Still great place with excellent staff and plenty of options of their own brews to choose from.

This is the newest brewery to open up in Etown. Getting here was kind of a pain becau you go the roundabout and turn on a one way street that leads you to a parking lot behind the courthouse that is close by. There is an abundance of parking just be careful where or you may get towed. They have a back entrance and a street entrance. I go in and it's very spacious. I notice there is a kiosk to order food, so no table service. I sit at the bar and order a flight of 4, I always do this when visiting a new brewery. My favorite is the Haus Light is my favorite by far. What really made me give this place 3 stars was the fruit flies flying behind the bar, I had to swat a few of them away but, there was a bunch behind the bar. I didn't really see them until after I got the full pour of the Haus Light. I am glad I didn't eat any food here because I ate before coming here. While sitting at the bar, I noticed people going to the kiosk to order their food, they also had to go pick up their own food. Bartender wasn't behind the bar very much however, she was kind and helpful. I'd like to come back and try the food but, hopefully they fix the fruit fly problem behind the bar.

Bacon jam deluxe burger with sweet potato fries

Came back today in the mood for a Reuben. I had seen a previous review that said they were a little skimpy with the meat, and this is unfortunately true. It was super tasty though and it hit the spot! Next time if I'm trying to not leave hungry I will definitely opt for a burger! The sweet potato fries were as good as I remember, and I love that cinnamon marshmallow dip. The staff was friendly and helpful as usual. The atmosphere was more calm today, but I love the family friendly environment that has something for everyone. Can't wait to be back!

    Pork schnitzel and onion rings

Wife had an event in Elizabethtown this past weekend and when we arrived late Friday afternoon we were looking for a place to eat. I saw this restaurant on Yelp and it was rated quite well IMO. They were doing roadwork downtown so we just decided to park and walk to Hubhaus. I was a little thrown by the ordering process but it's a lot like many fast food restaurants these days to where you order at a kiosk and in their case text you when your order is ready. I ordered the pork schnitzel sandwich with onion rings and a root beer which is made in house. Y wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. After ordering and paying, we decided to order a beer from the bar. I ordered their house beer, Haus Lager and Janet ordered the Farm Wedding which is a cream ale . They were both fantastic. The house root beer was about the best root beer I've ever had. They texted us about 10-15 minutes after we placed our order. You go and pick up your food and any other drinks you ordered such as a coke. The lady placing the orders up at the window for pick up was fantastic and filled my request for mayonnaise and onion, which I forgot to order originally, with a smile and very quickly. Janet loved the burger and thought it was one of the best she's ever had.. fries were really delicious too. I love a pork tenderloin sandwich and this was pretty close. Crispy and delicious. Onion rings were amazing and some of the best we've ever had. A great place to eat. Great selection of food, beers crafted on site, and great service at the bar and food window. Elizabethtown has a real winner with this restaurant.

Overall, I gave Hubhaus 5 stars because it is a great addition to the downtown scene. The atmosphere and the prices of food were great. We had the following to eat: 1. Pulled pork sandwich- a must try. A great smoky flavor. 2. Reuben- Not bad. A little light on the meat. 3. Wings- We had BBQ wings. They were just ok. Nothing to write home about. We're going to try the zesty buffalo next time. 4. Onion rings- Very good and thick. We took some home to put on our burgers that we are making for dinner tonight. Beer: Good tasting beer, but a little pricey at $7 for 16 ounces. However, the food was priced right, so maybe this is where they are going to make their $$. The bar staff could be a little more attentive, like clean dirty tables instead of playing on the phones and chatting to each other. Overall, this is a new restaurant and they will learn and grow. We will definitely be back!

Cavern Cloud (IPA) and Midas Ground (stout) were great!!

They've been open less than two months, and they already have several beers dialed in. The owner was working at the bar - great guy and knowledgeable. He mentioned his plan was to make something families could enjoy - lots of arcade games to keep the kids entertained and a great outside space. The food looked good but we didn't eat. Make a point to stop in and see them. They've got great beer and great atmosphere.

The Italian Dog is delicious!! Hand cut fries as the side make it perfect.

Love everything about this place. The food, the beer, the atmosphere. Everything is top notch. So excited for Elizabethtown to add another family-friendly hangout to our downtown.

