We used to order from this particular Domino's all the time but within the last year, something has changed and they have declined horribly in food and service. When picking up our order, we have witnessed food being prepared with absolutely no gloves on and the worker wiping his face. Two times in a row, the pizzas are under cooked to the point that the dough is actually very raw in the middle and we are paying for double toppings and we see more cheese than anything. We order extra sauce because we don't like dry pizza and what does this pizza joint do? They make it bone dry with a speck of sauce at the crust. We will never order from this Domino's again. It's pretty much dead whenever we drive by and for good reason. The new owners are morons that have taken a great place and turned it into a big pile of stinky shit. Great job assholes. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but this Domino's deserves it. The pizza was absolutely awful greasy, bland, and somehow both cold and soggy when it arrived. The crust tasted like cardboard and was burnt on the edges, the sauce was watery, and the cheese barely melted. It honestly felt like they microwaved an old pizza and hoped I wouldn't notice. they also managed to do my order wrong as well. it was a simple cheese pizza, and they put pepperoni on it! and way too much at that like I'm vegetarian I can't eat this. there is no way making pizza is this hard. The service was just as bad. The delivery took way longer than the quoted time, and when I called to ask for an update, the person on the phone acted like I was bothering them. No apology, no explanation just attitude. By the time the food finally showed up, I was more irritated than hungry. For the price they charge, this was beyond disappointing. I'd rather eat frozen pizza from the grocery store than spend another dollar here. Let me preface this with a holy shit, this Domino's is terrible. Pretty sure someone bought this franchise a year or so ago and it's been terrible ever since. New owners came in, got rid of the goofy friendly high school aged staff and replaced them with family members who obviously don't give a shit about customer service. I've placed multiple orders here and every time the order is late coming out of the oven. Pointing out that the app is saying your pizza is done to the staff will do no good. They'll tell you those are just "computer generated times", whatever that means. Although those times always seemed to be accurate under previous ownership. Sometimes when you show up, they have to hunt down where your order is even at, which can take awhile. Hopefully whoever owns this place now will quickly run it into the ground so someone else can take over at some point. Stay far away. read more

I've had good experiences in the past but this experience I had today was the worst. On the app my food was said to be ready for pickup at 6:45 and so we were in the store by then and we stood at the counter to no workers response for about 5 minutes before we sat down and thought they were busy, then a worker asked my name (which was the same as on the app) and he then didn't say anything to me for an actual 10 minutes. He was talking to his friends behind the counter the whole time we were waiting and when he had to search my name on the computer where he proceeded to spell my name wrong. In Red Bluff for a quick visit to the Lassen Volcanic National Park and didn't make it back to town until late and Domino's was the only spot that was still open. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a side of buffalo wings for pick up. The dominos app was fairly easy to use and food was promptly ready when we arrived. It was a smaller Domino's location but looked just like any other Domino's. The pepperoni pizza tasted average. I was surprised to find bits of sausage & pepper in my pizza although I didn't order them as toppings. The buffalo wings was a let down. It was super soggy and tasted a bit odd. The online order is super awesome and the cheezy bites were great but not the "pan pizza".... I won't be ordering their "pan pizza" anymore. They were smaller than the hand tossed but claimed to be the same size and the pizza wasn't even cooked. The middle was doughy and soft and the bottom and outside weren't crispy as advertised. The bottom was barely browned and the only "crispy" part was a thin layer of cheese at the very top... It was like they put it in the oven for just enough time to melt the mounds of cheese. But the service I received this evening made me want to never come back, I ordered my pizza ahead of time for carry out, when I got to the store all I had was a few $1 bills and $100 bill, I attempted to pay with the $100 since that's all I had to cover it, I was then told they didn't have change and I would have to go across the street to the gas station and get change. It took no longer than 2 freaking minutes to do so, when I went back to dominos I was told I would have to WAIT for another pizza because apparently mine was out for too long. What the hell!!! i love dominos pizza only thing is when someone asks for feta cheese on a pizza it means they really want feta on their pizza not two little chunks off on one slice.... the toppings could be a little more generous on the pizzas especially with the cheese some people like to see the pull of the cheese on their pizza... other then that great customer service, place is usually pretty clean when i go there, and love that they deliver when i dont feel like walking there lol read more
