Just newly opened to Elizabethtown Jersey Mike's sub is all bout dem subs. We stopped to give them a try while we were in the area. They were plenty staffed when we walked in and didn't wait long to be able to order. We got the regular size Mike's Philly cheesesteak sub with onions, peppers and white American cheese and I got the original Italian dressed mikes way to go. The Philly didn't take long to make the cold sub took a bit longer since it had to wait to be dressed. Paid and waited for my sandwich. Once we got home and settled, we went in. The original Italian was delicious and savory. The Philly was great, the steak, onions, peppers and white American. These sandwiches were a decent size and fully loaded. Definitely a new sandwich to check out.

Jersey mikes has the best subs around, hands down. Everything is made and cut fresh daily including the roast beef. The people that work there are enthusiastic and it's a clean friendly place for the whole family, work team, or whatever. They have a 100 inspection rating, too.

Love this place!!!! Just DELICIOUS!!!! A million times better than that "other" sub sandwich shop!!! The food looks fresher, IS fresher & IS SO MUCH BETTER!!! Just left their special day of giving where 100% of their sales goes to Special Olympics. Such an AMAZING cause and such DELICIOUS FOOD!!! My favorite is the Original Italian. The people who work here and the owner's are alway so KIND!!! Only getting my subs from here from now on!!! Thanks Jersey Mike's.... Y'all are AWESOME!!!

One month ago, I stopped in for lunch, I had a real craving for a baked potato. I stood in line for over 20 minutes - the lines move slow when you want a baked potato in this restaurant. I got to the counter, knowing full well I'd be late back to work due to the slow service at this particular location, placed my order for a delicious baked potato only to be met with "we don't have any spuds" I felt a stronger connection to my Irish kinfolk that day. I changed my order for a bowl of potato soup. The soup was a typical mediocre bowl of potato soup with maybe 4 actual pieces of potato in a creamy sauce. Boring. Approximately four weeks after this visit, my entire family decided they wanted to go to McAlister's - the same location nonetheless. I thought to myself "self, surely they have potatoes now!" (Foreshadowing). We arrived and, dreaming of delicious baked potatoes, we all each ordered a meal with a half spud. I had the honor of paying the large sum and I even left a generous tip because I was so excited that they had baked potatoes (they call them spuds). I usually don't tip for counter service - but I was just so excited. Finally, the Irish curse was broken. We Will Have Potatoes! We got our gigantic, flimsy tea cups and made our way to our table. Many minutes later. 8 or 9 minutes? A person came over to announce "we don't have spuds. You need to reorder." Suddenly it was the 19th century all over again. The entire family decided to migrate to another restaurant next door. I asked for a refund. The employee left then came back and said "they are going to refund your money and give you the food even still" Oh my. Decision time. Free food that we don't really want or go next door. I voted to leave. My ancestors have been through this before. Not again I said! I got out voted. We spent the next 10 minutes deciding and working to re-order all the food again. The food came. It was ok. Perhaps I was jaded because of the whole potato (um...spuds) thing. The next day I checked my card account online. They didn't refund the meal. We ended up paying for food we didn't really want. We should have gone to the place next door. To be fair, the folks were nice and pleasant. The store was clean and well organized. One last thing: Don't get the cookies. Not worth the cost. Save the money and the calories and find something better at the Bundt cake store! So long McAlister's, I must honor the ancestors and bid you farewell. I'll be getting my baked potatoes elsewhere- maybe that new giant Kroger has a good deal on potatoes....i mean spuds. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on the spuds.

We had originally planned to go to a burger joint around the corner, but they had a 40 minute wait, and we passed HubHaus along the way. We truly enjoyed this spot. The kids LOVED playing pinball and Ms PacMan. Mom might have enjoyed that pinball too. Pinball was $1 a round. Bring cash for the quarter machine. The food was decent enough, and they do no contact ordering for the food, so there was no awkward interactions for our awkward teen. I had the Old Fashioned to drink, and it was good. Perfectly crafted. The beer was decent, and the cow motif was fun. We received our food promptly and there were plenty of spots for seating and watching sports. The outdoor area was hopping with small children. Loved the turf grass outside. The pretzel was different; I thought it was delicious but Picky 10 couldn't decide if it was weird or not. Mr. 14 got the brisket burger. The fries are true potato fries. I had the Reuben. It was fine. I enjoyed it, but it was heavy--when is a Reuben not heavy?! Hubs had a regular burger and enjoyed it. It was a nice find.

We waited that 20 minutes to be seated and we had awesome service from Marissa D. She had a smile Everytime she came and checked on us and checked in the appropriate amount of times. We got a house salad to start. Done nicely with a nice amount of toppings. We ordered 10 boneless and 10 traditional wings with fries and queso. Boneless wings disappointed but the gochu sauce was amazing. Medium hot was also a good sauce. The fries were skinny but pretty good. They got cold fast so make sure you eat those first! I finished the dinner off with a blackberry vodka mule which just had blackberry puree at the bottom of cup which I didnt realize until I drank it all. But it was still an awesome mule. The family seemed to enjoy the food outside of the boneless wings. I forget what sauce the in laws got for their wings but it looked pretty amazing. I would come back for traditional wings and try more for sure!

It had lots of shredded chicken, beans and corn (which could have been left out in my opinion). My friend had the chicken salad sandwich and the white chili and said her sandwich was good, also a very large. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, parking on the side and in the back of the building. I had not been for years but it was a good choice for a late lunch.