Moo-dy Mary and the Loaded Fries (I added the sour cream and jalepenos and a side of Ranch)

Stopped in to check out their new cocktail and food menu items. As always service was great and atmosphere was so chill and relaxed. Tried the new "Moo-dy Mary" (their Bloody Mary) got the spicy one and it hit the spot! Also got the Loaded Fries, omg so amazing! Well Done HubHaus!

Great even on opening night! We can't expect perfection on week one, but it was pretty amazing. We enjoyed the vibe, the drinks and Photo Booth Owners and managers are very personable and visible to customers. Meet Nick. We love Nick

    The photo booth was adorable!

I have been several times and it NEVER disappoints. If you are looking for laughter, memories, socializing, fun with family and friends ... this is your place! I love the atmosphere here! Lots of parking close by and easy to get to without walking across a busy road. Very family friendly. My kids played games and enjoyed the couches while we waited for food. There are games indoors and outdoors. They have the cutest photo booth! The food was SO good. My kids are picky eaters and when they saw the peanut butter and jelly on the kids menu, they were SUPER excited. The service staff is so friendly and top notch. They always made sure to make eye contact and if I was waiting for a drink they made sure to let me know they were getting to me! No other restaurant exists in Etown now. This place is "the one". I'm putting a ring on it.

TVs and consoles with couches for your gamer!

The waitress told us before we ordered of everything they were out of. One was white gravy. I had been torn between the Country Fried steak and their Spaghsana (some kind of spaghetti lasagna fusion). So the steak was out because of the gravy and I ordered the Spaghsana. After she put the order in she came back and said they were out of something for the Spaghsana so I ordered the pork chops with mashed potatoes & carrots. My wife ordered the Monte Cristo and was looking forward to their crescent rolls but they were cold when they're usually served hot appearing to be somewhat fresh. One big one and one half the size of the other. The paper they serve them on was burned on the corner. Not just singed, burned back a few inches. Didn't even have the care for quality's sake to replace the cheap piece of paper. Wow, that's bad. She said the Monte Cristo wasn't as good as usual. My pork chops were dry. I could only eat one as I just didn't want to eat any more. Chops and sides appeared to be pre-cooked and reheated. Another sign of a soon to fail restaurant. Very likely a corporate decision to prepare food this way to maximize profits. They call themselves a scratch kitchen giving the illusion that everything is cooked from scratch. Scratch my a$$. What kind of scratch ingredients were they out of for the gravy? Flour? Milk? Grease? Pepper? Couldn't be pepper as there was some on every table. Who runs out of the other stuff? They're staples in any kitchen. Or is it really not a scratch kitchen and their pre-made gravy wasn't delivered? Cut the order short? Or just poor management? The waitress said their staff was thin which sending staff home early is another sign of cutting back to maximize profits. My Caesar salad wasn't even Romaine now that I think of it. I think it was Iceberg with Caesar dressing. It was even turning brown in spots as if it was past its 'best by' date. All of the staff... the remaining staff was as nice as they could be though. We had decided if she said they were out of anything else, we were just going to leave. The sweet tea was good. That's a plus. We had eaten here many times but tonight was our last. Im sure I'll see soon that this location is closed. Although I've lived in Kentucky all of my life, this appears to be on par with most restaurants in this part of the state. Poor. The place was a bit dirty. There was even a piece of a pork chop on the floor underneath the table were some guy tried to stab it with a fork and it was so tough that it shot off the table. Well, I'm sure that's what happened as I was the guy.

The cornbread was served with Sorghum butter which I wasn't a huge fan of however I've been dreaming about those Fried Green Tomatoes ever since. They were served on top of Pimento Cheese, and covered in what seemed like a Chipotle sauce and as well as corn. They were fried to perfection, and the tomatoes were crisp. One of my friends got the deviled eggs which were also really good! I ordered their version of an espresso martini which I also wasn't a fan of, 10 / 10 don't recommend if you prefer them with real espresso so I switched to beer. It was a Thursday and they have a ton of TVs along with the Sunday ticket to watch Football so we were able to sit outside and watch the game which was nice. I also got a few of the dipping sauce to try as well which were buffalo ranch, honey mustard, ranch and Jalapeño ranch and they were all really good and could tell they were homemade. The wedges were seasoned and were served with Chili Crunch Aioli which was fire! I also got to try the Mac and Cheese which was also really tasty!
