We waited one hour for a large pepperoni pizza and garlic bites. When we placed our order in the store there were no tickets and employees just standing around. Our name was on prep for 40 minutes and bumped down 3 times. Someone who came in 20 minutes after us got their 3 pizzas 20 minutes before us. Not to mention that their ceiling was leaking and when i informed an employee they shrugged and said it's leaking in the back too. The worst dominos i've ever been to. I don't care for dominos at all but to each their own. My one star is due to cleanliness and customer service. When we went in the place looked very dirty. We had come in to talk to the manager because one of their drivers was flipping people off on 21. First, the manager did not even want to speak to us even though he could see that we could see him. Then, and this is what got me, he did not care at all that someone representing his store was acting like that. He actually made excuses. I placed my order at 6:25pm. We did not get our order until 9:04 pm. They forgot 1 of our pizzas and the 1 we did get tasted like the pepperoni was bad! I tried to call the store numerous times and was on hold for 45 minutes and no one ever answered. i went to the store the next day and spoke with a manager. She explained they were having problems with the night manager. She gave us a credit on our dominos account and said she would call me back after she spoke to her manager. I love dominos, but this location is not the best. I ordered wings and a chicken habanero sandwich. I placed my order at 10:00pm online and finally received my order at 11:00pm. My wings were slimy (as if they had been sitting for a while) and my sandwich had absolutely no toppings on it. The cheese was also burnt. When I called the store, the manager (who was kind of rude) told me there was nothing he could do about it since I placed it online. But how is that so, since you can see what is supposed to be on the food? The tracker informs you that they are doing a final check on the food before they send it out, but that must not be the case since it was wrong. Highly disappointed in this location. read more

I've been coming to this Dominos for years, even before they move. So, I consider myself a loyal customer. Since, they've moved the food has been hit or miss, but after my latest encounter, I'll never order from Rincon Dominos again. I ordered a pizza, online, as I have done probably a hundred times already. Always, no problem, but I guess there was glitch in the system. They never got my order. So when I showed up, no pizza, no problem. I showed the manager my online receipt, and even after proof, he said he would make my order but I would have to pay again. Of course, this made no sense, but he said we have nothing to do with the online orders, and that they just receive them and make the orders. He wasn't very friendly or accommodating. What happen to your pizza guarantee?? Well, I contacted their corporate office, and they said its locally own, so there's really nothing they can do about it. However, they still have my money. I've left my information for the owner, and have yet to hear from him. Got to love franchise cookie cutter fast food places in a small town. Well I'll steer clear of Dominos. Man, thought you were better than Pizza Hut, but you're just the same as they are. Poor customer service. read more

the customer service was absolutely terrible. we ordered 1 large pizza, 1 small pizza, and an order of lava cakes and after an hour we still hadn't received our food. we had been tracking the order on the app and it had "quality check" for over an hour. when i called to check the progress on the order, the employee was so rude and i tried calling again 10 minutes later and the declined my call. after that, i called anonymously and someone answered and said assured us someone was on the way with our food. we finally received our order after over an hour and a half. absolutely terrible. read more

What can I say? It's dominos pizza and it's the same as every other dominos. I gave 4 stars not because it's so delicious but because it seems to meet the standards of every other dominos. Terrible. They charge much more for "double" and "triple" toppings and do not add more. I have tested this with sliced Italian sausage. "Extra", "double", and "triple" are the exact same amounts with a huge price difference. They have sent me pizzas missing a topping because they ran out of it, while still charging me for that topping. I have spoken to the area manager in the past and he was helpful. I should not have to call him every time though. This has happened a lot.... Do not order here! read more

The pizza was some of the best Domino's, I have had. Also had ordered a few different pasta dishes, They were really good too.

Wow, where do I begin? First of all, they overcharged our order of three medium one-topping pizzas and an order of breadsticks to over FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS. Then, the person taking our order hung up on the phone as my boyfriend was giving them our address. Finally, when the delivery driver came to the door, he had no debit-card reader with him. By the way, this 30-something delivery guy was on the speakerphone with his screaming mom while he was attempting to pay. Even when he was called, the manager blamed our poor experience on the fact that many of his employees are new. Obviously he doesn't care enough to train them well. Don't order from this Domino's. You're better off getting your pizzas from Little Caesar's where the food is cheap and the staff hopefully have some common sense when it comes to customer service. read more

Smallest serving of the specialty chicken I have ever received. Definitely no sharing. At least half of the bacon was burned. The other dish I ordered was the chicken alfredo. Barely covered the bottom of the container. As for taste the Chicken Alfredo was better than the specialty chicken. I have had pizza from this location and while not the best I have had from Dominoes, it was acceptable so I guess I will stick to pizza when I order from this location in the future. read more

I am not writing this because I got a bad pizza. Normally I get a great brooklyn style pizza from this store, however this time the pizza was awful and you could see it was bad. This review is because of the horrible, rude customer service I received. When Megan answered the phone, I politely asked to speak to the manager on duty.... she said" I can help you." I asked if she was the manager as we all know only the manager can handle certain issues. She was not and when I asked again to speak to the manager she asked with a attitude "what is this about?" It's about my pizza. ( why else would I be calling) But when Garrett the manager got on the phone he was just as horrible if not worse. I didn't want anything free or my money back. I just wanted him to know the pizza was bad this time and it is normally very good. Or maybe even I am so sorry you had a bad experience.
