! I've been a customer of this dominos for years (6 years to be exact) and I will not be ordering here EVER again. I thank the employee Kevin for NEVER giving me this issue-which at one point recommended me to make sure that i call after i order to make sure that the order was made properly. At one point because i requested that my order be made right or i would want a refund-i received a pizza WITH NO PEPPERONI and the pizza was hard. I called back in and nothing was done. I can understand this happening to someone that was being irate and disrespectful-I've worked in fast food so I understand-I've ALWAYS been nice, forgiving and just let some things go but I'm SICK and tired of constantly wasting my money at this store over HOT SAUCE!! All of this inconvenience over HOT SAUCE!
